Concrete filled steel tubes are extensively used in high rise structures and bridges. The characteristics such as ease of Construction, ease of Maintenance, Corrosion Resistance have made Concrete Filled Steel Tubes to have potential application in many Structures with high requirement of Durability. Extensive researches have been carried out in past decades on the behavior of CFST columns. Experimental investigation was carried out on concrete filled steel tube columns with concrete, manufactured using glass fiber, with different aspect ratios. In this paper the experimental results obtained from Experiments were normalized to enhance the performance. The performance characteristics are then introduced to calculate the Grey Relational coefficient and Grey Relational grades according to Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). From this research work, Parametric Optimization and Factors influencing the response is well predicted. For the given diameter to thickness ratio, The Highest Grey Relational Grade of 1.0000 was observed during several Experimental runs For the Average GRG. Which results in the optimal combination of control factors Viz., diameter, thickness, L/D Ratio resulting in nominal Bond Strength

Detecting fire and smoke from visual scenes is a demanding task, due to the high variance of the color and the texture. A number of smoke and fire image classification approaches have been proposed to overcome this problem. However, most of them rely on either rule-based methods or on handicraft features. To achieve high accuracy fire and smoke image detection, an algorithm named Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used. Instead of using traditional rectified linear units or tangent functions, adaptive piecewise linear units in the hidden layers (convolution + RELU, pooling) are used. Convolutional Neural Network are shown to perform very well in area of object classification. This network has the ability to perform feature extraction and classification within the same architecture. A dataset of fire and smoke images is created to train and evaluate this model. To solve the problem caused by training the network on a limited dataset, the number of available training images should be improved using traditional data augmentation techniques

The range of vehicles has elevated dramatically over the past decades. As the number of vehicles on the road grows, it becomes more difficult for law enforcement and traffic officials to keep track of each one. Reasons of management Automatic Recognition of License Plates. ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) is a common surveillance device that records vehicle license plates. It became a picture that captures and recognizes their license plate numbers. This is an essential research subject for this time period. The coco dataset was used in our research is used to recognize license plates. Continuing with the strategy of We used multitask learning to recognize character strings. YOLO-v3 changed into used for recognition, and CRNN changed into used for category and our proposed method's category. We divided the photos into three sets for evaluation: 40% for the training set, 20% for the validation set, and 40% for the test set. We chose a lower threshold for the test set evaluation, 0.125, which resulted in a 99.82 recall. Our proposed method has an 86 % recognition rate, with 88 % of three letter plates and 99 % of four letter plates being recognized. Finally, utilizing temporal redundancy, the very last identity fee is significantly enhanced, attaining 96%. Our method boosts reputation charges from 93.58 to 96.1 %, surpassing Sighthound and Open ALPR through 9% and 4.9%, respectively.

The lacunae in provision of arrest: Need for police accountability and reformation is a case for police accountability regarding despotic power of arrest, primarily concerns itself with the abysmally draconian way in which the Police misuses the power of arresting people, which is bestowed on it by the Criminal Procedure Code. This also extends suggestions to cope up with the discrepancies by reforming the internal and external mechanism of the police system. Irrespective of numerous guidelines which the apex court has provided, and a plethora of reports formulated by the Law Commission, the discrepancies with the law associated to arrests and its accountability exists in the manner which proves detrimental to the subjects as well as the object of the discerned non-partisan law. In this research paper, a case for a more active and responsive police system is made out. Analysis of laws relevant to arrest and the misuse of the same by police officials have been highlighted. Apart from it, the reason for the misuse and the possible methods to deal with such failures and misuse has been suggested. Here the endeavor is to highlight the duty of the police as the protector of rights of people. An attempt has been made to analyze the relevant statutory provisions under the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and the unscrupulous usage of those powers and also to give an insight into the role of Courts and need for amendment in legislation.

Abstract The outbreak of Covid-19 had carried a new challenge to the field of Education that was being unexpected. As a result, we had to move from conventional education system to online learning (technology based) education system using different online platforms. Although most of the advanced educational institutions in India are not well equipped with digital facilities yet to cope with the sudden changes from traditional system to digitalized system, they are more hopeful to continue their educational activities through online. In the review of literature section, we have summarized the learning from various reviews of literature relating to our subject. By studying these, we have learnt that the outbreak of Covid-19 has impacted immensely to the education sector by creating many opportunities for digital education in the developing countries like India, though it has more challenges also. However, this online mode of education has more challenges as well as its opportunities which are discussed in this paper.

: The welded joints are used in various mechanical and civil structures which connects two or more parts aligned in same or different directions. The strength of weld joint largely depends upon its geometric design parameters. The objective of current research is to conduct numerical investigation on tube flange weld joint under torsional loading conditions. The designing and analysis of weld joint is conducted in ANSYS 20 software to determine stresses, deformation and safety factor. The weld parameters are then optimized to study the effect of these parameters on stresses generated.

There is an urgent need for copyright enforcement technologies which is increasing day by day in networked multimedia systems. These technologies can protect copyright possession of multimedia content. Image Watermarking is one of the technologies which have advanced to save digital images from illegal access. Content service transmission is a vital field of research to protect the ownership of the content. Also, Robustness against distortions and attacks is a crucial issue in watermarking. This issue has been taken care of greatly in this work. There are various methods to safe medical images, widely used are encryption, steganography, and watermarking, etc. Because of the watermarking benefits, it has gained great importance in the image security field. In this work, an advanced and improved method is proposed for hiding and the extraction of the binary watermark. This approach is proposed to watermark the biomedical information into a biomedical cover image. Along with the watermark extraction, the cover image is also extracted at the end of the receiver. A color image ".jpg" and binary image ".png" is taken as host and watermark image respectively. To increase the size of the security, firstly, the encryption of the watermark image is done by pseudo-random code and embedded in an RGB color cover image. The cover image is also decomposed by using discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) methods. Both of the methods combined enhance the safety level of the proposed method. In short, the new SVD-DWT algorithm for the blind image is powerful in the fight against various attacks. DWT and Inverse DWT conversions were used to obtain four types of frequency images. To measure the efficiency of the proposed method, the test metrics are used such as MSE (Mean Square Error), PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio), and NC (Normalized Correlation).

In developing countries, cleaning water surface is a routine task. Collecting a huge number of floating dry waste, such as plastic bottles, encounters tension on the water surface and the garbage floats away due to the little drag force. The goal of this study is to create a robot that can perform floating trash scooping in place of humans, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the planned waste scoopers installed on the Floating Waste Scooper Robot. The design of the robot mechanism, waste scoopers, and control are all discussed. The waste is identified through the camera connected to robot. The waste is differentiated by the use of CNN algorithm. The YOLO is used for training purpose. Conveyer belt will help to drag the garbage waste floating on the water surface.

Covid-19 has impacted very much higher education at Bengaluru and it is impoverished by the pandemic. Covid-19 has impacted all people regardless of nationality, level of education income and gender. But pandemic has not caused the similar consequence to one and all and the vulnerables suffering very much. Students from privileged background who are well supported by their parents are learning very quickly with the alternative learning modes and opportunities. The students from poor and marginal families are facing the consequences of closing down of schools and colleges. The shift from classroom to online learning has created digital divide between rich and poor (Jyothi Bavia et al., 2021). In India about 32 crores learners stopped to move schools or colleges and all educational activities (Pavat Kumar Jena 2020) are brought to an end. The higher education in developed countries managed well to implement digital learning. But the situation in India is different. Students studying in the rural area are feeling very difficult to adjust to online due to different reasons and students are unable to attend project work properly.

It is observed that the buying behaviour of consumers for online grocery shopping is totally different from buying from physical markets. The purpose of this paper is to understand consumer perception towards online grocery shopping and measure sustainability. The current pandemic circumstance has driven individuals to turn to online shopping for groceries and imparted certainty among the buyers, this gives a more secure future to the online grocery market however to measure sustainability it is crucial to study the market once the situation has normalised. To gain insights into consumers' outlook on online grocery shopping and to understand the factors in their decision making process a survey was conducted among 120 respondents. The data collected through the primary as well as through secondary form was analyzed using various tools and descriptive statistics. Finally, the adequacy and efficacy of the study have been looked over and certain proposals have been recommended.

An attempt was made to design a baby food powder for babies between six months to two-year-of age. This can be used as an infant weaning mix formula. The food powder was made from sprouted moong, sprouted black chickpea, sprouted chickpea, Nachni, makhana, oats and Daliya. It can be made into a sweet porridge or a savoury item for babies. The food powder provided good amount of protein, carbohydrate, calories, calcium and fibre. The shelf-life study was done using a scoring test on a hedonic scale and the attributes scored were appearance, taste, aroma, color and consistency. It also included nutritional labelling, costing and packaging of the product. The product was marketed using social media.
