The term juvenile is a stigmatic time period which essentially refers to a infant beneath certain prescribed age who has been alleged or located to have devoted an offence. The global documents managing the human rights of the kids has not been a hit in replacing this stigmatic term. The United international locations conference on the Rights of the child 1989 also makes use of the time period 'youngsters accused of'. In India, for the primary time efforts changed into made to equate the time period juvenile with the term infant or vice-versa with the concept of doing away with the stigma connected with the term juvenile via the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and safety of children) Act 2000. The time period juvenile refers to juvenile antisocial what now is known as juvenile in conflict with law and the time period toddler refers to unnoticed juveniles what now's referred to as youngsters in want of care and safety. the sooner legislation additionally attempted its first-rate to provide some other that means to the time period juvenile but failed. Juvenile justice law in India from 1920 to until the passing of the Act 2000 maintained the clear difference among left out juvenile and juvenile antisocial.

India is on the move towards emerging as a global economic super power with a positive growth rate of 8.7 % in 2020-'21. Thirty years after the initiation of economic reforms, different sectors of Indian economy are witnessing its positive reflections. But still there exists a vast majority of marginalized and vulnerable sections of our population being deprived of the benefits of this accelerating economic growth particularly in rural India. Since independence the policy makers are constantly designing policies to make the growth pattern more inclusive in nature. The priority given to inclusive growth strategy in the eleventh plan is a relevant example. Improving the access to finance by the low income and marginalized people is a prerequisite for inclusive growth. But the data published in the NSSO (55th Round) survey was so alarming that 51.4% of the total farmer households in India are financially excluded from both the formal and informal sources of credit. And of the total farmer households, only 27% access formal sources of credit. Though numerous financial inclusion programmes like National Rural Financial Inclusion Plan (NRFIP), "Swabhiman", "Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana etc. were launched by different governments, it is significant to note that the very reason behind the much slow pace of diffusion of many of these financial inclusion strategies, especially in the rural areas is the prevailing low level of financial literacy. As per the Global Financial Literacy Survey 2015 conducted by Standard & Poor, it is found that 76% of Indian adults do not understand basic and key financial concepts. The advancements in the field of Information and Communication Technology can be creatively used to empower the financial literacy instruments to reach the unbanked population. The present paper is an attempt to study the need, scope, initiatives and issues regarding the financial literacy campaigns in accomplishing the financial inclusion strategies in India.

Skin disorders are a prevalent public health issue in every region of the world. It is impossible to see the dangers posed by the diseases, which not only wreak havoc on one's physical health but also set the stage for mental sadness. In addition to this, it has been linked to incidences of skin cancer in extreme circumstances. As a consequence of this, one of the most difficult jobs involved in medical image analysis is the diagnosis of skin disorders based on clinical photographs. In addition, identifying skin illnesses manually by medical professionals is an arduous and time-consuming process that is also very subjective. As a direct consequence of this, patients and dermatologists alike want automated skin disease prognosis, which allows for more efficient treatment planning. In this study, we provide a method for the removal of unwanted hair from digital photographs that is based on morphological filtering, namely the Black-Hat transformation and the inpainting algorithm. Following this, we use Gaussian filtering to deblur or denoise the images. In addition, we use an automated ANN segmentation approach to separate the healthy lesions from the ones that are impacted. We use a technique called the Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) in conjunction with statistical characteristics in order to extract the underlying input patterns from the skin photos. Three computationally efficient machine learning techniques, Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classifiers are applied using the extracted features for effectively classifying the skin images as melanoma (MEL), melanocytic nevus (NV), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), actinic keratosis (AK), benign keratosis (BKL), dermatofibroma (DF), vascular lesion (VASC), and Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). the HAM10000 datasets are utilized in the process of validating the models. SVM has a performance that is marginally superior to that of the other two classifiers. In addition to this, we have evaluated our procedures in light of the most recent scientific developments

The recent moves of Indian government, whether it be Digital India or demonetization or DBT, all intends to drive India towards cash-less economy. Although these initiatives are the key to address the issues of financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, cheap access to credit and corruption, but the fact that 95 percent of transactions in India are cash based cannot be overlooked, as India is a cash based economy, with the cash-to-GDP ratio being 12 percent. Only 10-15% of the population is estimated to have ever used any kind of non-cash payment instrument, compared to 40% of people in countries like Brazil, and china. Thus, the journey of Indian economy from cash towards going cashless is highly debatable. Therefore, this study discusses the concept and the various dynamics of going cashless along-with the current position of India. The study also puts forward the benefits and adverse impact of going cashless. It also assessed the growth on the path of being cashless in terms of digital payments. Moreover, an effort is made to know about pitfalls on the way of going cashless for India. It is obvious from this study that the future of the Cashless India looks pretty promising. In spite of the pitfalls in going cashless, the response of the people towards this move of the government is a clear indication that the journey of Indian economy from cash to cashless is likely to succeed in near future, if the prerequisite infrastructure are made available and the hindrances are removed. This revolutionary shift, into the new era of digital payments, entails a need of series of radical reforms in a phase wise manner, especially in rural areas as it can't be forced abruptly.
