The rapidly changing business environment in India and Abroad brings many challenges and some top of the mind business issues for Banking Sector. Today work force is undergoing a radical change as a result of powerful global forces. This research paper though analytical in nature, aims to the proportion of women in the paid work force best indicates the economic and social development of a country. In this study, an attempt is made to identify the presence of women employees in the Indian banking sector during the period 2019-2021 (COVID Period). The roles and responsibilities of Human Resource Departments are transforming as the modern business faces pressures of Industrialization. The percentage of women employees in private sector bank is almost stable. Hence, general glass ceiling cannot be identified as the sole reason for lower presence of women in the banking sector. Global Staffing and management of a work force diverse in culture and language skills, and dispersed in different nations are the key goals of global human resources. Thus, this research paper is a humble attempt to explore the retrospective analysis of Indian women's representation in the banking sector

Gold jewellery has been an inevitable part of the lives of human being right from the Bronze Age. Talented goldsmiths made gold ornaments with utmost devotion, dedication and precision. Jewellery adorning the deities since time immemorial is the creations of goldsmiths having high degree of artistic skill and aesthetic sense. Traditional goldsmiths who once received royal patronage are hit badly during the last two decades due to mechanization and withdrawal of Gold Control Act. In the early years of mechanization, several goldsmiths in Coimbatore committed suicides due to un repayable debts. Today, incidents of suicides have reduced, but many have left the profession and are forced to choose an alternative employment due to low orders and low income. This article reveals the social and occupational background of master goldsmiths in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu

Brain tumor classification is a crucial task to evaluate the tumors and make a treatment decision according to their classes. There are many imaging techniques used to detect brain tumors. However, MRI is commonly used due to its superior image quality and the fact of relying on no ionizing radiation. Deep learning (DL) is a subfield of machine learning and recently showed a remarkable performance, especially in classification and segmentation problems. In this paper, a DL model based on a U-Net convolutional neural network is proposed to classify different brain tumor types using two publicly available datasets. In the proposed work, we present a CAD (Computer Aided Designing) system for the classification of brain tumor MR images into two types (benign, and malignant) and further classify malignant into different grades (Grade I, Grade II, and Grade III) using a custom deep neural network structure and their performance is analyzed.

Signature verification and forgery detection is the process of verifying signatures automatically and instantly to determine whether the signature is real or not. There are two main kinds of signature verification: static and dynamic. Static, or offline verification is the process of verifying a document signature after it has been made, while dynamic or online verification takes place as a person creates his/her signature on a digital tablet or a similar device. The signature in question is then compared to previous samples of that person's signature, which set up the database. In the case handwritten signature on a document, the computer needs the samples to be scanned for investigation, whereas a digital signature which is already stored in a data format can be used for signature verification. Handwritten signature is one of the most generally accepted personal attributes for verification with identity whether it may for banking or business. While this method uses CNNs to learn the signatures, the structure of our fully connected layer is not optimal. In the model we will create two classes for each user real and forgery.

The pulse width modulated voltage source inverters (PWMVSI) control the active and reactive power using voltage and current control techniques. The PWMVSI with chopper controller allows the reactive power and speed control simultaneously and hence achieves the decoupled control of induction motor drive. This paper presents the analysis of slip power recovery scheme (SPRS) based slip ring induction motor drive (SRIMD) employing buck-boost chopper and PWMVSI with current control technique. The objective of current control technique is to decrease the reactive power consumption of inverter from the supply, which in turn reduces the total harmonic distortion (THD) of supply current and improves the power factor and efficiency of SRIMD. The simulation model of 2 hp motor has been developed in the MATLAB 2013a to analyze the performance characteristics of SRIMD. The simulation results have shown that the SPRS using buck-boost chopper and PWMVSI with current control technique have considerable reduction in reactive power consumption of inverter resulting in better THD of supply current, power factor, and efficiency

Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a life-threatening medical emergency that requires rapid and quick assessment and management. Due to its high mortality rate, early detection and classification on non-contrast computed tomography (CT) are essential for ensuring a promising prediction and controlling the occurrence of neurologic deficits. However, there is delay in the primary detection of ICHs due to a lack of prompt access to radiologists who read the scans. Spontaneous notification systems can be designed using the deep-learning artificial intelligence (AI) methods. Recently, many attempts have been made to apply the deep-learning methods for the detection of ICH on CT images. Deep learning models can be used to accelerate the time it takes to identify them. The purpose of this work is to explore the application of machine learning and deep learning in ICH detection and identify the suitability and further road in this research.

Self Help Groups (SHGs) are small voluntary associations of often poor people especially of women from backward classes that come together for the purpose of solving their common problems through self-help or mutual help. It has been observed that merely a poor woman is not only socio-economically weak but also lacks access awareness about many factors and information about opportunities that are available in various realms of the society. However, in a group, they are empowered to overcome many of these deficiencies. In addition to above the concepts like microcredit focuses on capability building among poor women through the group approach commonly known as self-help group. At present in India the SHGs are growing at very high speed thereby helping the woman for changing their position within the family as well as in the society.

Phosphorus is the second most important macronutrient after nitrogen required for metabolism, growth, and development of plants. Phosphate deficiency prevents plants from growing and developing properly. Although total P is present in soil in the form of organic and inorganic compounds, the majority of these molecules are inactive and so unavailable to plants. Phosphate solubilizing microorganisms can solubilize insoluble phosphates in soils through a variety of mechanisms, including the secretion of organic acids, the production of enzymes, and the excretion of siderophores that can chelate metal ions and form complexes, allowing for plant uptake. Seeds /crop and soil inoculating with phosphate solubilizing microorganisms is a viable technique for increasing food production without causing environmental hazard. The physical qualities of the soil can be improved using biofertilizers, as well as the water holding capacity.

Cosmetics are the substances to enhance or protect the beauty of the human body dates back to vedic and puranic period. Earlier human race of tribal era used animal parts, vegetable leaves, flowers, color stones, shells, etc.to adorn their bodies. As per FD&C Act cosmetics are defined as "articles intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled, or sprayed on, introduced into, or otherwise applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance." Cosmetic include skin care, creams, lotions, powders, perfumes, lipsticks, finger nail polishes, eye and facial makeup, hair colors, deodorants, baby products, bath oils, and many other types of products. It does not include soap. Cosmeceuticals are cosmetic pharmaceutical products intended to improve the health and beauty of the skin by improve the health and beauty of the skin by providing a specific result, ranging from acne-control and anti-wrinkle effects, to sun protection. The concept discovered by Dr. Albert Klingman states that the Cosmeceuticals are topical agents that are distributed across broad spectrum of materials, laying somewhere between pure cosmetics (lipstick and rouge) and pure drug (antibiotics, corticosteroids). Cosmeceuticals, are the combination of biologically active ingredients which have medicinal or drug-like benefits and cosmetics which helps for beautification of the skin. Cosmeceuticals are topical formulation containing active ingredients that affects the biological function of the skin. External factors like air pollution, exposure to radiation from the sun and normal process of aging causes damages to integral components of skin like DNA, collagen and cellular membranes. Most of Cosmeceuticals uses vitamin, herbs, various oils and botanical extract. Desirable features of cosmeceutical agents are efficacy, safety, formulation stability and novelty. Cosmetic have become an integral part of every woman`s life. Herbal cosmetics are products which are formulated using various permissible cosmetic ingredients in which one or more herbal ingredients are used to provide distinct cosmetic benefits [1-4].They are also called as herbal cosmetics. Herbal cosmetics are the latest trend in the filed of beauty and fashion. The herbal cosmetics industry is experiencing a rising graph for its market and products which are being sold the world over. Cosmetics with natural ingredients are believed to be safer than chemical-based cosmetics; in addition, natural cosmetics have the ability to protect the skin from ultra violet rays[1-2]. One of the widely used cosmetics nowadays is lip color in the form of crayon or better known as lipsticks[3],which can also serve as both natural and chemical. Recently there has been revival of the growing interest on the application of non-toxic and eco-friendly natural dyes on natural fibres due to worldwide environmental consciousness. Coloring lips in an ancient practice date back to prehistoric period. Now-a-days the use of herbal product has increased and choice of shades of color, textures, luster, have been changed and become wider. This can observed from the facts that lipstick is marketed in hundred of sheds of colors to satisfy latest demand of the women. The dyes that contribute to the color of the lipstick are very harmful to humans on consumption. Coal tars are the basic ingredients form which synthetic dyes are formed can cause allergy, nausea, dermatitis, and drying of the lips. In recent times lipstick has been under the scanner of many health watchers. Lipsticks are often eaten away by the user, and hence are imperative that health regulators have a microscopic look at the ingredients that go into the lipstick. Due to various adverse effects of available synthetic preparation, the present work was conceived by us to formulate an herbal lipstick having minimal or no side effects, which will extensively use by the women of our communities with great surety and satisfaction[4-7]. Lipsticks are the cosmetic product containing pigments, oils, waxes, and emollients that apply color, texture, and protection to the lipsticks. Many colors and types of lipsticks exist. As with most other types of makeup, lipsticks are typically but not exclusively worn by women. Some lipsticks are also used as lip balms, to add color along with hydration properties [8-9]. The herbs used in cosmetic preparation have varieties of properties like antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial. These herbal products claim to have no side effects that are commonly seen with products containing synthetic agents. The literature in Ayurveda, especially Charaka Samitha, stated numerous medicinal plants[10-13]. Among the popular functional natural ingredients, several antioxidants used in cosmetics are scientifically proven to offer additional benefits in supporting skin texture appearance and tone. The ideal characteristics of lipsticks are that it should be non-irritating and non-toxic, should be stable both physically and chemically, should be free from gritty particles, should maintain lip color for a more prolonged period after its application [14].

Many technologies are continually evolving in today's technological environment. The human-machine interface is one such promising concept. For example, there is no way to extend the limit on a wired mouse. Bluetooth hardware and a Bluetooth dongle must be installed on the computer to operate a wireless mouse. The proposed system would have no such limits, depending on gesture recognition. Object identification and image processing are the key technologies applied in this study. The idea is to move the mouse pointer on the screen without using any hardware, such as a mouse, and merely by exploiting finger motions, known as gesture recognition. We present a unique Human-Computer Interaction approach in this study (HCI) (HCI). A real-time camera is utilised to control cursor movement. This research proposes a camera vision-based cursor control system using hand gestures captured through a webcam. The system will enable the user to move the computer cursor around using their hand carrying point-based lines and other hand gestures. The recommended system is built on a low-resolution camera that functions as a sensor and can follow the user's hand in two dimensions carrying colour point-based lines. Python is used to implement the system. Hand gesture is the most natural and easy means of communication.

Low Back Pain or ache in the lumbo-sacral area is precipitated by means of some mixture of overuse, muscle stress and harm to the muscles, ligaments, and disc that aid the spine. Low back pain (LBP) is a main reason of incapacity worldwide. Low back pain is the predominant reason of incapacity international and imposes a substantial medical and socioeconomic burden on society. The intervertebral disc, zyg-apophysical joint, and sacroiliac joint are believed to be frequent ache mills in axial lower back pain. Common sources of axial LBP consist of the intervertebral disc, side joint, sacroiliac joint, and paraspinal musculature, whereas frequent sources of radicular ache encompass a herniated intervertebral disc and spinal stenosis. The incidence of Chronic Low Back Pain (CLBP) is increasing. Treatment for the disease is advantageous in much less than 50% of sufferers after 1 year. This review gives the brief information about the newer approaches in the treatment of chronic low back pain. Conservative nonpharmacologic cure consists of bodily therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic manipulations, yoga, Tai Chi, cognitive behavioral therapy, and meditation.

This paper is an attempt to analyse the educational status of Muslim women in India absolutely as well as relative to their male and female counterparts belonging to other religious communities. The study is based on the secondary source of data obtained from the census report ( 2011), NSS report and other published sources to throw light on the actual status of Muslim female education, various levels of educational attainment-literacy, matriculation, intermediate or pre-university, technical education and graduate and above are taken into account. The finding of the study reveals that the educational status of Muslims in general and Muslim female, in particular, is not satisfactory and needs special attention. It is found that 42.72% of the total population of the Muslims in India are illiterate; among the Muslim women, illiteracy is as high as 48.11%. Technical education and higher education are meagre among the Muslim women. From the findings, it is also clear that Muslims who account for almost 14% of the total population of the nation shows lowest literacy rate, the lowest percentage of higher education and lowest degree of female education. The information about the higher education reveals that only 1.90% Muslim women reach up to pre-university level and only 0.14% attains technical education.
