Panchakarma is a method of cleansing the body of all the unwanted waste after lubricating it. Panchakarma are 5 (five) in number; hence the term PANCHA (five) - KARMA (procedures). Nasya is one among the panchakarma procedure which can perform Uttamanga shudhi. Nasa is the gate way to Shirah, the drug administrated through nostrils reaches Shringataka, a Siramarma by Nasa Srota and spreads in the Murdha (Brain), taking routes of Netra (Eyes), Shrotra (Ears), Kantha (Throat) and stretches the morbid Doshas from Urdhwajatru and expels them from Uttamanga. Acharya like charaka and vagbhata has explained the potential mechanism of action of nasya, which when properly analyzed shows some resemblance to current theories on nasal drug delivery systems.

Socio-Feminism is a perspective that examines how social structures, cultural norms, and economic systems impact women's lives and their experiences within societies. It focuses on the intersection of gender and societal factors, including but not limited to colonial legacies, in shaping women's identities and opportunities. Edward Said's concept of "the Orient" and its representation within a Western-centric discourse can also be relevant when analyzing how socio-feminism addresses the status of non-Western women. In the context of socio-feminism, Anita Nair's novel Ladies Coupé offers a portrayal of women's lives and struggles in contemporary societies, emphasizing their position in the family and broader social order. Akhila's role as the head of her family after her father's death reflects the challenges women face in navigating patriarchal systems that seek to marginalize and oppress them. By examining the experiences of the female characters in the novel, socio-feminism seeks to give voice to those who have historically been silenced and marginalized. The Music Recommendation System is a machine learning-based approach that enables the music provider to anticipate customer preferences and recommend relevant songs based on the properties of previously heard music. This proposed system revolves around two major components, i.e., user data and content data. The user data consists of various factors like listening history, ambiance, time, genre, etc. After considering all the factors, a pathway is created to recommend the songs accordingly. To build the proposed system, we have to import certain libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn, which are data processing and visualization libraries. It is required to have selection of similarity metric like cosine similarity, then the model must score each candidate according to this similarity metric and thereafter the system will recommend according to this score. In this work, mainly implementation of a Collaborative Filtering Mechanism is done thus, the system will only be able to make recommendations based on that specific user's interests. Using the K-means clustering algorithm, suggestion of music can be performed that is similar to a user's preferences even if they enjoy different genres. For our proposed model, chosen input is the respective dataset, and the output is the recommended songs.

ABSTRACT: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative condition related with ageing and marked by cognitive decline. The cognitive functions include altered behavior, a diminished ability to learn, and memory loss that results in dementia. The hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and other parts of the brain develop beta-amyloid (A) fibrils, oligomers, and neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs), which are the root cause of AD. Studies that are now available indicate that gene mutation, protein aggregation, excitotoxicity, protein aggregates, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction are the main mechanisms contributing to the pathogenesis of AD. A collection of microorganisms needed to support the digestive system makes up the gut microbiota. The microbiota-gut-brain axis is a dynamic, bidirectional communication system that connects the functions of the peripheral intestine with cognitive and emotional awareness. This chapter encompasses around the role of gut microflora in Alzheimer's Disease and also the role of probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics in AD.

Background: Scoliosis is defined as a lateral curvature of the spine that is usually accompanied by rotation. Progression of the curvature during periods of rapid growth may result in significant deformity, which may be accompanied by cardiopulmonary compromise. When the spine develops a lateral curve, it is abnormal. It throws the well-adjusted spinal mechanism out of gear and poses the following problems: - a) A cosmetically unacceptable deformity. b) Deranges the load and force transmission mechanism through the spine. c)Jeopardizes the functions of vital organs like lungs, heart by overcrowding the ribs. Methods: This is a retrospective case presentation involving a 6-year-old girl scoliosis patient who began an outpatient various physiotherapy exercise program and was monitored monthly for improvement in measurements of cobb's angle and chest expansion and improvement in limb length discrepancy measured. Photos were taken to document body image periodically throughout treatment. Results: Within one month of beginning of various approaches of treatment the patient reported no more shoulder pain and within 3months there were significant improvement in strength, limb length discrepancy and improve flexibility of hamstrings and rectus femoris muscles. The patient also benefitted from improved chest expansion, reduced scoliosis curve angles (Pre:26-degree, post-23 degree). She became more active and resumed all functional activity within 3 months of beginning physiotherapy treatment. Conclusions: The combination of various approaches is effective for improving flexibility, strength, skeletal deviation and Cardiovascular fitness in juvenile idiopathic scoliosis. Future experimental studies should be done to examine the effectiveness of chiropractic care and mechanical traction, given the relative scarcity of research on this topic

Kota is indeed a district in the state of Rajasthan, India. Earlier, Kota was primarily known as an industrial city, but over the last three decades it is well-known for its significant contributions to the field of education, particularly for preparing students for national-level competitive exams like IIT-JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination), NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), and other engineering and medical entrance exams. The term "Suicide City" has been associated with Kota due to the alarming number of suicides and suicide attempts reported among students in the city. Many students face tremendous stress and anxiety as they are forced to study for long hours, sometimes neglecting their physical and emotional needs. This excessive academic pressure, coupled with the challenges of living away from home, can lead to feelings of isolation, depression, and even suicidal thoughts among some students. It has raised concerns about the overall mental health support system and the need for a more balanced and holistic approach to education. It is concluded that some student's failed to deal with new competitive environment, peer pressure, unable to fulfill parent's expectations. Some of faces many harmonal changes which trigger their stress. Parents's pressure and fear of failure is also leads to kill oneself. It is important to approach sensitive topics like suicide with care and consideration. the research paper aims to focus on the reasons for suicide attempts among students without directly addressing the resolution of suicidal tendencies. It is crucial to handle this subject with sensitivity and prioritize the well-being of those who might be affected by such research.

The present work involves the formulation, evaluation & comparative anti-bacterial study of polyherbal soap with marketed soap. The herbal soaps were formulated using Azadirachta indica, Curcuma longa Linn. And Sapindus mukorossi extract. They were extracted by the Soxhlet extraction method using ethanol as solvent. The phytochemical screening of all the extracts showed the presence of various phytochemical constituents like saponins, phenols, alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins and steroids. Six different formulations with varying concentrations of plant extracts and ingredients were formulated using factorial design. Physico-chemical evaluation parameters like pH, moisture content, % alcohol insoluble matter, foam height, foam retention and % free alkali gave satisfactory results for formulated soap with good appearance, uniform colour and odour. The polyherbal soap (F3) and marketed soap were evaluated for antibacterial study against E.coli & B.subtilis strain. The zone of inhibition for E.coli at 100mg/ml concentration were found to be 0.3 cm & 0.4 cm and that of B.subtilis were found to be 0.7 cm & 0.8 cm, respectively. Therefore, the formulated polyherbal soap (F3) showed pre-eminent antibacterial properties as compared to marketed soap and the phytochemicals present in the herbs strengthens, nourish and moisturize the skin.

: Air pollution and waste management are some of the major concerns in the modern era. One of the common methods used for waste management and is growing in popularity is incineration. Incineration generates flue gas which contain harmful particulate matter and acid gases which if not treated are harmful pollutants. Decreasing the concentration of aerosol particles helps reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infections that can lead to disease and even death. Industries use electrostatic precipitator to treat the exhaust, whereas in domestic application, minimal effort is taken to do the same. A compact, low-cost electrostatic precipitator that requires low input voltages is designed to solve the need for air pollution control in domestic incinerators. Generation of high voltage in the electrostatic precipitator can be achieved by using a Cockcroft -Walton Multiplier and Flyback Transformer. High voltage generated cause a high voltage arc between the electrodes of an electrostatic precipitator that produce an electrostatic charge on the particulate matter. These charged particulate matter are then collected using oppositely charged collector plate.
