Fingertip recognition and tracking is a significant component of numerous Computer vision applications. In the field of gesture recognition and image processing, fingertip tracking is a high-resolution technique developed in 1969 that is employed to know the consecutive position of the fingers of the user. Due to high necessity of fingertip data for video signal acknowledgment innovation, a strategy for fingertip discovery is proposed. Numerous vision based applications have utilized fingertips to follow or control signals in their applications. Fingertip detection for human-Computer interaction is an undertaking to draw and associate with system simply by waving your finger noticeable all around. Finger detection and tracking involves writing characters or words in free space utilizing finger or hand movements without the guide of any hand-held gadget.

The human visual system is fast and accurate and can perform complex tasks like identifying multiple objects and detect obstacles with minute precision. Also humans can easily detect and identify objects present in the surroundings or in an image. Now with developments in web and computer vision technologies, we are detecting objects in images and videos with high speed and accuracy using machines. We are using the same technology for helping visually impaired in their daily routine.

This paper presents the enhancement of power quality for a microgrid system at distribution level using Shunt active power filter. The main objective of this paper is to identify a suitable pulse generation technique for obtaining a better compensation capability of shunt active power filter. The compensation capability of the device is mainly depends on the regulation of DC link capacitor voltage. Conventionally fixed hysteresis current control technique has been used. To raise the performance of shunt active power filter, an adaptive hysteresis current control technique has been proposed here. The performance of proposed technique has been verified for different operating condition in the platform of MATLAB/SIMULINK model.

In this paper we study the quality of different self compacting concrete mix - cast with different materials compared with normal vibrations on concrete. In a laboratory tested program was designed to produce various mix of self compacting concrete react with different local materials. Nineteen concrete mixes sample casting with different types of cement contain with aggregates and filler types material. The test are U box test, V funnel test, Slump flow test and L box test were carried out to the behavior of the fresh mix for self compacting concrete. In the measuring of mechanical properties were flexural strength, compressive strength and impact strength. Exposure to fire or NaCl solution was also carried out to study the performance of these sample. The results shows that the lime stone filer or High Portland cement should be used successfully to the producing self-compacting concrete with increase durability, workability and reducing segregation on the mix. The addition of lime stone filler up to 20 % by cement weight reduced cost and enhanced the performance of self compacted concrete (SCC) in fresh and hardened stages. Moreover, using High Slag Portland cement obtained the high performance in several condition in our environmen. In the Self compacting concrete is a category of high grade concrete. The capability of this concrete to fill the structural elements perform, flow around resticted areas of reinforcement without needing of any external or internal vibrators. Filler materials are often used to reduce the total aggregate content and modifying viscosity.

The cost volume profit (CVP) analysis is the most popular system for short run profit planning. The Return on sales (ROS)/ return on investment (ROI) are the techniques for long run profit planning and performance appraisal. The ROS & ROI are able to provide the assessment of profitability where as the CVP is limited to profit planning and not suitable for profitability analysis. Further the CVP confined to several assumptions of consistency and not suitable for planning under changing values of variables other than the volume. Further, though the ROS & ROI techniques are able to measure the effects of changes in all the variables they are unable to imply the effects of short run consistency effects of costs and price. Due to non availability of simplified applicable formulae the CVP Break-even analysis (BEA) is not suited for profitability i.e. planning in terms of ROS/ROI and ineffective for long run planning. The innovation of two sets of integrated formulae by the author has paved the way for providing the Profitability planning under CVP/BEA with the following derived additional formulae from the IPPPA tools. it has enabled to provide a fitted solution for profitability planning under CVP. The formulae were used to provide a ftted solution for the Case study of IIM Ahmadabad (IIMA/F&A0071 revised in 1968).

BACKGROUND: The characteristic of a hamstring muscle to get tightened is much higher than other skeletal muscles. Physical inactive way of life causes bad body posture. That would be the reason so far that the long sitting hours seen in college students to get altered length of hamstring muscles. Cross hand release methods are by a far the main, major and normally utilized strategies in the MFR approach and structure the premise of each other MFR procedure. Instrument are right now being made and tried to be utilized to recreate myofascial release procedures so people can do their own helped fascial discharge at home without the guide of an advisor. One such device is foam roller. METHODOLOGY: According to inclusion criteria 40 subjects from Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College were selected. With the help of simple chit method of randomization all 40 subjects were divided into two different groups. Group A foam rolling, and Group B cross hands myofascial release technique. RESULT: Result were statistically analyzed using paired and unpaired t-test by using SPSS version 20, there was significant improvement in SIT AND REACH SCORE with p<0.05 in group A and group B, but there was more significant improvement in SIT AND REACH SCORE in group B rather than group A. CONCLUSION: For improvement in hamstring flexibility in college going students cross hands MFR was more effective treatment then foam rolling. On individual bases both treatments were improving sit and reach test score in college going students.

ABSTRACT A combination of mutations (changes) in a virus results in various variants.VoCs are variants that have a much greater transmissibility, can escape vaccine response partially or can become resistant to established drugs. The Delta Plus variant is a further mutated form of the Delta variant (B.1.617.2) which originated in India and was predominantly responsible for its second wave. Cases of the Delta Plus variant have been found in Ratnagiri and Jalgaon districts of Maharashtra. One-odd cases have been found in Kerala and Madhya Pradesh. The latest available data from the end of May and early June indicates the prevalence of the Delta variant in the U.S., the Netherlands and Germany was in the 2% to 10% range. Surveillance data from the U.S., Germany and the Netherlands indicates the Delta variant is growing by about a factor of 2 to 3 every two weeks. The treatment for those infected by the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant is as per others infected by COVID-19.

In this research paper we begin with study of family of n dimensional hyper cube graphs and establish some properties related to their distance, spectra, and multiplicities and associated eigen vectors and extend to bipartite double graphs . In a more involved way since no complete characterization was available with experiential results in several inter connection networks on this spectra our work will add an element to existing theory. In this paper we analyzed middle cube graphs and their Spectra based on Mathematical techniques.

The most important part of a city is the people who live in it. Therefore, wellness and health are indispensable for the Smart Cities concept. In this paper, we introduce an approach that combines genetic research with environmental monitoring in real time by using an integrated system of IT and IOT that helps to understand better and prevent diseases, improving the quality of life of the citizens. We are working to develop a virtual platform that creates and establishes correlations between the genetic information of the user and their environment. The principal advantages of this project are to allow health care providers, governments and citizens to make smarter decisions oriented to health care, implementing Health Information Technologies (HIT) and improving the concept of Mobile Health (mHealth), all of these based on the Quadruple Helix Innovation model.
