Health is one of most important indicators of quality of human life which is part of right to life considered as one of fundamental rights. The health status of women in Kinnaur is not altogether different from other parts of the country. Unlike others, women in polyandrous family face difficult situation whether it is related to physical or emotional. They have to be stronger and very good at decision making. Women in polyandry family have to deal with more than one husbands and children. Each husbands had its physical as well as emotional needs, the wife have to cater all these needs without hurting or disturbing her relation with co-spouses. Besides this women have to maintain a balanced relation with in-laws as well as equal care & attention to all children. This interesting institution of human society is quite distinct from all other social institutions and customs. The present study deals with the tribal women of Himachal Pradesh, who live in Kinnaur and practice polyandry marriage system. This paper attempts to understand health issue like physical health, health care facility, and menstruation related problems of women in Polyandrous household

This project proposes a design and development technique for bandwidth enhancement of cylindrical dielectric resonator (DRA) energized with an L Aperture feed is presented, which is suitable for wideband application. It is implemented by modifying the dimensions of Cylindrical Dielectric Resonator Antenna (CDRA). It reduces the effective permittivity because effective permittivity is inversely proportional to resonant frequency, so that it increases the resonant frequency of Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA). The substrate and Dielectric material used for investigation is Rogers RT 5880 and Alumina Ceramic of dielectric constant 9.9. Parametric analysis on the antenna is performed using Ansoft HFSS solver by varying different parameter and shape of Dielectric Resonator and length of feed line. The objective of this project is to optimize antenna parameters and thereby study the effects of antenna dimensions Length (L), Width (W) and substrate parameters, relative dielectric constant, substrate thickness on its performance. The novel exciting technique achieves a 2:1 VSWR bandwidth of 11.76% and peak and average gain of the proposed antenna is 8.92dBi. This project introduces to design antenna operating at 4.42GHz based on the Cylindrical Dielectric Resonator Antenna (CDRA) radius of 10 mm and height of 10mm. The variation of bandwidth for different feed parameters is also studied. High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) software will be used to design a Cylindrical Dielectric Resonator Antenna.

Insect play crucial role in maintaining the ecosystem services. Insects affect ecosystem services in different way such as positive and negative. In positive way they do pollination, aeration, seed dispersal and decomposition of dead organic matter and in negative manner they do voracious feeding on crops & plants and affect their annual production. In this study researcher observed all the functions which are performed by a variety of insect. Researcher observed corpse decomposition by a variety of insect like flesh fly larvae, blow fly larvae, rove beetle, ants etc. These arrived at decomposition site in different time interval to decompose the corpse. Different flies, ants and beetles performed the pollination process. In which honey bee has special type of structures in their hind legs known as pollen basket to collect the pollen of the flowers. In this row ants indirectly enhance the fertility of soil by forming a tunnel. Fresh water indicators also recorded by researcher. Above all the phenomenon observed by the researcher during visit to agriculture field, stagnant water body, lotic water body, nursery, forest area, terrestrial & desert habitat. The purpose of this study to examine the role of insect plays in ecosystem and the services that insect provide to us.

A laboratory experiment was conducted to study the effect of potassium humate on seed germination and seedling growth (root length and shoot length) of Chickpea (Cicer arietinum) and Matki (Vigna aconitifolia) .The seeds of Cicer arietinum and Vigna aconitifolia were treated with potassium humate at ten different concentrations (from 0.1 to 1.0%) and water as control. The seeds were then sown on moist blotter papers to record percent seed germination, root length and shoot length of Cicer arietinum and Vigna aconitifolia. The effect of potassium humate (1.0%) on chlorophyll content of Cicer arietinum and Vigna aconitifolia was visualized using systronic spectrophotometer (Type 106) method. At the end of tenth day, potassium humate treated seeds showed positive correlation between concentration of potassium humate and percent seed germination with root length and shoot length of Cicer arietinum and Vigna aconitifolia against water (control). The experiment revealed that, Potassium humate treated plants showed higher chlorophyll a and -b contents than control.

Urbanization has led to an increase in trash production, environmental damage, and waste management problems. A lack of utilization and proper disposal of solid waste raises environmental problems. Sustainable waste management and recycling processes have gained a lot of traction in the civil construction sector. As a valuable resource, plastic rubbish may be recycled and repurposed in several ways. Recycling plastic aggregates or plastic fibres in lieu of natural aggregates or steel-reinforced mesh may be an example of a concrete usage that might benefit from this approach (SRM). The mechanical properties of this concrete have been thoroughly researched, although environmental studies are rare in the literature. According to this research, recycled plastic aggregate and fibre studies are evaluated for their environmental impacts. We'll go through a few of the most typical applications for recycled plastic in this section. It follows that environmental impact studies are studied and argued. In addition, this study focuses on research gaps and challenges in environmental assessment.

Our project develops a system that can recognise the air-written words in 3D space, and then classify the recognised character into one of the possible classes. Air-writing is the new way of writing the linguistic characters or words in free area using hand or finger movements. Writing within the air may be a method to jot down one thing in an exceedingly 3D house with our finger-tip. This project could be a combination of computer vision object chase and handwriting recognition machine learning. The air writing recognition system uses the digital camera of a pc to trace character digits written within the air by the user and then uses a convolutional neural network to classify the character and digits into one of the possible classes. Several current systems use advanced and high-priced chase setups to realize gesture recognition, however, we tend to get to form a system that may attain a similar work with a far cheaper setup.

Polyandry is an arrangement by which a woman is married to more than one man at the same time In india this type of marriage is found in various parts of Himalayan region particularly in the western and central Himalayas. The Kinnaura society like some other polyandrous societies ,also practice polyandry. Adelphic form of polyandry is found to be practiced by Kinnaura tribe, in which two or more than two brothers share a common wife and share the joint responsibility over the common wife and also on the children born on the union .polyandry was a social norm in kinnaur but with the passage of time polyandry is losing its ground and declining due to various factors. but some of the kinnauara people still practice polyandry with their own reasons .In the present study an attempt has been made to explore the various marriage system prevalent there and to know the the reasons of persistence and declining of polyandry.

Abstract: Music is a universal human trait emerged spontaneously throughout the history of mankind across all cultures and remained an integral part of human life throughout the evolution process of human civilization. Music initiates a powerful co-ordination between human body and mind that led to research studies to establish its therapeutic potential and scientific application in the form of music therapy. Music as a healing agent dates back to prehistoric period and was found in ancient traditions worldwide. Its capacity to cure psychological and psychological ailments has made music therapy an alternative therapeutic tool. Indian music therapy, based on raga music in particular, is a powerful means of curing diseases because of its unique form, characteristics, structure and aesthetic values. While rendering, various components and elements of raga triggers the neurotransmitters and thereby impacts on nervous system and influences human body and mind inducing emotion. Indian raga therapy has multiple effects for holistic developments and wellbeing. Music therapy with Indian classical music is flexible and can be the best classical solution to pathological condition of life. But it requires sufficient scientific and evidence based research to have worldwide endorsement.

Telecommunication networks are the transmission systems that enable information to be transmitted in analogue or digital form between various different sites with means of electromagnetic or optical signals. The networks are based either on wired or wireless infrastructures. The major purpose of determining the marketing mix is to satisfy the needs and wants of the customers in the most effective and economical manner. India currently is the largest telecommunication market. This is because of the increasing mobile economy in India. The Indian telecom industry had a drastic change when the Reliance Jio was introduced by the Reliance group of Industries. The vision of Reliance Jio for the Indian economy was that broadband connection should not be a luxury commodity. Their aim was to be make service affordable by all class and sections of people living in the society from the rich to poor as it is necessary and it is very important for every individual to connect to their people . Reliance Jio gives very tough competition to all the service providers.
