The addition of two n bit number operations in a digital circuit is used to reduce the circuit's intricacy, and it is an operation. In this paper, we design a circuit for designing a high-speed efficient adder. The adoption of an adder with the required qualities ensures the circuit's smooth running. The adders that have been analyzed are 32-bit adders that have been generated and simulated using Xilinx synthesis tools. The results of synthesis reports and circuit simulations aid in the discovery of various attributes. Area consumed power and speed may be determined for the analyze of the device. On the basis of power and area, the ripple carry adder, carry skip adder, and kogge stone adder have been compared in this study.

Reuse of Waste or effluent water is largest problem in current scenario. About 60% of RO reject water is converted into effluent or in waste water because of major use of pure water in industries and of course for domestic purpose. Here, it is idea to use waste water or effluent water for further either in domestic use or in industrial use. Major concern to use this effluent water contain is, high amount of heavy metal and Waste water effluents is limiting their regeneration and reuse after membrane treatments such as reverse osmosis (RO), Filtration. Presently it was removed by electro-coagulation or by electro dialysis but this process is used in limited because of high cost. Here, we are trying to remove heavy metals and impurities which are present in water by using chemical or by Solar distillation process or Natural agriculture waste which depend on type of water having amount of impurities present in it. With the help of additionally agriculture waste the cost of the treating water and the pollution also decrease.

Sex ratio is often described by comparing the size of the sex category with a ratio. The study of sex ratio of population helps in ascertaining the specific requirement of the males and female. Considering the rural-urban differentials in exists in sex ratio of any area, helps in distinguishing the specific need of population in the area. The study of sex ratio of population is important for manpower planning, regional urban, economic and developmental planning. In India Over all sex ratio (OSR) has gradually increased from the last census by seven points from 933 (2001) to 940. According to the Indian census, the situation is worse for the child Sex Ratio (CSR), the sex ratio in the 0-6 age group went down from 962 (1981) to 914 (2011). 2011 census showed that in 26 States/UTs rural child sex ratio are higher than urban areas (Paul, K., & Saha, S. 2015). Ahmednagar district is situated in western part of Maharashtra shows rural- urban differentials in sex ratio. Urban sex ratio is always less in district compare with rural areas. This research focus on age specific sex ratio and it is reported that all the towns of district are having declining child sex ratio rapidly and need to be focused by planners.

With the exponential growth in the ways and means by which people need to communicate-data communications, voice communications, video communications, broadcast messaging, command and control communications, emergency response communications, etc. - modifying radio devices easily and cost-effectively has become business critical. Software defined radio (SDR) technology brings the flexibility, cost efficiency and power to drive communications forward, with wide-reaching benefits realized by service providers and product developers through to end users. Modern communications protocols are not simply streaming bits at 100% duty cycle. Instead, they use packets/frames. At the receiver, identification of frame is necessary when a new frame begins. Preamble contains a synchronization sequence that the receiver uses to detect start of frames, and it is a sequence known by the receiver beforehand. In this paper, frame synchronization using Barker Codes (BC) for various Frame Length (FL) (taken frame lengths are 3,4 and 13) by applying different modulation techniques like Binary Phase Shift Keying(BPSK) and Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK).

The general purpose of the study is to classify the comments made on products in e-commerce systems by type using text mining application. As the e-commerce system, Open Cart e-commerce infrastructure was used and the installation steps were explained by installing on the "ecommerce comments store" domain. In particular, the average internet usage in both Turkey and the world for 15 years, including web-based applications has rapidly increased. The quality of the services offered online continues to increase in parallel. In this context, companies have started to use technology and software for their own interests and have taken steps to increase their service quality by interpreting data that will benefit them through methods such as data mining. With this study, the classification process of these comments/evaluations made on the products was carried out using text mining. In this way, big data can be transformed into more meaningful and smaller data and can be used as a faster method to identify users who have problems. Although it seems difficult to examine the interpretations made especially subjectively with this method it was emphasized how this situation can be facilitated by text mining applications

With the use of the internet, a lot of data is being collected in the form of images. This type of data can be used for further analysis or processing only if we are able to draw out what the image represents or depicts. Image captioning in simple words can be defined as the process of producing or generating a description in the form of text for an image. The results have many applications in real life. This paper presents an effort to leverage the benefits of the techniques of Deep Learning in producing the captions for images based on the objects present, the properties of the objects, the actions that are being performed by them and the interaction between the objects and with their surroundings using a CNN and RNN model.

COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the world. Wearing a face mask is one of the precautions to lower the risk of viral transmission, according to studies. Moreover, many public areas and public service providers demand consumers to use the service and location only if they correctly wear masks. As a result, manually tracking the consumer to see if they have the mask or not is impossible. That is why technology is so important in this situation. Face mask detection via image processing is one of the high-accuracy and efficient face mask detectors proposed in this paper.

The fast growth in technology and increase in the use of Internet by the people in India has led to the development of online shopping. The current pandemic and the days of lockdown have proved to be an added advantage to the E-sellers to expand their customer network. The availability of numerous shopping websites is the biggest challenge to the E-sellers. To attract more customers to the online platform and to increase sales, the E-sellers should adopt well-developed marketing strategies that will help the E-sellers, not only to retain the existing online customers but also to attract the potential customers. To develop good marketing strategies, it is crucial for the E-sellers to first understand the behavior of online customers. Previous studies have shown that customers compare the prices of the products, study its features and look at the after sales facilities provided by the E-sellers. Many factors influence the buying behavior of the customers in the online mode. One significant factor among all is gender. Gender plays a crucial role in the behavior of customers while they shop online. This study addresses the role of gender in the attitude of customers toward online shopping. The study is based on an empirical research method. The data are collected from 91 respondents through a self-designed questionnaire through convenience-sampling method and the sample includes online shoppers from Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka, India.

Cleft of lip and palate provided most common consecutive congenital anomalies which affect the mouth and related structures of human being. The cleft occurs when certain body parts and structures do not fuse together during fetal development. The clefts have a complex etiology with genetic and environmental playing role. It is seen that about 20% of birth defects are caused by genetic or hereditary factors and about 10% of birth defects are caused by environmental factors such as infection, radiation, pollution, biomedical and hazardous waste and drugs etc. The frequencies of different genetic disorders depend upon various factors such as genetic background of the population and the type of environment to which the population is exposed. This article main aims to the review and analysis in the point of geographical mind of congenital anomalies associated with cleft lip and palate among Infants.

India is a vast country, and while counterfeit notes of Rs.100, 500, and 1000 were always in circulation before demonetization, counterfeit notes of new Rs.50,200,500, and 2000 have also surfaced in a short period of time, posing a threat to the country's economic progress. Counterfeiting issues have emerged in recent years as a result of technology advancements in colour printing, duplication, and scanning. The recognition and verification on paper cash using digital image processing techniques is detailed in this article. The image of the currency is used to extract the properties, which are then compared to the characteristics of actual currency. Image processing techniques will be used to recognise and verify the cash. Picture processing, edge detection, image segmentation, characteristic extraction, and image comparison are among the components of the method. The expected consequences will be the text and vocal output of the identified and authenticated currency.

One of the most important innovations for improving utilization and maintenance of the virtual machine during the live migration process to increase the power efficiency of data is one the main task which contains the high risk. Several live migration algorithms have been proposed, each with its own set of characteristics in by using completion time and other characteristics features related to live migration machine, virtual machine (VM) downtime, and VM performance degradation. Choosing the best live migration strategy has been a challenge so far, even with service-level agreements and organizational constraints in place. We propose Regression based Machine learning model that can predict key characteristics of live migration with high accuracy, depending on the migration algorithm and workload running within the VM. In contrast to previous research, we are not only able to model all widely used migration algorithms, but also significant metrics that have not been considered previously, such as VM performance degradation.
