Now-a-days, rented cars are being widely used by people and the business growth pertaining to this sector has been tremendously increasing in recent years. However, the cars have been the primary requirement for running the firm; it is absolutely required to keep track of these valuable assets. The monitoring of cars is very much important as the firm holds large number of cars and the tracking of each car's health being used by the customers simultaneously is the primary concern. These challenges can be tackled with the help of On-board diagnostics. On-board diagnostics is an automotive term referring to a vehicle's self-diagnostic and reporting capability. OBD systems give the vehicle owner or repair technician access to the status of the various vehicle subsystems .The amount of diagnostic information available via OBD has varied widely since its introduction in the early 1980s versions of on-board vehicle computers. Early versions of OBD would simply illuminate a malfunction indicator light or "idiot light" if a problem was detected but would not provide any information as to the nature of the problem. Modern OBD implementations use a standardized digital communications port to provide real-time data in addition to a standardized series of diagnostic trouble codes, which allow one to rapidly identify and remedy malfunctions within the vehicle. A car generally is equipped with OBD-I or OBD-II bus to specify the reports or diagnostics of the vehicle.

Due to the limited diagnostic tools and treatment options, mucormycosis is difficult to control the infection. Mucormycosis is the third most invasive fungal disease after candidiasis and aspergillosis. It is caused by zygomycosis fungi. The most important species that causes mucormycosis is Rhizopus. The incidence of mucormycosis is approximately 1.7 cases per 1,000,000 inhabitants per year. The clinical diagnosis of mucormycosis is difficult and is usually made in the late stages of the disease or after death. The treatment of mucormycosis requires timely diagnosis, correction of predisposing factors, surgical resection or cleansing as part of source control and appropriate antifungal treatment. Liposome amphotericin B is the drug of choice in this situation. The overall mortality rate of mucormycosis is about 40%.

Agriculture is the main trade of our country and it plays an important role in our country. No of people in India depends on only farming so agriculture with production with quality is a requirement of present and future. Using an extra quantity of fertilizers may cause lower quality of crop production and also affect the quantity of crops. So, the correct quantity of soil nutrients is mainly required for the best plant growth. Correct and required fertilizers give a high production rate with better quantity. Calculating the number of nutrients in the soil is the most vital function. Quantity of nutrients is also one of the necessary and it is helpful soil parameters to unrip the soil fertility and it is measured or calculated to recognize the soil fertility. In the proposed system, it decides the nutrients which are suitable for the particular soil with presently available percentage nutrients. This process plays the most important role. The system will interpret nutrients content in the soil in real-time. This system is basically helping the farmers also for nurseries. As for growth and take advantage of available nutrients from the soil rather than using irrespective quantities of nutrients. The system will suggest only required fertilizers, it is helpful for crops and soil also.

A simplified control algorithm for a three-phase, four-wire unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) is presented to compensate for supply voltage distortions/unbalance, supply current harmonics, the supply neutral current, the reactive power and the load unbalance as well as to maintain zero voltage regulation (ZVR) at the point of common coupling (PCC). The UPQC is realized by the integration of series and shunt active filters (AFs) sharing a common dc bus capacitor. The shunt AF is realized using a three-phase, four leg voltage source inverter (VSI) and the series AF is realized using a three-phase, three leg VSI. A dynamic model of the UPQC is developed in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment and the simulation results demonstrating the power quality improvement in the system are presented for different supply and load conditions.

An airport includes an area used or intended for airport buildings and facilities (landing or takeoff) of aircrafts, seaplanes, heliports etc. Airport basically consists of landing area which comprises of an accessibly open space and an operationally active surface such as runway for planes to takeoff. It also includes adjacent utility buildings i.e. control towers, hangars and terminals. Larger airports may have airport aprons, taxiway bridges, air traffic control centers, passenger facilities such as restaurants, lounges and emergency services. An airport solely serving helicopters is called a heliport and for seaplanes is called a seaplane base. Airports can be classified into three categories namely civil airports (open to general public), defense airport (exclusively for defense purpose), and private airport (for private and restricted use only, not open to general public). In order to protect and maintain such facilities, security is provided at overall airport facilities including the passengers, staff etc. In this paper discussion is made regarding security of all airports in India, major incidents occurred over period of time, and how a single organization was handed over the onus of security system of overall airports in India.

This is a study on the techniques of singing Khasi indigenous vocal music by first understanding its structure. This study is also an attempt to compile and document the different techniques involve in singing Khasi indigenous songs right from the songs that has been sung for generations altogether to the songs of contemporary composition which are however based on a similar structural pattern. This endeavor of documenting Khasi indigenous vocal music is part of the conservation of Khasi music which thus aims at conserving the musical identity of the Khasi people. The key-finding in this research is the melismatic nature of Khasi indigenous vocal music. Though there are differences in the geographical settlement, the dialect spoken, the intonation in speech as well as in singing, yet the melismatic structure of the melody in these three study area binds them in one accord of Khasi indigenous music. Melismatic singing in Khasi indigenous vocal music is described as kyriah. How to sing them? or how to kyriah?, of course require different other techniques which has been defined in this study.

Fiercer worldwide rivalry and more limited item life cycles have added to the intricacy looked by organizations. More up to date wellsprings of upper hand are continually looked for to replace less viable customary serious components, perhaps the most significant being human resources. In this way, companies must receive appropriate human resource management (HRM) rehearses that utilize their representatives' possibilities. This pattern has prompted expanded interest in exploring the effect of HRM rehearses on organizations' exhibition. Writing survey shows there has been a genuine absence of such explores in India. In this paper, we will analyze the connections of six HRM practices and five key elements of operational execution, adaptability, cost, new product, quality and conveyance, in Indian assembling organizations. The experimental investigation depends on the information from the 2005.

We are living in the time of the 'Advanced Consumer', where buyers effectively look for data to settle on educated choices and don't put their trust certainly in brands. Shoppers are not, at this point saw as static, constant models, however rather as liquid and consistently advancing. They are dynamic members in their buying venture, choosing offers that fit their evolving needs, and deciding on items and administrations that have been planned explicitly for them. They request that each experience be interesting, engaging, drawing in, and customized. Furthermore, it's dependent upon advertisers to tune in, respond, and convey these encounters. Buyer conduct today is vigorously dependent on audits, client produced substance and influencers. The examination concurs that 75% percent of clients are bound to buy from a brand that offers customized administrations dependent on their individual inclinations. By giving profoundly focused on, redid and hyper customized encounters we can make our image stick out and get taken note. This content is a work to see how hyper personalized marketing procedures are utilized in various e-commerce sectors.

The article is an analysis of two poetess and their preoccupation and fascination with death. The two poetess are Emily Dickinson and Sylvia Plath. Their biographical history is also taken into consideration to come to the final analysis of their treatment of death. Though both have their own unique set of differences with respect to experiences and viewpoints we see the treatment being meted out to them by death is pretty uniform. it is distant and elusive.
