In order to ensure a company's Internet security, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system is in place to simplify the various preventive technologies and flag alerts for security events. Inspectors (SOC) investigate warnings to determine if this is true or not. However, the number of warnings in general is wrong with the majority and is more than the ability of SCO to handle all awareness. Because of this, malicious possibility. Attacks and compromised hosts may be wrong. Machine learning is a possible approach to improving the wrong positive rate and improving the productivity of SOC analysts. In this article, we create a user-centric engineer learning framework for the Internet Safety Functional Center in the real organizational context. We discuss regular data sources in SOC, their work flow, and how to process this data and create an effective machine learning system. This article is aimed at two groups of readers. The first group is intelligent researchers who have no knowledge of data scientists or computer safety fields but who engineer should develop machine learning systems for machine safety. The second groups of visitors are Internet security practitioners that have deep knowledge and expertise in Cyber Security, but do Machine learning experiences do not exist and I'd like to create one by themselves. At the end of the paper, we use the account as an example to demonstrate full steps from data collection, label creation, feature engineering, machine learning algorithm sample performance evaluations using the computer built in the SOC.

This paper deals with the idea of development of this new deep learning algorithm suitable for predicting lung diseases from x-ray images. The technology may be able to read and process extremely large amounts of scans. The study of using different deep learning for detection of various thoracic diseases has been an active and challenging research area. Patients suffering from thoracic diseases need to take Chest X-Rays which are studied by radiologists and a report is generated by them. However, today with the increase in the number of thoracic patients in developing countries like India, a quick method to classify the disease and generate the report has become necessary. Also, a patient record has to be considered for diagnosis. The algorithm which is used in this paper offers a comparative study on the various deep learning techniques that can process chest X-rays and are capable of detecting the different thoracic diseases. Also, this algorithm has been proposed to classify 14 diseases namely Atelectasis, Cardiomegaly, Consolidation, Edema, Effusion, Emphysema, Fibrosis, Hernia, Infiltration, Mass, Nodule, Pneumonia, Pneumothorax, Pleural thickening and one for no disease based on the given X-rays using Convolutional Neural Network.

In medical field we come across huge amount of images in the forms of scans, reports and so on. Hence, we need to compress the data we come across due to the factor of storage space. Diagnosis of medical image requires detailed analysis of vital portion of the image. In medical image compression, a small loss in the vital portion leads to wrong interpretation. The proposed compression scheme will eliminate this problem by utilizing region based compression which results in the lossless compression of requisite area, where the salient details are stored and lossy compression in the remaining region. In this method, region which contains most required diagnostic features is separated and then encoded without significant loss in diagnostic quality using block based Burrows- Wheeler compression algorithm. Remaining regions are encoded using hybrid fractal encoding algorithm. Finally, both encoded regions are combined together to reconstruct the output image. The performance of the compressed scheme is evaluated in terms of PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio), CR (Compression Ratio), space saving and time consumption.

World ethanol production rise to nearly 13.5 billion gallon in 2006. Ethanol has been part of alcoholic beverages for long time, but its application has expanded much beyond that during the 20th Century. Much of the recent interest is in the use of ethanol as fuel. In this paper, we have reviewed published literature on current ethanol production and separation methods, and chemical and sensory analysis techniques. Ethanol produced by fermentation, called bioethanol, accounts for approximately 95% of the ethanol production. It is recently widely used as an additive to gasoline. Corn in the Unites States and sugarcane in Brazil are widely used as raw materials to produce bioethanol. Cellulosic materials are expected to be the ultimate major source of ethanol and also represent a value-adding technology for agricultural coproducts. While bioethanol is considered as a sustainable energy source, it requires further purification for uses other than fuel. The most common purification technique utilized in the ethanol industry is rectification by further distillation. However, distillation has critical disadvantages including high cost and limited separation capacity. Several alternatives have been proposed to replace distillation such as non-heating fractional distillation by ultrasonic irradiation, oxidation of impurities by ozone, and adsorption of impurities by activated carbon or zeolite. Chemical and sensory analyses are used to determine the quality of alcohol and to optimize various steps in production. Near-infrared (NIR) spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), and mass spectrometry (MS), have been developed for chemical analyses. Also, olfactometry is common for sensory analysis. This paper summarizes the state-of-the art of ethanol production, purification, and analytical techniques.

This paper discusses how machine learning applications have a significant impact on teaching and learning, as well as how to improve the learning environment in higher education. We use innovative machine learning applications in teaching and learning while taking into account the students' background, academic performance in the past, and other factors. Because of the enormous class numbers, it would be difficult to support each individual student in each open learning course, which would raise the dropout rate at the end of the course. In this work, we will use linear regression, a machine learning algorithm, to predict a student's academic success.
