The sacred text of Bhagavad-Gita defines four different operating planes, namely Senses (Body), Mind, Intelligence, and Soul (Consciousness). All human beings delve into one of the operating planes while thinking or performing any action. Bhagavad-Gita also gives a hierarchy of these four things in human existence. Accordingly, the Mind is superior to the Senses, the Intelligence is above the Mind, and the Soul is higher than the Intelligence. The Intelligence can thus control the Mind. The activities performed at the Mind and Intelligence planes normally appear to be amalgamated and inseparable due to the poor cognition of "Mind" and "Intelligence" in the vocabulary of day-to-day talking. No language dictionary delineates Mind and Intelligence without overlapping perceptions. This paper explored the use of the Bhagavad-Gita knowledge framework to automatically separate the text samples representing the actions of Mind and Intelligence. A test was performed with 120 hand-tagged samples comprising 30 samples for each Senses, Mind, Intelligence, and Soul plane. The results gave a classification accuracy score of 75.0% for stratification of the Mind-Intelligence set, considering only the top similarity labels. The accuracy goes up to 83.3% for the top two similarity labels. The testing was done with the help of Google's pre-trained language model, which used Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) for pre-training. This research on automatic stratification of the Mind-Intelligence set actions is highly important as knowing Mind actions as different from those of Intelligence is a pre-requisite for solving Mind-related human challenges. Present work is thus very promising and encouraging for future studies.

In conventional alkyd polymer 40-50% Phthalic anhydride is utilized in short oil compositions. We are interested in developing polymer based mainly on vegetable resources rather than the petroleum products like phthalic anhydride. In view of the above, a novel alkyd polymer containing vegetable plant based linseed oil and rosin has been prepared and used as partial replacement of linear alkyl benzene sulphonate in detergent. The idea of present work is to develop a new polymer based mainly on vegetable sources and use it as an active ingredient in detergent composition. The study involves the combination of SLS, SLES and Dolomite. It has been observed in our experiments that use of high grade dolomite can increase whiteness and brightness to the cloth. Efforts were made to select the optimize proportion of dolomite to get excellent detergency. Various analytical parameters like surface tension, foaming properties and detergency on solied cloths were studied and were found to be at par or sometimes better than commercial samples. Thus above prepared novel alkyd polymer based surfactant that is free from phosphates and other harmful ingredients may be technically superior, economically attractive and ecofriendly substitutes for conventional detergents based on petroleum products.

Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) refers to employees' voluntary and non-mandatory contributions to their organizations. In recent years, the concept of OCB has gained significant attention and has been recognized as an important aspect of employee behaviour. Research has indicated that work happiness is strongly associated with these discretionary contributions, which often go beyond the core job activities. The primary objectives of this study are twofold. Firstly, it aims to analyze the relationship between demographic variables of the respondents and their engagement in OCB. By examining factors such as age, gender, and educational background, the study seeks to identify any potential associations between these variables and the level of OCB displayed by bank employees in Ahmedabad City. Secondly, the study aims to analyze the effect of HR policies on OCB. To achieve this, a sample of 75 bank employees has been approached and their perceptions towards HR policies and its impact on OCB have been assessed. The study focuses on evaluating employees' perspectives on various HR policies implemented by banks in Ahmedabad City, such as recruitment and selection procedures, performance management systems, training and development programs, communication channels, and work-life balance initiatives. Through comprehensive analysis and interpretation of the collected data, the study aims to draw conclusions regarding the relationship between HR policies and OCB among bank employees in Ahmedabad City. Based on preliminary findings, it is expected that HR policies will have a positive effect on OCB, indicating that organizations that implement effective and employee-centric HR policies are more likely to witness higher levels of discretionary behaviours and employee engagement.

During the middle of the 17th century, British merchants under the banner of the East India Company (EIC; usually referred to as "the Company") arrived in India (South Asia or the subcontinent). Bombay, Madras, and Calcutta all had little protected enclaves where they set up shop. Neither the will nor the resources were there for the EIC to create a sizable land empire in South Asia at the time. The "native" powers were invariably defeated by the EIC's armed forces in the seldom conflicts that broke out between them. However, things began shifting in the 1740s. Several native Indian powers began striving to create their own territories after the dissolution of the pan-Indian Mughal Empire. The French and British were motivated to participate in local politics and expand into the interior of the subcontinent by the absence of a strong central authority and the possibility of negotiating economic concessions with the local potentates. The EIC had already conquered the French East India Company (Compagnies des Indies) by the 1750s. The EIC battled and defeated Mysore, the Maratha Confederacy, and the Khalsa Kingdom between 1760 and 1849 to become the dominant force in the Indian subcontinent. The military establishment in South Asia was the mainstay of British empire there. Between a third and half of the EIC's annual budget supported the armed forces. The EIC fed its forces not just with gold imported from England, but also with income taken from its vast agricultural bureaucratic dominion in the subcontinent. Heathcote (1995) depicts the development of the EIC's several armies. During this time, indigenous military forces were largely modernised and Westernised in response to EIC's presence and its capital-intensive infantry-artillery-oriented army.

Major changes occur in the villages' social structures, demographic make-up, and land usage, mostly moving from residential to commercial and industrial uses. Urban village transformation is primarily attributable to land acquisition and the resulting changes in the livelihood patterns of the landowners, as well as to the increase in land value brought on by strategic locations and the demand for residential space, both of which encourage landowners to build higher structures both horizontally and vertically. The villages that were integrated into cities are now highly commercialised and high-density towns. Unplanned and uncontrolled expansion, congestion, and high-density built-up areas put stress on the available infrastructure and amenities, using a lot of resources, upsetting the urban ecosystem, and creating social instability

Abstract: Women constitute the other half of population of any society. They take part in all social, economic and political activities of any society. However their participation in social intercourse has never been equally appreciated and recognized with that of menfolk. Since ancient time itself, women are treated with inequality. Men have different set of norms and ideas regarding their participation in society. Women are considered subordinate to men. In addition to it, women had to play the dual role of home maker and work role at the same time in modern times. Hence there arises innumerable situations of role conflict. Women used to suffer both physical and mental problems due to this dual role and multiple functions they are constrained to perform. An attempt has been in this study to assess the role conflict in women performing dual role, its consequences and possible solutions to the problem.

Since economic dependency is a fundamental role in Muslim women's low status, education is a crucial tool for assisting them in escaping their financial plight. In India, women's education advanced significantly after independence. There are now more colleges and schools for women. The number of Muslim girls attending schools and universities has likewise slowly but gradually increased. Islamic pater is increasingly eager to teach both sons and daughters. Girls of village attend school, while several of them pursue advanced schooling in towns. Yet, Islamic females are shifting over time, often ultra-slowly. Muslim women have lived a life of seclusion and subordination for a very long period, hence the majority of them are opposed to the thought of change. However, research on Muslim women found that a dearth of high-quality institutions for girls to attend school and live in hostels, as well as subpar teachers, are thought to be some of the major causes of Muslims' low levels of educational attainment. However, it is important to note that Islamic females have a solid interest in learning and a strong desire to pursue a career in education. However, obstacles like limited access to schools nearby, poverty, financial constraints, and institutionalised discrimination keep them from pursuing their education. All of these necessitate in-depth dialogue between academics, community leaders, and policymakers. The accomplishments made by Muslim women in education since independence is highlighted in this report, along with recommendations for empowering them via education.

Rajasthan is a state where a larger network of Higher Education (HE), is engaged in imparting education. However, the existence of colleges is not depending only upon the number of admissions therein. Young people entering higher education institutions (HEIs) are more cautious about their careers and interested in earning multiple degrees, diplomas or certificates in a short period of time. Apart from that, they prefer quality education, modernized facilities, up-to-date content and engaging educational offerings. They avoid traditional teaching methods and old-fashioned institutions. This is because these methods were not interdisciplinary approaches nor were they designed for holistic development. Institutional expansion to improve gross enrollment ratios (GER) is essential and this requires space, staff and infrastructure. The opening of a new university is an imperative to facilitate the provision of 'Siksha apke dwar' for young people, on the one hand to ensure access and at the same time to adopt the quality and facilities that are the true expectations of the beneficiaries. Addressing the above goals of access and quality is therefore a formidable challenge. In states like Rajasthan, where geographic diversity, economic inequality and poverty are major constraints, the dilemma of how to ensure access and quality is significantly exacerbated. This paper describes few aspects of problems, discussion and solution in lieu of present status of higher education Rajasthan.

Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is a radiological study done under fluoroscopy to visualize the uterus and lumen of the fallopian tubes as part of assessment for female factor infertility. HSG is a safe and less invasive method of detecting both the tubal and uterine defects. The objective of this study was to find out the incidence of tubal blockage including its site and side diagnosed in subfertile Nepalese. Congenital malformation and surgery related finding of Uterus and fallopian tubes patency are major component of primary and secondary infertile women which is highlighted and compare spectrum role of hysterosalpingography (HSG) findings in both infertile groups were studied. A descriptive cross-sectional study between October 2020 to September 2021, was done at tertiary level hospital of Nepal after taking ethical approval from Institutional Review Committee of National Medical College and Teaching Hospital Birgunj. A total of 116 cases of the infertility meeting the inclusion criteria attending the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of National Medical College, Birgunj were enrolled. Out of 116 cases enrolled, 93 (80%) patients belonged to primary infertility and 23 (20%) were of secondary infertility and 55% of the cases were in the 20-25 years age group. Among the primary infertile subjects, 64% of the cases had bilateral patent tubes, 30% of bilateral blocked tubes. Among the secondary cases, 61% had patent bilateral tubes and 22% of the bilateral blocked tubes. With respect to patent tubes bilaterally, 60 cases were of primary compared to 14 cases of the secondary infertility. 69% of them had the infertility history of less than 5 years followed by 26% of the 6 to 10 years of infertile period. The significant number of proximal tubal pathology had the bilateral block n=17 compared to only n=2 of unilateral pathology. Out of total 42 cases of tubal pathology, proximal bilateral tubal pathology had the highest incidence with 40%.

The Buddhist logic that introduced in Tibet is none other than Indian Buddhist logic system that began to translate in the eighth century AD for the first time in the history of dissemination of Buddhism in Tibet. Initially, the contents of Buddhist logic are found scattered in the Buddhist canonical texts prior to the appearance of the great Buddhist logician ?c?rya Dign?ga (Tib. sLob dpon phyogs glang, c. 480-c.540 CE). ?c?rya Dign?ga was responsible for systematical arrangement and collection of scattered contents of logic. The paper focus on the significant role played in the dissemination of Buddhist logic during the Early Spread of Buddhism in Tibet and especially in the Sangphu monastic institution of logic study centre.

As a result of long period of Indo-Tibetan translation project that begin in the early 7th century AD, and lasted till 13th century, over five thousand Sanskrit classics such as Mah?y?na Buddhist Tantra and S?tra literature, logic and epistemology, Sanskrit poetry and rhetoric, Avadana literature, Ayurvedic medical texts, Sanskrit grammar, astronomy, lexicography, Drama etc. were translated into Tibetan which were later compiled and grouped into two sections popularly known as Kangyur and Tangyur. These two collections of canonical literature were completed under two phases namely Early and Later Spread of Buddhism in Tibet (Tan-pa Nga-dar and Chi-dar).
