ABSTRACT According to Rothbard (2021) workplace culture has evolved, but she noted that some implicit biases and gender-role expectations are deeply rooted. "Women can't just 'act like men.' Because when they do, there is a backlash," Women must walk a finer line than men in balancing power with compassion. The global corona virus pandemic has been hard on everyone, but perhaps no segment has been hit harder than working women. For this study we have used 20 variables for 5 types of challenges which were facing by working women in pandemic situation, those are Family, Professional, Personal, Social and Economical challenges. This paper was purely depends on the primary as well as secondary source of information and Chi-square and One way ANOVA were used to test the hypothesis of there is a significant difference among the working women who faces challenges in pandemic situation of corona virus in various fields as public and private sectors in India. Finally this study found that At over all level challenges above 95 percent of working women were faced challenges in the COVID - 19 period in the study area and it is inferred that there is no significance difference between levels of challenges faced by the women and type of employment either it is public or private sector.

Food has served as an integral part of an individual's life since time immemorial. Without food there is no sustenance and in the absence of sustenance how can there be any life. However, in the modern context food is much more than a simple need- essential for survival. Food indicates culture, lifestyle and even status. Food has in the global era cut through the barriers of region and culture uniting people in the joy of celebrating life through something it sustains. In this regard, food shares a lot of similarities with movies. If one endows the body with sustenance, other replenishes the mind. If one is essential for the growth of the body, other for developing the mental faculties. Similar to how a well-balanced diet ensures the smooth and effective functioning of the body, a well-made movie engages and stimulates the mind to the fullest. In this paper, I shall be probing an inquisitive inquiry as to what possible interpretations could be drawn from concocting both in an artistic quest for answers pertaining to culture and human psychology. I shall endeavour to find whether culture compliments human psychology or the latter is rather developed as a resistive response to the former. In this paper, I shall be probing an inquisitive inquiry as to what possible interpretations could be drawn from concocting both in an artistic quest for answers pertaining to culture and human psychology. In doing so, I shall be primarily focusing upon two movies directed by the Assamese filmmaker Bhaskar Hazarika- "Aamis" and "Kothanodi".

We are aware that manufacturing of cement causes lots of damages to our environment. It emits carbon compounds and other chemicals. The researches have shown that one ton of cement manufacture releases half ton of carbon dioxide, so there is a need to control the usage of cement. On the hand material wastes such as Sugarcane Bagasse Ash and fibre is difficult to dispose which is hazardours to environment. The Bagasse ash and fibre imparts high early strength to concrete and also reduce the permeability of concrete. The Silica present in the Bagasse ash reacts with components of cement during hydration and imparts additional properties such as chloride resistance, corrosion resistance etc. Therefore, the use enhances the properties of concrete and also reduces the cost and makes the concrete more durable. This project mainly deals with the replacement of cement with Bagasse ash and fibre in fixed proportions and analyzing the effect of HCI on SCBA blended concrete. The concrete mix designed by varying the proportions of Bagasse ash for (5%, 10% and 15%) and Bagasse fibre for (0.5% and 1.0%) the cubes are been casted and cured in normal water and 5% HCL solution for ages of 7, 14 and 28 days. The test result indicates that the strength of concrete increases upto 10% Sugar cane bagasse ash and 1.0% Sugar cane ash replacement with cement. The natural, bio-degradable features and chemical constituents of the sugarcane bagasse (SCB) have been attracting attention as a highly potential and versatile ingredient in composite materials. Various components of SCB is shown to possess the ability of being applied as raw material for manufacturing of composite materials at multiple levels of properties and performances.

The privacy right seeks to protect a person's private as well as his family affairs and confidentiality. In the case of Application Software [Apps], privacy rights shield the secrecy of communication and other emerging rights taking within its ambit the use of personal information and data in the process. The data protection rights jealously guard the rights of individuals in the matter of personal data processing. Normally emerging data protection rights do not apply if the subject matter dealt with is not personal. It clearly, deals with an area narrower than privacy rights. It is confined only to individual rights. We find a dearth of effective deliberations in International law about Application Software. No effective steps are taken to improve international privacy rights in this ever-widening area. The right to privacy visualised in Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as Article 17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights do not address such emerging issues adequately. Regrettably, the norms of International Laws in this respect appear to have failed to address the development in the area, particularly in respect of Application Software. Existing laws in different countries encompass only regional privacy issues giving scant attention to emerging international issues, especially in the case of enforcement of rights. The International Application Software developers, breach privacy laws with impunity. No control mechanism has evolved to mitigate the situation. This study highlights some salient features of privacy rights and seeks remedial measures.

Milk is a word with which we all are completely familiar. The subject of our research is based on milk only. People of every class need it be it political, social or economic, milk has an important place in all aspects. The field of milk business is wide, Chhattisgarh Cooperative Milk Federation is one such link, which has an important contribution in the economy. After Chhattisgarh Milk Federation came to the state, those farmers who were not able to find a market to sell their milk, got a big market in the form of the federation. They sell milk at a fair price. Despite Devbhog being a trusted brand of the state, people are not aware of it. Chhattisgarh Cooperative Milk Federation is the place where milk and milk products are produced, processed and distributed. Experimental methods are used here at industrial level. Till some time ago, milk industry was only a rural small scale industry, but now it is being used commercially. Government work for this development is proving successful to a great extent. Chhattisgarh has been the center of various cultural developments since the Vedic and mythological times. Chhattisgarh is full of many natural things. Chhattisgarh is a complete state in itself. Milk or dairy, agriculture or milk industry all come under the category of agriculture. This is a public livelihood enterprise related to animal husbandry, which includes the process from milk production to distribution. India has become the leading country in the world in milk production. This is a huge achievement for Indian agriculture and animal husbandry. Cattle breeds are being improved to increase milk production. There are about 12 crore livestock in the state of Chhattisgarh, of which 64 percent are cattle, 14 percent are buffalo and the remaining 20 percent are others.

This paper presents the Consensus Propagation Theory of Market Movements (CPTMM), a comprehensive theoretical framework for understanding how shared beliefs evolve and drive significant market movements. Building upon George Soros's theory of reflexivity, CPTMM integrates insights from behavioral finance, narrative economics, and network theory to offer a novel perspective on market dynamics. The theory posits that market movements are fundamentally driven by the formation, propagation, and evolution of consensus beliefs, which interact reflexively with market prices. By emphasizing the dynamic and self-reinforcing nature of market narratives, CPTMM provides a theoretical basis for understanding phenomena such as bubble formation, market crashes, and the impact of social media on financial markets. This paper develops the core principles of CPTMM, explores its theoretical implications, and discusses potential applications for investors, regulators, and policymakers.

Social realism is a popular and influential movement in post-independence Indian literature that aimed to depict social and political realities and struggles of ordinary people. This style of literature tends to focus on the lives of marginalized communities, the exploitation of the poor and the socio-economic challenges faced by the newly independent nation. "Sooni Ghati Ka Suraj" and "Raag Darbari" by Shrilal Shukla are adequately packed with the elements of social realism. Indian society after independence had a harsh and bitter confrontation with the declining values, morals and ideal standards that deviated from the expected ideals of free and equally thriving societies after independence. These novels expose the plight of the socially stratified, oppressed, marginalized and common rural population in the system/structure of a corrupt union that is run by the politics of the nefarious.

The revolutionary impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the healthcare industry is demonstrated through an exciting combination of diverse technologies, algorithms, and state-of-the-art techniques. Medical and administrative procedures in healthcare organisations are rapidly being revolutionised by AI technologies. The general consensus is that AI tools will prove to be beneficial adjuncts to healthcare practitioners, not a replacement for them, despite concerns about job displacement. AI is positioned to help healthcare workers with a variety of duties, including clinical documentation, patient outreach, administrative processing, and advanced support in areas like image analysis, patient monitoring, and diagnostics. The numerous uses of AI in healthcare are described in this thorough analysis, which goes beyond its direct use in patient care to include drug discovery and ambient assisted living, among other areas of the healthcare value chain. The main objective is to create a solid body of information that will guide the creation of risk-reduction plans. In order to ensure the safe and successful integration of AI technology into standard healthcare procedures, several measures are essential. Understanding the need of researching the hazards associated with AI in healthcare, this work becomes essential to both improving AI systems and developing technology in general. The focus is not just on accepting the possible advantages but also on taking proactive steps to reduce any hazards that may arise, which will help AI in healthcare develop responsibly.
