The role of African Literature has taken a position of importance in the context of world literature and the contributions from the array of African-origin writers were apparent in its development. The multifarious publication of books under the title of African Literature pervasively introduced the readers of the world to comprehend situations from the context of the natives. Unanimous reflections on culture and traditional bond, in addition to the belief system, were sensed extensively in the early writings to let the world know, the real nature of the fellow citizens and their way of living to unravel the mystic portrayals of European writers and their perceptions on the colonies. Chinua Achebe was one such determined author of importance who managed to unmask the truth in his work Things Fall Apart. Achebe stood as a twenty-eight-year-old writer when his first book was published and it literally swept the readers off with astonishment as it stood as a testimony of African living with a spirit to uncover the realistic pictures of the land through mapping the habitual portrayals of Umuofia, which is now called Nigeria with a knack of elaborating the cultural significance and customary rituals through various semiotics. It shall be understood that the novelist has had made use of inferential symbols widely in the novel to enunciate on the incidents authentically by capturing the emotions of the natives appropriate to suit the objective through bringing in the situation right in the African context and associating the same with the tone of genuineness. In the light of the above-said information, this paper implores to figure out symbols explored in the novel, not restricting with the peripheral signs but also focuses on the relevance of inferential proverbs and thematic songs as manifesting signs of wisdom and a celebrated art of linguistic African culture, the representation of feminine gender with a slaying undertone, Objectifying the presence of spirits and the ritualistic methods as markers of hermeneutic significance and the prejudiced polarity in thoughts were broadly reconnoitered with respect to the intrigue focused on the world of Igbo land.

This study presents the flexural behavior of rectangular concrete beams strengthened with surface treated glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), Grooved bars and Sand, reinforcing bars. Beams cast with standard mixture of M30 grade concrete, with a reinforcement ratios of 0.73%, and compared therewith of typical steel strengthened beams. entirely 9 rectangular beams of size a 500mmx100mm x100mm were solid. The flexural study was carried underneath static single point loading. The experimental prediction was centered on observation of final load capability, cracks propagation and crack widths and failure modes of beams. The results indicate that each variety of GFRP reinforcements are at par with the standard steel reinforcements.

Due to expanding interest in data security and safety guidelines far and wide, biometric authentication technology has been generally employed in our regular day-to-day actuality. Concerning this, the multi-modal biometric invention has acquired attention and came notorious because of the capacity to overcome the downsides of unimodal biometric fabrics. In the Present exploration, a new multi-biometric recognition evidence result is developed, that depends on deep literacy ways for perceiving humans exercising multi-biometric traits of Iris pattern, point data, and offline biometrics. The frame of design depends on Deep Neural Networks( DNNs), for separating the parameters & bracket off the image by exercising soft- maximum- grounded ways. To foster the frame, deep literacy models are joined iris, point, and out-line. To construct the VGG- 19 networks were employed, and Adam streamlining fashion has been applied unmitigated to measure the degree of inequality was employed as a mischance work. Many strategies to stay down from overfitting were applied, like picture increase and drop-out procedures. For combining the deep literacy networks, different combinations are employed to probe the impact of ways on acknowledgment prosecution, consequently, an element and score-position combination approach was applied. The exhibition of the proposed frame is experimentally by directing many trials to the SDUMLA- HMT data set, which is multi-modal biometric data set. Acquired issues showed that using triadic biometrics attributes in biometric distinguished evidence fabrics got preferred issues over a couple of biometric characteristics. The issues also show that our methodology serenely beat other conditions of--the- artificer ways by negotiating a perfection of delicacy for a colorful strategy for emulsion at score position.

Self-care and self-medication are important aspects of any health-care system. The self-medication procedure includes the usage of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. The popularity of over-the-counter drugs among patients may raise their abuse potential. Due to its accessibility, pharmacists are often the first contact point for patients and have the opportunity to educate and advise patients on the proper use of OTC medications. This article briefly describes the potential for OTC substance abuse and the effects of self-medication on OTC substance abuse. This review further discusses the barriers pharmacists face when treating OTC drug abuse, given the increasing likelihood of switching from prescription drugs to OTC drugs in recent years. In addition, the potential categories of medicines behind counters to improve patient-pharmacist interactions were discussed. This study adds to the body of knowledge about the challenges pharmacists confront in preventing OTC medicine addiction and creating effective intervention techniques

The Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak has pushed institutions all around the world to use online classrooms instead of traditional classrooms. During the Covid-19 epidemic, many schools and colleges implemented online learning. The primary goal is to examine and anticipate student understanding while also assisting teachers in comprehending student performance. It also investigates and analyzes alternate learning settings in an attempt to improve student performance. Analytical methods were used to track and monitor student understanding, as well as the performance of the entire class, to help teachers better comprehend the students' performance. An online survey of questionnaires related to learning environments was sent to the learners, which was then explored using exploratory analysis. The students' perspectives on the issues they faced and the benefits they gained from using online learning were documented. The findings show that employing online learning has various advantages and is the most effective method during the Covid-19 epidemic. Students also acknowledged that they had a variety of challenges, including power outages, Internet issues, and trouble conversing with teachers. It is hoped that the outcomes of this analysis will spark more discussion about how to solve challenges with online learning.

Diabetes is an incurable disease that causes a variety of physical problems. It is a rapidly growing disease, numbering about 500 millions of people world wide and 50millions people in India have diabetes. It can reduce all the problems associated with diabetes Physical exercise, proper and balanced diet and medication. The current method of attack is painfull and uncomfortable, this is because people have to put there fingure to draw the blood to measure and concentration of glucose in the blood on a daily basis so it is not recommended for life. People living in villages do not have a facility to check their blood sugar levels and this is continued due to the unavailability of instruments for measuring glucose and practical cost. To deal with the difficulties caused by the attack we use non aggressive methods in our project . In this scheme, we show the glucose value on the LCD, which may be this data it is stored in the database and this data is send to the doctors through the web android application so that the patient can get the medicine earlier and precautions can be taken.

Biological signaling happens in a complicated web with participation and interaction of the central nervous system, the autonomous nervous system, the endocrine glands, peripheral endocrine tissues which include the intestinal tract and adipose tissue, and the immune system. All of those show an intricate time structure with rhythms and pulsatile variations in multiple frequencies. Circadian (approximately 24-hour) and circannual (approximately 1-year) rhythms are stored in step with the cyclic environmental surrounding by the timing and duration of the daily light span. Rhythmicity of many endocrine variables is critical for his or her efficacy and, even in a few instances, for the qualitative nature in their outcomes. Indeed, the continuous management of certain hormones and their artificial analogues may show substantially distinctive effects than expected. In the design of drug delivery structures and treatment schedules concerning at once or indirectly the endocrine system, consideration of the human time organization is essential.

Abstract Businesses have been able to move away from HR tasks that are more manual and transactional and toward ones that are more complex and transformative, because of the proliferation of HRMS (human resource management systems) and other specialised HRIS (human resource information systems). This is due to the fact that HR information systems have become increasingly sophisticated (human resource management systems). The long-term viability of HRIS will be investigated via the lens of qualitative research throughout the course of this project (Human Resource Information System). This research looks at Human Resource Information Systems (HRS) to determine how they can be utilised in the workplace, how they can be utilised in Human Resource Planning (HRP), and how they can be utilised in internal communications. The purpose of this research is to determine how HRS can be utilised. This study focuses on the significance of Information Systems (IS) in an organisation, particularly in relation to the process of developing systems that are human-centred. In this study, themes related to ICT will be examined. The use of HRIS may be of significant assistance to both the management and development of human resources. The use of human resource information systems (HRIS) has many advantages, including the reduction of administrative burden, the improvement of a company's financial condition, the provision of access to timely and accurate data, the enhancement of operational efficiency, the identification of weaknesses in the system as a whole, and the development of strategies that are effective. In the event that even a single component of an organization's structure is deficient, the whole of the system will be rendered ineffective.
