When a cell or tissue undergoes mechanical, chemical or any other distress from an external object or stimuli the defense mechanism mainly leucocytes acts up in the form of inflammation. There is a variety of steroidal and non-steroidal drugs are helpful in management of acute as well as chronic inflammation. The major issues with treatment of chronic inflammation is the toll that drugs take on gastrointestinal system as well as renal system. Prolonged consumption of NSAIDs is associated with lesions in stomach as well as load on kidneys. There is a need for alternative therapy so as to minimize these adverse effects. The drugs derived from natural resources are generally well tolerated & have low toxicity. The article highlights the signs, causes, type, mediators & mechanism of acute and chronic inflammation & its management using the ayurvedic drugs.

The net energy consumption has decreased across the country and state, however domestic energy consumption has spiked up massively due to the lockdown and heavy use of electrical appliances. There is also a detailed survey of 20 households showing us the ups and downs in energy consumption. The massive impact on energy consumption was due to a reduction in commercial and industrial activities. However, domestic energy consumption across Pune as well as our state rose at an alarming rate. Due to the decrease in energy demand, the share of renewables, mainly solar has increased sharply leading people to use and harness solar energy. Domestic energy consumption can decrease by approximately 500 units per house per month.

The population in India is increasing day by day and at the same time, the garbage produced by us is also growing at a similar rate. We all have become very busy in our daily lives and we spend very little time being concerned about our environment. An overflowed garbage bin creates an obnoxious smell and causes pollution which may lead to severe health issues. Garbage Management has become a hectic issue as BMC fails to collect garbage from time to time. The traditional way of monitoring the garbage manually is a cumbersome process that requires more time, human effort and resources which is not compatible with present-day requirements. It can be easily avoided with the present technologies. We as humans always prefer automatic systems to make our life simpler rather than using manual systems. Using the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT), we can develop a Smart Garbage Monitoring and Segregation System which would result in less manpower, low fuel cost and improved cleanliness. The proposed system can be the first step towards a clean country.

Recent studies has found that, discovering and developing novel medications is insufficient to attain therapeutic excellence and gain market economies. As a result, changed formulations of currently available medications are getting more significant. Also, poor water solubility and inadequate bioavailability of an active medicinal ingredient are two factors that limit the growth of a new product. The pharmacological action of the pharmaceutically active ingredient is unaffected by co-crystallization, with pharmaceutically acceptable molecules, although it can improve physical qualities such as solubility, stability and rate of dissolution. Most importantly, it is possible to use co-crystal to generate novel pharmaceuticals with improved solubility, improving treatment efficiency and safety. The most significant factor in the production of co-crystal is thermodynamic stability. Co-crystal formation can be performed by Grinding Methods, Spray Drying Method, Solvent Evaporation Technique, Ultrasound Assisted Solution Co-crystallization, Supercritical Fluid Atomization Technique, Hot Melt Extrusion and other techniques are used. A brief description of co-crystal formation techniques, properties of co-crystal (solubility, tabletability, melting point, stability, bioavailability, permeability) as well as its pharmacological uses has been incorporated in the following review paper which further help to know more about the concept of co-crystals in depth.

A code is primarily designed for structural engineers to stipulate mandatory recommendations while analysing a structure under the influence of seismic excitation. The aim mainly is to make a standard for all to make structures safe and stable, though the seismic parameter during an earthquake is not as equivalent as mentioned in the code, the importance of using the code is there. A structural engineer can save life as strictly following code recommendations can resist the structure from collapse during a ground movement. Throughout the years researchers have developed the code provisions, and it modifies. In November 2020, an amendment for the IS code 1893, Criteria for earthquake resistance design of structures, has been released with some major modifications over previous versions. This study focuses on the latest modifications made and their comparison with the previous version.

Data is the input to mine useful features for different artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, but Internet data is distributed everywhere and managed by numerous stakeholders who can not believe in each other, and it is difficult to approve or verify the use of data in complex cyberspace. An AI will need large data to produce a digital copy of a delectable, or a full image. In turn, this practical AI-based digital copy would hit pandemonium, and well, it would be really hard, not to mention, unlikely for AI to operate with anyone without a very strong password. In this article, we propose SecNet, an architecture that will allow safe data collection, computing, and sharing in the large-scale Internet world, with AI improved by plenty of data, and more secure cyberspace. By incorporating blockchain-enabled data sharing, ownership assurance, and trustworthy computation, we plan to build a more stable Internet with plenty of big data and hence improved AI based on a fantastic dataset. In addition to listing out auditing criteria, we decide a typical implementation scenario and an unusual way to enforce its procedures. We then assess its effectiveness from the perspective of the network protection component and the Net Neutrality issue.

In the seismic design of buildings, reinforced concrete structural walls, or shear walls, act as major earthquake resisting members. The properties of these seismic shear walls dominate the response of the buildings, and therefore, it is important to evaluate the seismic response of the walls appropriately. In this present study, main focus is to determine the solution for shear wall location in multi-storey building An earthquake load is applied to a building of B+G+14 stories located in zone III. Parameters like Lateral displacement, story drift. The response of building when subjected to seismic excitation can be evaluated in a number of ways. Structural analysis methods can be mainly divided into four categories Equivalent Static Analysis, Linear dynamic analysis, Nonlinear Static Analysis, Nonlinear dynamic analysis. Equivalent Static Analysis method or linear static analysis, defines a series of forces acting on a building to represent the effect of earthquake ground motion. In this method, the design base shear is computed for the whole building, and it is then distributed along the height of the building. The response spectrum analysis determines the natural frequencies and mode shapes via eigen value analysis. It is used to estimate the peak response whereas the time history analysis provides a method for obtaining the exact response of a structure as a function of time.

Orally fast dissolving films have been recently introduced in the market as a convenient and easy-to-use alternative to conventional dosage forms such as orally disintegrating tablets. For paediatric and geriatric patients, fast-dissolving drug delivery systems are an alternative to tablets, capsules, and syrups that quickly disintegrate and dissolve in saliva and can be easily swallowed without the use of water. Mouth dissolving buccal films are particularly useful for paediatric, geriatric, and mentally ill patients who have trouble swallowing conventional tablets. This approach improves the therapeutic efficiency of pharmaceutical actives by avoiding hepatic first pass metabolism, delivering drug molecules in a controlled manner, increasing absorption, and improving patient compliance. This review gives more details about the components used in ODF, the manufacturing processes, the evaluation tests, and the marketed products.

Computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage (cloud storage) and computing power, without direct active management by the user. By using cloud storage, users can access applications, services, software whenever they require over the internet. Users can put their data remotely to cloud storage and get the benefit of on-demand cloud services and application from the resources. The cloud must ensure data integrity and security of data of the user. The issue about cloud storage is integrity and privacy of data of the user. To maintain overkill this issue here, we are giving public auditing process for cloud storage that users can make use of a third-party auditor (TPA) to check the integrity of data. Not only verification of data integrity, the system also supports data dynamics. The work that has been done in this line lacks data dynamics and true public audit ability. The auditing task monitors data modifications, insertions and deletions. The implement system is capable of supporting public audit ability, data dynamics and Multiple TPA are used for the auditing process. We also extend our concept to ring signatures in which HARS scheme is used. Markel Hash Tree is used to improve block level authentication.

: Martensitic stainless steels are widely used in industrial applications due to their ability to be heat treated to different strength levels, added with good corrosion and oxidation resistance. By applying suitable heat treatment procedures, the properties of martensitic stainless steels are greatly modified. The scope of the work is to develop a heat treatment for SS431 martensitic stainless steel to get pearlite microstructure of the same, this is achieved by controlling rate of cooling of SS431 MSS done by using annealing heat treatment. The simulations carried out by changing various alloying elements and their influence on microstructure and hardness in JmatPro software are discussed below

The present research study was conducted for the adaptation and re-standardization of PSYCAT PRO, a multi-dimensional measure of human psychometrics that quantifies and infers the levels of patience, planning, emotional status, tactful behavior, attitude, social sense, attitude, obsessive behavior and intellectual levels of individuals. The adaptation of psychological instruments is a complex process that requires a high methodological standard. Test adaptation is a descriptive of the process that usually takes place in terms of revising, adapting and formatting. It is a practice which is judged as an important one for conducting and evaluating the adaptation of psychological and educational tests. Aspects regarding the factorial structure of the questionnaire evaluated through statistical procedures such as exploratory factor analysis were considered. The empirical evidence such as reliability, item analysis, and validity were also duly taken into consideration. The new version of PSYCAT is found to be equally and statistically valid for a wide range of population including professionals as well as students above the age of 18 years.

In India, Scheduled Tribes constitute 8.6 percent of total population numbering 104.28 million (Census of India, 2011). More than half of the Scheduled Tribe population is concentrated in the States of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Jharkhand and Gujarat. The Tribes generally reside in isolated places situated in remote areas of forests, islands, hills etc. These communities are not able to access basic facilities such as schools, hospitals and other amenities due to their remoteness. All these factors have led to the socio-economic backwardness of the community.

Deformation monitoring represents a crucial issue in order to avoid catastrophic failures due to infrastructure aging or earthquake damages. Differential SAR Interferometry (DInSAR) is a technique suitable for critical infrastructure monitoring, also for the availability of free data and tools that can be used by experts in SAR remote sensing and also by geologists and civil engineers, after having acquired the right confidence and experience in these data processing and tool use. In order to apply the DInSAR technique, in its basic and simple version, to critical infrastructure monitoring, it is very important to assess its performance. Nevertheless, validation results are not largely available in literature, because heterogeneous technical competencies are required to this aim and in situ measurements must be collected and made available. In this paper, we propose a highly reproducible DInSAR workflow that can be effectively used for deformation monitoring, by validating its results with in situ measurements.

This project is mainly proposed for reducing the power loss in industries by using power factor compensation through a number of shunt capacitors. Power factor is defined as the ratio of real power to apparent power. By increase in reactive power increases the apparent power so the power factor decreases. By having low power factor the industry needs more energy to meet its demand hence efficiency decreases. In this system, the output from step down transformer are fed into ZCD which converts sinusoidal waveform into square waveform to be used by microcontroller. Op-amp is used as a comparator for the ZCD circuit. Microcontroller displays the power loss due to inductive load on the LCD. This process is continuously actuate until the power loss would be zero by using relays which is used to bring the shunt capacitors into load circuit.

The main objective of project is to compare conventional Seismic analysis and lead rubber bearing system. While no structure can be entirely immune to damage from earthquakes, the goal of earthquake resistant construction is to erect structures that fare better during Seismic activity than their conventional counterparts. The installation of isolators at the base increases the flexibility of the building structures. In present study Modeling and analysis of P+10 storey RC building is done in ETBS 19.1 version software for two cases. The first one is fixed base and the second one is base isolated, one vertical irregular model is considered and analysis is done by equivalent static and response spectrum method. The Lead rubber bearing (LRB) is designed as per IS and UBC 97 code and the same was used for analysis of base isolation system. The results obtained from analysis were Storey displacement. Damper systems are designed and manufactured to protect integrities and structural damages and to prevent injuries. There are many techniques to make seismic resistant structure. The base isolation technique is used in this project to resist against earthquake. Lead Rubber Bearing is a new type earthquake resistance rubber bearing, formed by inserting lead core into ordinary laminated rubber bearing, vertical supporting, and horizontal displacement and hysteric damping are combined in single unit together.
