Emotional speech signals research has been boosted in human-machine interfaces due to the availability of high computation capability. There are many systems proposed in the literature to identify the emotional state through speech. Selection of suitable feature sets, design of proper classifications methods and prepare an appropriate dataset are the main key issues of speech emotion recognition systems. The human voice is very versatile and carries a multitude of emotions. Emotion in speech carries extra insight into human actions. Through further analysis, we can better understand the motives of people, whether they are unhappy customers or cheering fans. Humans are easily able to determine the emotion of a speaker, but the field of emotion recognition through machine learning is an open research area. In this proposed project, we perform speech data analysis on speaker discriminated speech signals to detect the emotions of the individual speakers involved in the conversation. We are analyzing different techniques to perform speaker discrimination and speech analysis to find efficient algorithms to perform this task.

As the world is in a stage of upgradation, there is one stinking problem we have to deal with and that is Garbage! In our daily life, we see the pictures of garbage bins being overfull and all the garbage spills out. This leads to the number of diseases as large number of insects and mosquitoes breed on it. A big challenge in the urban cities is solid waste management not only in India but for most of the countries in the world. Hence, such a system has to be build which can eradicate this problem or at least reduce it to the minimum level. Our project provides one of the most efficient ways to keep our environment clean and green here our aim is to build a waste segregation robot which has the ability to detect, pick and separate different kind of waste and dump them into the respective dustbins which will be very easy for to be recycled and keep our surroundings clean.

Surveillance video system framework assumes a huge part in the security frameworks of current urban communities since it can detect suspicious objects and abnormal behavior early instead of the late location by people. Though, the development in surveillance, a gigantic measure of information is produced which make the analytics, storage and retrieval of the information perplexing. Each private or public region today is liked to be under surveillance to guarantee significant degrees of safety. Subsequently the surveillance occurs nonstop, information accumulated thus is immense and requires a great deal of manual work to go during each time of the recorded recordings that is the reason manual perception by security faculty for extended periods isn't plausible nor proficient. There is a requirement for a smart and intelligent framework which can conquer this trouble via computerizing this interaction. It should alarm the security staff when doubtful items in the edge are recognized. It ought to likewise restrain fake alerts. If this is accomplished, crafted by surveillance will be upgraded and the existence of safety recruits can be utilized else-where more workforce is required. In this project, we presented a system which can detect anomalous behavior and alarm the user on the type of anomalous behavior. The model has been trained with videos belonging to anomalous and normal behavioral classes with help of machine learning approach using MATLAB.

The Coronavirus pandemic has replaced the traditional face to face classrooms with online teaching mode. Considering this, an attempt has been made in the present study to understand how the school going children perceive the online education. The sample for the present study comprised of 404 students (209 females and 195 males) from the fifth, sixth and seventh standard. Questionnaire was developed by the researchers and the data was collected using google forms. Percentage analyses was carried out to analyse the data. Obtained results showed that students perceived the online mode of learning to be beneficial, it allowed them to continue with academics even during the lockdown and resulted in adequate free time to pursue their hobbies. However, on the other hands the students felt that they feel restless and experience headaches, eye strains etc because of the prolonged periods of screen time; another prominent issue that they faced was internet connectivity issues which resulted in the inability for students to concentrate during their classes. Students from the lower socio-economic backgrounds had problem of fully equipped devices (either smart phone or laptop).

Abstract The sensor node lifetime plays a key role in a wireless sensor network and it relies on the battery life. After deploying the batteries in an unattended or remote area, their replacement is very difficult. To overcome this issue, a lot of research had performed, but they are suffering from one or other way. Energy efficiency is improved by clustering technique. The efficient and stable CH selection is an important task in clustered network. The CHs failure can collapse the entire data aggregation of the network. Energy efficient relay selection for data aggregation plays an important role in controlling energy consumption during data aggregation. There are a plenty of energy efficient routing protocols exists in this cause. But most of them considers node residual energy as the primary parameter for relay selection and failed to consider other prominent parameters for relay selection which can affect the sensor node lifetime. To address the CH failure issue and to select the stable CHs, in this paper we introduce Node Quality factor algorithm to estimate and rank the nodes based on their selection quality. This method considers the channel quality of the relay-destination link, distance between the nodes and the residual energy as selection parameters. An improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm is introduced for selecting the energy efficient relay nodes. The improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm takes into account node residual energy, node distance to CH, average energy, node degree, and ECR for calculating the fitness function. The simulation results proves that the proposed NQA-IPSO method outperforms the previously proposed energy efficient techniques in network lifetime, data delivery rate, and energy consumption.

This paper focuses on designing an optimal path selection for data transmission from source to sink with minimum overhead. A major issue in Wireless Sensor networks is the selection of an optimal path between the sender and receiver. Nodes have limited storage capability thereby making it difficult for the node to maintain all possible paths. Fuzzy logic contributes to improve routing efficiency. The parameters taken into consideration are Number of Hops, Residual Energy and Link Quality. Simulations were done using Matlab and the results show an improvement in the network performance in comparison with the traditional DSDV under the same conditions. The idea of using Fuzzy logic in Wireless sensor networks is a booming technique as it allows many ambiguous parameters to be exploited in an efficient manner. The potential of fuzzy logic goes beyond traditional systems and can be used in research fields involving multidisciplinary approaches.

In every Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient, Impurity is present. In pharmaceutical industry, Purity profile is important factor as well as Impurity profile is important and mandatory according to Regulatory authority. In the pharmaceutical world, an impurity is considered as any other inorganic or organic material, or residual solvents other than the drug substances present in drug and also arise out of synthesis or unwanted chemicals that remains with APIs. The quality of drug product is highly affected by impurity present in drug. There are different types of impurities such as organic impurity, Inorganic impurity, residual solvent starting materials, intermediates, by product and degradation product etc. The International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, state the de?nitions of the impurities in new drug substances. In this article, we have discussed the types of possible impurities and their sources. We have also listed out the impurity isolation techniques and analytical techniques for the identification, quantification and characterization of impurities.
