Breast cancer is extremely predominant in women's today. It first starts once cells within the breast begin to grow out of management. It is found that the detection of tumor at the primary stage can cure it. Manual detection of a cancer cell is a tiresome task and involves human error, and hence computer-aided mechanisms are applied to obtain better results as compared with manual pathological detection systems. In deep learning, this is generally done by extracting features through a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and then classifying using a fully connected network. Deep learning is extensively utilized in the medical imaging field, as it does not require prior expertise in a related field. In this paper, the proposed approach has trained a CNN and observed that classification accuracy is better compared to other approaches.

An application to monitor the use of abusive and vulgar language on chats on social media networks to prevent users from being obscene can play a part in modifying the way users interact with each other. Friendly chat is a play on a group chatting application, users can discuss a range of topics that is completely unrestricted. When things start heating up a user may become abusive towards other users, at times like this the application will quickly diffuse the situation by deploying preventive measures, stopping the abusive user in his tracks. Using classification and machine learning techniques such as simple Naive Bayes. There has been an emerging trend of a vast number of chat applications which are present in the recent years to help people to connect with each other across different mediums, like Hike, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. The proposed chat application used for chatting purpose with users connected to the internet, and it will not let the user send inappropriate messages.

We saw a twist with blogs discussing it. It shows an amazing opportunity to share our thoughts on the different items we buy. In any case, we face the issue of overloading the details. Instructions for extracting important feedback data to understand the needs of a client and to make an accurate recommendation is essential. Traditional recommender system (RS) thinks of some as items, such as buy records for customers, item classification, and geographic area. In this study, we are proposing a sentiment-based rating prediction technique (RPS) to boost the precision of expectations in frameworks to recommend. First, we suggest an emotional measurement approach for social clients and quantify the feelings of each client regarding items / products. In addition, we consider the own sentimental attributes of a client but also take into account the interpersonal sentimental influence. At that point, we consider the reputation of items, which can be induced by a client set's sentimental distributions reflecting the complete assessment of clients. Finally, we combine three factors: comparability of client opinion, interpersonal sentimental impact, and similarity of credibility of the item in our recommender system to make an accurate prediction of the ranking. On a real-world dataset we conduct a performance assessment of the three emotional variables. Our test shows that the feeling can well characterize client preferences, which improves the performance of the recommendation.

Inconel alloys genrally known for corrosion resistantance to oxidation and their ability to maintain their structural integrity in high temperature atmospheres. There are several Inconel alloys that are used in applications that requires a material that requires a material that does not easily succumb to caustic corrosion, corrosion caused by high purity of water, and corrosion cracking. While each variation of Inconel has a unique traits that makes it effective in different circumstances, the majority of alloys are used frequently in chemical, aerospace industries. Welding Inconel alloys is difficult due to cracking and microstructural segregation of alloying elements in the heat affected zone. However, several alloys are have been designed to overcome these problems. The most common welding methods are gas tungsten arc welding and electron beam welding.

This Article studies about the International Conventions on Environmental law and Sustainable development. Safeguarding our environment is a great challenge in todays world and it is necessary to analyze whether these sustainable development goals can be achieved in 2030 has the target fixed. In the year 1972, the United Nations Organisation for the first time conducted the conference for the Protection of Environment. World is facing the threat of pollution to environment by way of hazardous wastes, green house effect, acid rain, ozone depletion, etc. It is high time that all countries have to unite together to put an end to environmental pollution. For this reason the United Nations environment programme has been set up to resolve and reduce environmental pollution and protect the environment.

NAO, a humanoid robot is being extensively used at RoboCup, an international robotic soccer competition. Different universities around the world take part in it with their own NAO and their algorithms to make NAO play soccer. Right now, we have exhibited the route framework for the NAO that looks for a red ball, explore to it, and kick it to the goal post. The proposed work is approached in two ways - (1) one is similar to a penalty kick and (2) is kicking the ball kept anywhere (range of 1.5-2.0 m) in a frontal hemispherical plane corresponding to the robot. The proposed strategy utilizes information obtained from the 2 cameras mounted on the robot to locate the ball and to explore towards it after. Thereafter, it will take an image of the goal post using its upper camera and adjust its angular position with the goal post. Finally, it will take an image of the ball from its lower camera and adjust its position to kick the ball with the right or left leg whichever is nearer to the ball.

The main purpose of this project initiative is to design a remotely controllable Robot prototype that can detect live humans and transmit the location details wirelessly. It can also be used in war fields and places where disaster has occurred. Human detection is also required in hazardous sectors like boilers, reactors where only authorized person can enter. The live body detection is performed by a biomedical unit that comprises mainly of a temperature sensor combined with a pulse detector. Any alive body with a temperature above absolute temperature is measured tentatively. It senses these pulse variations in the given subject body with the help of a robotic arm with attached clipping mechanism for effective and reliable operation. Human identity is also carried using a wireless camera module. The remote-control unit is used to provide interconnectivity between the robot and human operator and the on-bot camera is used to detect the motion in any kind and will inform to micro controller and then via wireless transmission to an operator located at a remote place. In this project we propose to deploy wireless transmission of data using ZigBee based wireless system for the procurement of efficient communication. If the micro controller unit receives the detected signal, it will send a message through Zigbee signal transmitter to the remote-control unit. The GPS receiver receives the Longitudinal and latitudinal value when the robot continuously monitors to check for even the slightest movement of the human body it sends the location details to the remote-control unit at the earliest

This proposed system describes the application of Internet-of-things (IoT) in monitoring the performance of an electric vehicle battery. Electric vehicle depends entirely on the energy source from the battery. However, the amount of energy supplied to the vehicle is decreasing gradually which leads to performance degradation. This is a major concern for battery manufacture. In our proposed system the idea of monitoring the performance of the vehicle using IoT techniques is proposed so that the monitoring can be done directly. Based on experimental results, the system is capable to detect degraded battery performance and sends notification messages to the user for further action. In this proposed system an indication of the batterys voltage, current, and the remaining charge capacity is calculated in a real-time scenario. To monitor these battery parameters, we have developed a data acquisition system by building a PIC based system. Further, data are also displayed on an Android mobile device and are stored in a server database. We have developed a realistic model to create the final product for our proposed system.

The major causes of famines in all over the world are excessive rainfall, drought, loss of crop, flood, plague, insect infestation etc. India, being a large and less technologically depended country in general used to follow the traditional system of agriculture. As a result, when any one of the above causes was inactive in a large scale, India had to face famine year after year. There were no other exceptions, for India, but to undergo this experience since ancient times. This article will focus to evaluate the terrible famine of Bengal in 1943, which was discussed by renowned scholar Shyamaprasad Mukhopadhyay in his contemporary writing Panchasher Manyantar.

Human values and education may seem a vague term to many of us even though we may be hearing about it frequently. Value education deals with what is universally valuable to all of us. Such an understanding will be vital for the successful conduct of our profession as well. All of us consider some things or the other to be valuable. We set our goals, our aims on this basis, and then set out to work towards achieving them. We want further to explore the inherent inter connectedness, cyclability, self-regulation and mutual fulfillment existing in nature. We can start looking at the significant implications of such an understanding in our life. This unfolding of truth through the process of self-exploration seems to be the direction of evolution of the entire mankind. This also is the purpose of human life. It is for us to get adequately convinced through our own exploration, that this is the only effective way of establishing peace within as well as peace outside.

In recent years projects have increasingly used Last Planner System (LPS) in building construction. However project managers still struggle with figuring out how the LPS could be applied on their specific projects. One main reason for this struggle is that explicit instructions for systematically applying LPS are not available. This seminar aims to identify LPS implementation challenges and an indication of how LPS can be applied. This seminar qualitatively aggregates the results of literature study and 8 case examples from India to identify LPS implementation challenges, Critical success factors and qualitative analysis (RII) of those challenges through questionnaire surrey ( from professionals who has some experience of working with LPS). After identification and analysis of challenges and success factor it is observed that challenges can be mitigated indirectly through minimizing of construction waste. A live case example is taken and causes of wastes is identified for mitigation of challenges that might occur during the implementation of LPS. Besides that some implementation techniques of LPS are proposed for 3 weeks. Main finding of this research are, a) majority of challenges of implementation are due to stubborn attitude, management problem, unskilled labors, non-involvement of stakeholders etc. b) challenges can be mitigated directly through improving involvement, pushing workers to adopt news system by training, proper management etc. and indirectly by minimizing waste. 3) The major reasons behind wastes are arrives from management related issues and worker related issues.
