Sentiment analysis of social media data includes attitudes, evaluations, and emotions, which can be thought of as a way of thinking. It is extremely tough to comprehend and classify the enormous collection of papers into good and bad elements. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, for example, give a forum for gathering information on people's feelings and opinions. Social media platforms are increasingly being used by businesses to provide various services and communicate with customers. Attitude Analysis (SA) divides the polarity of a set of tweets into positive and negative categories in order to better understand public sentiment. The goal of this work is to do sentiment analysis on real-time 2019 election twitter data using the feature selection model word2vec and the sentiment classification technique random forest. When compared to traditional methods like BOW and TF-IDF, Word2vec plus Random Forest enhances sentiment analysis accuracy dramatically.

Cluster analysis separates information into important, useful groups (cluster). Clustering algorithms measure similarity or dissimilarity between data objects. Clustering is used to find meaningful information/patterns from a data set. Cluster analysis is an unsupervised learning algorithm. Unsupervised learning models the structure or dispersion within the information to memorize more almost the information. There are different types of clustering viz. Hierarchical, Partition, Exclusive, Overlapping, Fuzzy, Complete, Partial, Well-separated, Prototype-based, Graph-based, Contiguity-based, and Density-based Clustering. This paper compares with k-Means Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering Techniques. Clustering method and their technique and process.

Transdermal drug delivery (TDD) could be a non-invasive route of drug administration, however its application is restricted by the low porosity of the skin. It's a gorgeous different technique to the traditional techniques for the administration of general approaches. The major site of application is skin for each native and general effects. The main barrier is that the stratum corneum to penetrate the drug through the skin membrane. As a result, fully different approaches to penetration improvement are wont to avoid stratum corneum and to expand the flow through the skin membrane. the new active rates of controlled transdermic drug delivery system (TDDS) technology are known, developed, and marketed for the TDD. This review presents, the structure of the skin, the pathways of penetration through the skin, fully different approaches to boost penetration, transdermic patches to optimize the transdermic delivery system into a decent drug delivery system.

Education is the empowerment and the freedom for excellence, None can deny that in the life of an individual as well as society education has a vital role. India has witnessed a very remarkable development in education system in the last six decades. The very first commission for education, University Education Commission Set up by the Government of free India in 1948 placed immense importance on the education of women. Higher education was recognized as a powerful instrument of socioeconomic advancement of the society in general and a vehicle for upward social mobility for deprived sections in particular. Now, India has third largest higher education system of the World. The present scenario witnesses that the number of women in India in higher education is increasing slowly. The necessity, the factors responsible for women participation in higher education and the suggestions for promoting women participation in Higher education are discussed in this paper.

During the colonial rule in India the right to information was restricted under the Official secret act, because the colonial rulers we intended to the fact that their mis governance and illegal policies should not reach the people. The Right to Information Act brought out in 2005 has made the general public discuss about the open and transparent governance, Right to information can be identified as a movement. Supplementing to the concept of right to speech and expression the movement of seeking information strengthened after 1990 which intensified and gained momentum due to public bureaucrat. Many public unions and non-government organizations jointly organized operations in national level to procure important documents from public authorities of the government.

The main goal of this research is to look into the analysis of a piston with a design change in order to reduce volume and improve efficiency. This necessitated conducting a thorough thermal analysis. The investigation is focused on dynamic, model, and transient thermal analysis. The focus of this research is on performing analysis and material optimization in the piston. The piston is designed in two stages in this work: design and analysis. First, use the modelling Pro/E software to create the piston model according to the design specifications. After loading the piston model into the engineering simulation and 3D design software ANSYS, the boundary conditions are applied to the piston. Then several characteristics (stress and deformation) are analyzed, and the findings are quickly obtained. The piston is optimized for the piston material in this study. The thermal analysis is carried out to determine the overall heat flow in the existing piston under the specified temperature parameters. The temperature acting on the piston's surface is applied. The findings were also utilized to calculate the total heat flux of a given material.

Water retention is a person's basic needs in everyday life. Elevated water tanks consist of huge water mass at the top of a slender production, which most critically take into account the failure of the tank during earthquakes, elevated water tanks are critical and strategic structures, and damage to these structures during earthquakes can threaten drinking water, cause failure to prevent large fires and significant economic losses. The performance of raised water tanks during earthquakes is of great interest to engineers, not only because of the importance of these tanks for firefighting, but also because the simple structure of the elevated tank is relatively easy to analyze and therefore tank research can be informative about the behavior of buildings during earthquakes. It is observed that the lateral displacement is maximum with the value of the 20 mm in the case of model-I while it goes on decreasing with the minimum value of the model-VIII (Elevated water tank with Staging with C type Shear Wall at Peripheral Portion) having the value of 7.0 mm.

Human resource development is associated with human resource management; broader component of Management hence human resource development is not only associated with human resource department but also significance to various departments in organization. More work has examined management practices from a critical stance and this paper provides a brief review. The role of Human resource development practices in sustainable development in banking sector. Organization directly deals with the people or customers through its employees that is why more attention is required towards HRD in all types of organization for growth, diversification, improvement, renewal and stabilization (Megginson, 1982). However HRD is a modern concept in contemporary period. This paper contributes the role of human resource development practices how much significance to sustain in market by the different levels of employees in banking sector.

Purpose: A woman entrepreneur is a woman or a group of women, who establishes, organises, operates, and manages a business. This article aims to investigate the notion of women entrepreneurship, the problems that women entrepreneurs confront, as well as government initiatives and its development in the context of India. It also tries to identify the gaps in the existing literature so that more study can be done in this area. Design/Methodology: A review of literature on various aspects of women entrepreneurship in India is undertaken using literature published between 2011 and 2020. Findings: Women entrepreneurs have only been popular in India for three decades, and there are significant gaps in the research in this field, leaving the door open for future study. Practical implication: This research will provide a historical perspective on women's entrepreneurship in India and will assist scholars in developing a conceptual framework for focusing their research on key aspects that need to be explored. Originality/Value: This review has been undertaken independently with unique objectives. There has been no previous systematic research on women entrepreneurs and their development in the Indian scenario.
