The concept of PPCR (Post Purchase Consumer Regret) is gaining more importance in the modern day's consumerism. The PPCR is directly related to the consumer regret as well as consumer satisfaction. In the era of digital evolution, the electronic goods are being appealing by the buyers for its day-to-day requirements. However, the market dynamics with regard to the white goods (Home appliances) like stoves (British: cookers), refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, and air conditioners and consumer electronic goods, the shelf life of the goods is quite less, which compels the customer for frequent association and buying behaviour. White goods are major household appliances and may include air conditioner, dishwasher, and clothes dryer, drying cabinet, freezer, refrigerator, kitchen stove, water heater, washing machine, microwave ovens and induction cookers. During the course Covid-19 pandemic, it is estimated that the white goods industry in India reached US$13.66 billion in the financial year 2021 alone. Out of this, the largest market share belonged to Air Conditioners, Refrigerators and LED products.

: Nanotechnology has recently received a lot of attention, leading to the development of new methods for medical cures. Nanotechnology is involved in solubilization of drug, targeting of anti-cancer drugs as well as diagnostic applications. Polymersome nanoparticles, which are synthetic amphiphilic vesicles composed of various chemical polymers, are currently being investigated for delivering various probes for imaging target tissues/organs, targeting cytotoxic drugs to tumor cells, and gene therapy. Polymersomes have gained prominence as flexible transporters in recent years due to their colloidal stability, tunable film properties, and ability to move a wide range of medications and particles in the body. Different polymersomes has been planned and made in the lab for extra opportunities and applications in drug transport, clinical imaging, hardware and nanoreactors. Polymersomes can be self-assembled from amphiphilic macromolecules and their structural characteristics such as vesicle shape, size, and membrane thickness, their mechanical and transport properties too as their combination conduct can be fluctuated by changing the trial conditions. The polymersome, due to its amphiphilic nature has the capacity to hold water soluble and insoluble substances (like medications and imaging tests). In view of this, polymersomes have enormous potential as nanostructured biomaterials for applications such as symptomatic imaging and in vivo medication delivery.

Rapid industrialization and population explosion in India has led to the migration of peoples from villages to cities which increase human settlement in world's growing cities and towns. This generates several issues with regard to the environment. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is becoming a very important study before commissioning of any project plan or development in our country. In order to study either its beneficial or harmful effect; evaluation of any project through EIA has become a must; Indian construction industry is rapidly growing at a rate of 9.2% as against the world average of 5.5%. Undertaking EIA for construction industry and improving site management can reduce environmental impacts both on and off site. Several agencies use procedures for EIA of construction projects which might result in significant environmental impacts. The EIA study is necessary to prepare a detailed account of environmental impact of the proposed activity so that appropriate interventions could be taken. An attempt has been made in this paper to study environmental impact of building construction project using checklist analysis methodology.

This paper describes a non-linear finite element analysis for the coupling beams with different reinforcement details. Three types of reinforcement details are investigated in this study, conventionally reinforced coupling beam (CRCB), Diagonally reinforced coupling beam (DRCB) and Double beam coupling beam (DBCB). Numerical models are generated by using Non-linear Finite element analysis software ABAQUS using a three- dimensional framework to verify the results with available experimental specimens. Parametric Study was conducted on the three different types of reinforcement to investigate the effect of changing the concrete compressive strength between the shear walls and the coupling beam during casting in site, studying the lateral load-displacement curve for the new type of reinforcement (DBCB) comparing between the others and studying the effect of increasing the aspect-ratio for the three types of reinforcement that will be increased about the international limits.

Labour laws in India is marking a galvanizing shift not only in structures, and mechanisms but also in terms of the underlying principles on which labour law is to be imagined. One of the fundamental alteration is seen in the collective bargaining process. Under the present system, there is no upper limit on Trade Unions in an industrial establishment, but under the new Industrial Relations code, each industrial establishment now can only have one negotiating council. The importance of collective bargaining rests in amicable and genuine solution to the problems, and the nature of problems may and possibly are several. Stripping off and adorning the right to collectively bargain from multiple associations to a single body cast more risks juxtaposition rewards. The current paper intends to examine if the single negotiating council could better the bargaining capacity of the labour adding to meaningful rights protection. Accordingly, the paper is proposed to be divided into four parts. The first part would enumerate the structure, and aim of the paper. The second section, contextualize the labour problem and collective bargaining process in some detail emphasising its importance in Indian market conditions. The Industrial Relations Code intends to create one negotiating council which may not be suited to the labour workforce market considering its composition. Next part would delve into the old and proposed laws in detailing negotiating council, and assess its understanding from a human rights qua international legal standards and fundamental rights perspective. Facially, a single body intends to infringe freedom to form association at its core, and a range of other rights interpretatively, and derivate in form. Last part would end with concluding remarks, and summing up on the need to have multiplicity in collective bargaining process.

A Oral route is always considered as one of the best convenient route for administration of different pharmaceutical dosage form like solid dosage form such as capsule, tablet, pill and liquid dosage form such as syrup, elixir, emulsion and suspension. Fast Dissolving Drug Delivery system developed various fast disintegrating/dissolving formulations such as Mouth Dissolving Tablet's (MDT's) and Mouth Dissolving Film's. Mouth dissolving film is superior as compared to mouth dissolving tablet due to low cost of production. Mouth dissolving tablets are well established dosage forms available in the market. The numerous advantages that they offer to the patients (Geriatric and pediatric) in terms of compliance such patients are facing i.e difficulty in swallowing of tablet and capsule, the MDT's can bypass it, along with that it has other advantages like self-administration, rapid disintegration and faster dissolving in mouth without uptake of water offer rapid absorption hence rapid onset of action as compare to tablet, capsule, pill that make it versatile dosage form as well as to the manufacturers in terms of huge revenues by line extension of products are well known. In spite of such popularity, there seems to be lack of a standardized system to characterize these dosage forms. Enormous work has been done in this field, wherein some of the researchers have developed their own methods of preparation, taste masking and evaluation. This article attempts to present a detailed review regarding ideal properties, advantages, choice of excipient, mechanism of action of super disintegrant, characteristics, salient features, limitation, challenges and approaches for preparation of MDTs, patented technologies and technological advances made so far in the area of evaluation of mouth dissolving tablets with respect to special characteristics of these unique dosage forms.

In most cases, complex formation being a complex between metal ions and protons, it is reasonable to expect that there is some correlation between stability constant of complex and acidic dissociation constant of conjugate acid of ligand. Larson1 found linear relationship between corresponding constants for complexes of silver(I) with organic amines. Subsequently similar correlation were found in many complex systems.2-3 The ligand may affect chelating tendency in two possible ways - (i) It may influence the basicity of donor groups by inductive and resonance effect or and (ii) the addition of groups on ligand may be purely statistical (sterical) effects prevent the ligand ions or molecules from acquiring the orientation about central metal ions most favorable for chelation. In certain cases linear correlations was found between Hammett constant (?) for the functional groups of the complexes. May and Jones4 have applied Hammett's equation to complexes of substituted benzoic acids. Irving and Desilva5introduced stability factor "Sf" which is a measure of the stabilization due to ? bonding.

Impreciseness lies in almost every field we deal with. In almost all of the real-world problems that we consider, there is always an inconsistency in the values that are predicted. Many techniques have been proposed in order to handle with the inconsistent information. Many sets have been introduced in the neutrosophic field to overcome the unpredictability. In this paper, we have introduced a new set called the Interval-valued fermatean Neutrosophic Set of Second . Also, certain basic properties of interval-valued fermatean neutrosophic sets of second type are discussed.

Hadoop is a widely used system for managing enormous volumes of data. Hadoop cluster performance is significantly impacted by the effectiveness of job rescheduling algorithms. However, Hadoop's current scheduling methods are unable to properly account for variations in node efficiency across heterogeneous clusters. Issues like uneven work distribution and underutilization of resources may develop as a result. We suggest a novel strategy termed the Versatile Dynamic Data Placement Algorithm (VDDP), created especially for heterogeneous Hadoop clusters, to tackle these difficulties. Our method makes use of the cluster heartbeat mechanism to gather crucial data, such as node CPUs and memories. This data permits a thorough evaluation of each node's actual load capacity. The VDDP algorithm improves the overall efficiency and resource utilisation of Hadoop clusters in the presence of heterogeneity by dynamically adjusting and balancing the distribution of information across the cluster based on the condition of each node. Our approach meets the needs of heterogeneous clusters where nodes have different processing capacities, in contrast to the current Hadoop implementation, which assumes homogenous computing nodes. Our proposed system effectively handles diverse data types in Hadoop clusters, thereby improving efficiency and performance in large-scale data collection and analysis. Furthermore, we introduce a method to calculate the remaining rate of hardware resources on each node, prioritizing tasks on nodes with higher resource availability based on the task type. Additionally, we incorporate data compression techniques for Input-Output intensive tasks to minimize disk function and expedite task execution. Our VDDP approach outperforms existing scheduling algorithms, according to experimental data, especially in heterogeneous Hadoop clusters, where it considerably improves scheduling efficiency and task execution speed. The VDDP algorithm showcases task-specific enhancements in execution time, delivering superior performance for various task types.

Abstract-Allelopathy is a biological phenomenon by which an organism produces one or more biochemical that influences the germination, growth, survival, reproduction of other organisms. Allelochemicals, which are the secondary metabolites of plant, algae, bacteria and fungi, are responsible for allelopathy. The crop having allelopathic property can be used for nutrient management, weed control, disease, pest management and abiotic stress management in field crops. The allelochemicals also enhance and regulates crop growth. Allelochemicals produced by microorganisms, insects, higher animals and plants could provide new strategies for maintaining and increasing forest and agricultural production in the future. The application of allelopathic substances in the crop field reduces the utilization of agrochemicals, which have a detrimental effect on the environment and human life.

The goal of every medicine delivery system is typically understood to be to deliver a therapeutic dose of medication to the appropriate region in the body without causing any obvious adverse effects. Because of its numerous advantages, including as patient compliance, convenience of administration, formulation flexibility, etc., oral drug delivery systems have long been the most popular and clinically acknowledged mode of drug administration. It must, however, also fulfill a number of other important criteria, including physical and chemical stability, the capacity to be produced in vast quantities and at a reasonable cost while guaranteeing the accurate dose of the medicine in each and every dosage unit. Optimal drug solubility and availability from absorptions commensurate with intended usage (i.e., immediate or prolonged release) are the main design requirements for matrix tablets. accuracy and consistency of medication composition. Stability includes the capacity of the pharmacological ingredient to remain stable over time as well as the overall tablet composition, pace, and amount of dissolution. Manufacture ease: The formulation should be designed in a way that makes it simple and affordable to produce the necessary batches.
