In a country like India where 70 percent of its population lives in rural area and 60 percent depend on agriculture (according to the World Bank reports), micro-finance can play a vital role in providing financial services to the poor and low-income individuals. Micro-finance is regarded as a useful tool for socio-economic up-liftman in a developing country like India. It is expected to play a significant role in poverty alleviation and development. The emphasis of present paper is to study the performance and role of microfinance institutions in the development of India. The study revealed that the number of MFIs availing loans from banks during the year 2015-16 and 2016-17 increased from 9.8 per cent to 257.6 per cent. The total loans to MFIs by banks decreased during 2016-17 by 7.2 per cent over the previous year. The loan outstanding against MFIs increased all the subsequent years. It increased by 13.7 per cent and 14.3 per cent in 2015-16 and 2016- 17. It is further found that the business models of MFIs in India are becoming urban centric as is indicated by the fact that the share of rural client's base of different states/UTs in 2017 with 2016 has declined, except Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Jammu & Kashmir and Andaman. The highest increase was in Andaman (267%) followed by Jammu & Kashmir (17 %),. The proportion of income generation loan remained same during year 2015 and it increased up to 94 per cent in the year 2017. The indicators relating to overall financial structure such as Return on assets and Return on equity, capital adequacy ratio have increased over this period and found sharp decline in total assets of MFI's.

Abstract The Mahjar literature was established by Arab writers, who emigrated from Lebanon and Syria to North and South America due to socio- political and economic problems in the end of the nineteenth and beginning of the twentieth century. The famous mahjarites who represent the Arabic literary movement in America are- Jibran Khalil Jibran, Mikhail Nu'aymah, Iliya Abu Madi, Khalil Mutran, Amin al-Rihani and so on. These emigrants writers and veterans were more receptive to Western culture and literary trends than Arab back home. A close acquaintance with the works of American poets namely- Emerson, Longfellow, Whiteman and many others and perfection in more than one Western language enabled them to lead the revolt against the conventional style of Arabic prose and poetry. The contributions of this literary movement of Mahjarites in the development of Modern Arabic Literature are quite appreciable, which evolved due to the eventful migration of some Syrian stock to the United States. This literary movement and that her sister organizations "Rabitah Al- Qalamiyah (the pen league) and Usbatul- Andalusiyy (Andulisian Society)" formed the bases for the birth of what is known today as 'Mahjar School' in Modern Arabic Literature. The outcome of this cultural contact gave a hybrid product of Arab- American cultural and literary values and it brought a new revolution in Arabic Literature. The main objective of this literary movement was to establish both in North and South America to preserve the Arabic language and literature as a 'New Look'. This literary movement played a significant role in the development and promotion of the Arab literature in the West.

In day-to-day life, men and women are equally likely to face a variety of forms of discrimination, despite the fact that the specific experiences and situations may be different for each. Gender-based discrimination refers to the unequal treatment or treatment of individuals depending on their gender. Prejudice or bias arises when someone is treated unfairly or disadvantaged because of their gender identity or sex. Gender-based prejudice must be addressed by social efforts to promote gender equality, challenge preconceptions, and offer equitable opportunities for all individuals. Therefore, this study (N = 120, Mage= 25.13, SD = 11.52) was an attempt to understand the different forms of discriminatory experiences male and female face in their daily life and also how these experiences vary in their expression. Maximum variation purposive sampling method was employed to select the participants from metropolitan city Delhi. We measured discriminatory experiences by using everyday discrimination scale. Results revealed that male and female experienced all forms of discriminatory actions similarly and there was disparity in terms of different forms scenarios of discriminatory experiences in male and female. The findings were analysed and interpreted in relation to the current scholarly literature. We concluded that gender based disparities in experience of discriminatory actions has been diminished. Male and female equally experience different forms of discriminatory experiences and both highly experience 'Got poorer service at different places' highly as discriminatory action. It is recommended that further investigations be undertaken in the domain of discrimination and prejudice, as societal transformation is an inevitable phenomenon.

Silver filigree craftsmanship is part of an intangible cultural heritage that has continued to thrive through centuries in Cuttack known as the "Silver city of India". Locally termed "Chanditarakasi", this jewellery is crafted by stretching silver into thin wires, which are interconnected together based on intricate designs and shaped into various pieces of delicate ornaments. It is distinguished from other jewellery works by its three-dimensional nature, fine foils, snowy glaze and textures and excellent finish. The present paper highlights this craft's sustainability issue despite the problems faced by the artisans and their dwindling numbers. It also provides guidelines for intervention by the Government and NGOs for its continuance as a cultural heritage.

Chrysanthemum is one of the major ornamental flowers used in the horticulture sector, having higher demand and high cut flower production. But due to insect pest damage the productivity and quality is being decreasing day by day. Aphids are the major pest in Chrysanthemum plant causing a great economic loss to the producers and farmers. To find a sustainable and ecofriendly solution to this problem alternative options can be implemented to control Aphids. The results of the current experiment conducted showed that all the treatments were significantly different in causing pest mortality over control. Azadirachta indica i.e., Neem leaf extract, Eucalyptus saligna leaf extract was found to be most effective in the pest mortality. Murraya koenigii i.e., Curry leaf extract was the least effective extract that caused the pest mortality. Neem leaf extract showed more than 90% pest mortality respectively.

Andhra Pradesh Development: Explore for Economic Equality and Social Justice. Planning has traditionally focused on the need to provide special support to historical disadvantaged groups. The Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs), have a special status under the Constitution. Other disadvantaged groups needing special support are other Backward Classes (OBCs), Minorities and also other marginalized and vulnerable groups which suffer from handicaps such as persons with disabilities, senior citizens, street children, beggars and victims of substance abuse. Across social groups, the incidence of poverty has been most pronounced among the SCs and STs. Even through the incidence of poverty among these groups has declined over the years, the Head Court Ratio (HCR) for SCs and STs remains higher than the national average. Over the years several steps have been taken to bridge the gap between these marginalized groups and the rest of the population. But the gaps still persist and further efforts are needed. In last 70 years, many Government Institutions, Private Institutions and Non-governmental organization came to existence. We found capitalism brought extreme inequalities, due to lack of good governance and ethical behavior among top leaders. The Reservation System failed to deliver equality and social justice. At present, we have to go for alternative methodologies like universal Basic income and below Rs2.5 lakhs household have get all benefits. So that they can live in sustainable development without hunger and poverty. The political will and revolutionary methodology are highly needed in this hour of context, to bring economic equality and social justice as on before 2047 year.

Without substantial automation, individuals cannot manage the complexity of operations and the scale of information to be utilized to secure cyberspace. Nonetheless, technology and software with traditional fixed implementations are difficult to build (hardwired decision-making logic) in order to successfully safeguard against security threats. This condition can be dealt with using machine simplicity and learning methods in AI. This paper provides a concise overview of AI implementations of various cybersecurity using artificial technologies and evaluates the prospects for expanding the cybersecurity capabilities by enhancing the defence mechanism. We may infer that valuable applications already exist after the review of current artificial intelligence software on cybersecurity. First of all, they are used to protect the periphery and many other cybersecurity areas with neural networks. On the other hand, it was clear that certain cybersecurity problems would only be overcome efficiently if artificial intelligence approaches are deployed. In strategic decision making, for example, comprehensive information is important, and logical decision assistance is one of the still unanswered cybersecurity issues.
