A mutual fund is a trust that gathers funds from a group of investors with a common investment goal. and invests the money in several sorts of securities such as stocks, bonds, debt, etc. An Equity-linked saving scheme is an open-ended equity diversified fund, which provides a tax benefit to investors under section 80 C of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Though, with a large number of ELSS funds available, investors face the challenge of choosing suitable ELSS funds to meet their needs. This paper aims to study the performance of equity-linked saving schemes in India. Daily NAV of the selected schemes has been used to calculate the returns from the fund schemes. S&P BSE Sensex has been used for the market portfolio. The data has been taken from various websites and www.amfiindia.com. The data for the market portfolio has been taken from www.bseindia.com. For analysis, average return, standard deviation, beta, Sharpe measure, Treynor measure, and ANOVA were used.

Obesity is an increasing social and medical problem all over the world and refers to having too much body fat. However , it is not like being overweight which refers to weighing too much . A person may be overweight because of extra muscle or bone or water retention in the body. Both result in a person having more than the recommended healthy body weight . This could cause a host of medical problems like osteoarthritis , gallstones, liverproblems ,heart diseases ,high blood pressure ,high triglycerides, high cholesterol ,diabetes sleep , apnea etc. Apart from eating too much, obesity can be caused by excess alcohol consumption ,menopause , hypothyroidism , not exercising etc. The first step to fighting obesity or being overweight is to start a weight loss program .This includes following a strict diet ,exercise and in some cases even surgery . The liver is organ that is essential for fat burning .Studies have found that when the liver is gets damaged ,the detoxification process is reduced. Turmeric can help detoxify the liver and protect the cell damage caused due to environmental ,attack from free radicals etc.High cholesterol causes plaque build upin arterial walls leading to coronary heart diseases ,athersclerosis, weight gain etc.

In this paper, we looked at how investing in mutual funds through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) can gain traction and increase the percentage of income. Investigations are also conducted to determine what percentage of bank customers invest in mutual funds, particularly through SIP, with a focus on HDFC Bank, Shyambazar Branch, Kolkata, India. In the current analysis, we discovered that people with higher incomes tend to take more risks, and that service holders prefer investments in fixed deposits, bonds, and post offices, whereas businessmen prefer the equity market. Our current mathematical analysis has also established that the risk of investing through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) is expected to be lower than that of investing in mutual funds in a lump sum. As a result, SIP appears to be a safer and more beneficial mode of investment for small investors, and in a larger context, it appears to be beneficial for large investors as well. Our sample study also indicates that young investors prefer mutual fund investments and SIPs more than older investors

To find an image from large database is implemented by CBIR technique. An image has three main features such as color, texture and shape. The proposed scheme is effectively searching images by using feature extraction. Dominant color descriptor is used in image indexing and dominant color extraction. By using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), texture of an image is obtained. Color and texture features are normalized. Using Gradient Vector Flow fields, shape information is captured in terms of edge images computed. A robust feature set for image retrieval is provided by using the combination of the color, shape and texture features. In retrieving the similar images, weighted Euclidean distance of color, texture and shape features are used. To classify relevant and irrelevant images in this retrieval process, support vector machine is used. This technique is simply displayed relevant images that are similar to a query image.

Emotional speech signals research has been boosted in human-machine interfaces due to the availability of high computation capability. There are many systems proposed in the literature to identify the emotional state through speech. Selection of suitable feature sets, design of proper classifications methods and prepare an appropriate dataset are the main key issues of speech emotion recognition systems. The human voice is very versatile and carries a multitude of emotions. Emotion in speech carries extra insight into human actions. Through further analysis, we can better understand the motives of people, whether they are unhappy customers or cheering fans. Humans are easily able to determine the emotion of a speaker, but the field of emotion recognition through machine learning is an open research area. In this proposed project, we perform speech data analysis on speaker discriminated speech signals to detect the emotions of the individual speakers involved in the conversation. We are analyzing different techniques to perform speaker discrimination and speech analysis to find efficient algorithms to perform this task.

Aim : To compare the immediate effect of suboccipital muscle inhibition technique and mulligan bent leg raise technique on hamstring tightness in younger individuals. Background : Hamstring tightness is one of the common faced problem among college students due to their sedentary life style. This influences lumbopelvic rhythm and increases compressive loads on lumbar spine. It also affects sacroilliac joint indirectly . Recently, it has been reported that there is effect using intervention targeting suboccipital muscles and mulligan BLR technique. Procedure : This comparative study was conducted on 48 younger individuals of age group 17-25 fitting in inclusion criteria. They were divided into two group by simple random sampling using lottery method of allocation. Group A received single session of suboccipital muscle inhibition technique for 5 mins. And group B received single session of mulligan BLR technique. Popliteal angle measurement was taken pre intervention and post intervention. Data was analysed using paired t test and unpaired t test using instat software. Results : The result showed that hamstring flexibility in mulligan BLR and suboccipital muscle inhibition increased immediately post intervention within the group and there was a significant difference on comparison between both the groups. Conclusion The single intervention of Mulligan BLR was more effective over suboccipital muscle inhibition technique.

Phishing is a typical assault on gullible individuals by making them reveal their one of a kind data utilizing fake sites. The goal of phishing site URLs is to steal the individual data like client name, passwords and on the web banking exchanges. Phishers utilize the sites which are outwardly also, semantically like those genuine sites. As innovation keeps on developing, phishing methods began to advance quickly also, this should be protected by utilizing against phishing systems to distinguish phishing. Machine Learning is an amazing asset used to endeavour against phishing assaults. A novel idea is proposed to detect malicious and non-malicious URL links using Extreme Learning Machine Algorithm

As the world is in a stage of upgradation, there is one stinking problem we have to deal with and that is Garbage! In our daily life, we see the pictures of garbage bins being overfull and all the garbage spills out. This leads to the number of diseases as large number of insects and mosquitoes breed on it. A big challenge in the urban cities is solid waste management not only in India but for most of the countries in the world. Hence, such a system has to be build which can eradicate this problem or at least reduce it to the minimum level. Our project provides one of the most efficient ways to keep our environment clean and green here our aim is to build a waste segregation robot which has the ability to detect, pick and separate different kind of waste and dump them into the respective dustbins which will be very easy for to be recycled and keep our surroundings clean.
