 Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between exchange rates and imports and exports in India. The study employs panel co-relation analysis using annual data from 2018 to 2024. The findings reveal a co-integrated relationship between effective exchange rates and exports-imports in the long run. Regression analysis finds a positive correlation between the Kuwaiti Dinar and the US Dollar, and a negative correlation between the Japanese Yen and other currencies. An increase in the USD exchange rate is associated with an increase in imports and a decrease in exports. The Euro's impact is inverse. Overall, the study suggests intricate relationships between currency exchange rates and trade activities, highlighting the importance of exchange rates in understanding and predicting trade dynamics.

 Abstract

Creativity is the subject of many views. In liberal viewpoint, creativity is considered as the core of the ``economical competitivity'', being a key driver in terms of change rate and economical growth. On the other side, the intellectual vision often seen creativity as a reflection, a mirror of our civilisation. It seems hazardous to consider a single creative method ? An interesting highlight is the comparison between the outcomes of two different creativity processes, the introspective one and the collaborative approach. Striking differences in terms of timescale, relationship, emotion and final products can be identified unfortunately at the end of the creative process. A particular care should be taken to prevent imitation or conformity effects resulting from the misuse of modern technologies. The human nature of reflexion process based on agregating informations, coordinating imagination, associating ideas, has been disrupted by the introduction of hyperconnected digital space. Creativity is probably more fragile, more human and cultural related that it was previously thought. Environmental factors play a major role in the way, creativity is organized.

 Abstract

This article will study the memoir, 'A Border Passage' (1999) by the eminent academic Leila Ahmed, the Harvard professor of Egyptian descent. Implementing Homi Bhabha's concepts of 'Third Space' and 'hybridity', it will be investigated how the memoirist, positioned in the conflict-torn interstitial space or what Bhabha calls the Third Space, between the cultures of her homeland and host land, productively used this border-zone to develop an empowering hybridized identity. In the light of Miriam Cooke's theory of 'multiple critique', it will also be argued that from the Third Space she conducted a multifaceted critique of the different issues like Western racism against the Arabs and their tradition, the authoritarian regime in her homeland, the misogyny and sexism in official Islam, Western imperialism in the Middle East, white imperial feminism and Islamophobia; issues that affected her struggle for acquiring agency. Finally, it will be shown how her hybrid identity enabled her to rise above cultural dualism in the diaspora. But at the same time it will also be demonstrated how she resisted the pressure from her host society to give up her indigenous culture and thus to assimilate; her hybrid identity made it possible for her to be at ease with her diasporic identity and also to affirm her cultural heritage as an Arab Muslim.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT Background - Muscle energy technique and Mulligan taping both are widely used in treatment of SI joint disorders. MET is a manual therapy technique that involves voluntary muscle contractions against a controlled counterforce, aiming to improve joint mobility and reduce pain by enhancing muscle function and joint alignment. Mulligan Taping, on the otherhand, involves the application of adhesive tape in specific patterns to support joint function, facilitate movement, and provide proprioceptive feedback, potentially improving joint mobility and stability. While both techniques are employed in clinical practice extensively, there is a need for comparative study to evaluate their effectiveness specifically in the context of SI joint hypomobility. Aim- This study compare the effectiveness of Muscle energy technique and Mulligan taping in SI joint dysfunction in terms of pain and range of motion. Method- This study sample consist of 12 patients divided into 2 groups (either group A for muscle energy technique or group B for Mulligan taping). A convenient sampling was done for the study. : Once patients met the requirements, the prospective patients were treated at the clinic, where they were screened to determine if they met the studies inclusion criteria. This was achieved if a positive diagnosis of sacroiliac joint dysfunction was made. Each patient randomly divided into groups by means of tossing a coin. Outcomes are measured in terms of pain indicated by visual analogue scores and lumbar range of motion using a full scale goniometer, before and after intervention. Comparison of the pre interventional and post interventional outcome measures between the groups was done by using paired and unpaired t test. Probability values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant and probability values less than 0.0001 were considered highly significant. Result- After 3 months of treatment, result of the present clinical trial indicate that both Muscle Energy Technique and Kinesio-Taping Technique effectively reduce pain and disability. Changes in the visual analogue scores and lumbar range of motion revealed statistically significant reduction in pain and increase Range of motion after intervention for both the groups (p< 0.05). However Kinesio 8 taping was found to be better in increasing range of motion while Muscle energy technique was found better in reducing pain Conclusion - In conclusion, this randomized controlled study, conducted on 12 volunteers of both genders diagnosed with Sacroiliac joint dysfunction, investigated the effectiveness of Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Kinesio-taping using the Mulligan Technique. The findings demonstrated significant improvements in relieving Sacroiliac joint dysfunction, reducing pain, and enhancing functional ability measured by VAS and range of motion assessments. Consequently, both interventions prove to be effective therapeutic approaches for managing Sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

 Abstract

Cloud computing has emerged as a pivotal technology in modern computing, offering vast resources for computation and storage to users on-demand. However, the substantial energy consumption associated with cloud data centers poses environmental concerns and financial burdens. Addressing this challenge requires the development of energy-efficient mechanisms, particularly in task scheduling, which plays a crucial role in resource allocation and utilization. This paper presents the design and implementation of an energy-efficient task scheduling algorithm tailored for cloud computing environments. The proposed algorithm aims to minimize energy consumption while meeting performance requirements, such as task completion time and resource utilization. Leveraging dynamic voltage and frequency scaling techniques, the algorithm intelligently allocates tasks to virtual machines, considering workload characteristics, resource availability, and energy profiles. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, extensive experiments are conducted using simulation-based approaches. The results demonstrate significant reductions in energy consumption compared to traditional scheduling approaches, without compromising on performance metrics. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis is performed to assess the algorithm's robustness under varying workload intensities and system configurations. The findings of this study underscore the potential of energy-efficient task scheduling algorithms to mitigate the environmental impact of cloud computing while enhancing cost-effectiveness for service providers and users. The proposed algorithm contributes to the ongoing efforts in green computing and sustainable IT practices, paving the way for more environmentally friendly and economically viable cloud infrastructures.

 Abstract

Cloud storage solutions have become indispensable for managing vast amounts of data, yet they face significant challenges in ensuring data security and storage efficiency. One promising solution to these challenges is authorized data deduplication at the small block level, which enhances storage optimization while maintaining data security and privacy. This paper proposes a novel framework for secure authorized data deduplication using small block level methods in cloud storage. Our approach leverages fine-grained data segmentation and advanced cryptographic techniques to securely identify and eliminate redundant data blocks. By implementing stringent access control mechanisms, the framework ensures that deduplication processes are only performed by authorized entities, preserving data integrity and confidentiality. We provide a comprehensive analysis of the framework's security features, efficiency, and performance through extensive simulations and real-world testing. The results demonstrate that our framework significantly reduces storage requirements while offering robust security protections, making it a viable solution for modern cloud storage environments. This study contributes to the advancement of secure and efficient cloud storage technologies, addressing critical issues in data management and protection.

 Abstract

Abstract: Introduction: One of the oldest documented medical systems is the Siddha system, which originated in the Indian subcontinent. Siddhars who were the pioneers of the Siddha system have been writing down the formulation of numerous remedies since ancient times. Among those formulations, Moolanoi Chooranam (MNC) is one of the polyherbal formulation, which is said to be prescribed for Moolam in classical siddha texts. Ull Moolam is one among those of Moolanoigal. Ullmoolam (Internal Haemorrhoids) will benefit from the use of this medication. Drug standardization and publication are seen as the keys to spreading authenticity in today's globalized society. MNC was standardized using PLIM criteria, which were crucial to the process of Occidentalizing. Material and methods: MNC was made in accordance with GMP regulations. Physico-chemical analysis, HPTLC, TLC investigation, and the finding of organoleptic qualities are all part of drug standardization. The investigation was conducted at Noble Research Solution's facility in accordance with PLIM criteria. Results: Research findings indicate there are six peaks in the HPTLC screening graphic. Other characteristics include loss of drying (5.16 %), total ash value (1.8%), acid insoluble ash (0%), water soluble extraction (15.6 %), alcohol soluble extraction (8.1%), and pH(6.80) which is weakly acidic. Conclusion: Future clinical research and standardization would benefit from the published data.

 Abstract

This study investigated the antiviral activity of Cryptostegia grandiflora Linn extract against three viruses: influenza, herpes simplex virus (HSV), and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Solvent extraction techniques were used to obtain the extract, and dose-response curves were generated to evaluate its antiviral effects. The results indicated significant antiviral activity against all three viruses, with varying degrees of potency at different concentrations. This suggests that Cryptostegia grandiflora Linn extract may hold promise as a potential source of antiviral compounds. Further research is warranted to isolate and characterize the active components responsible for the observed antiviral effects.

 Abstract

In automobiles, parking system is complicated and time taking to park the vehicle, needs to be more alert while parking in order to avoid hitting of the car during the reverse motion. Therefore, to avoid, a concept of fifth wheel parking is made. In earlier methods of parking, the time taken is 2 minutes; the driver needs to be more alert while parking in order to avoid hitting of the car during the reverse motion. Therefore, to avoid these inconveniences, a concept of fifth wheel parking is made, where the total time will be 50 to 60 seconds. This parking can be done using an additional wheel fifth wheel. A screw is used to control fifth wheel to land and lift. DC motor enables the forward and reverse motion for the screw. It also helps to know malfunctions during landing or lifting of the wheel. This concept is mainly used for four- wheeler vehicles. This setup makes the vehicle to turn parallel in a significant angle with reference to the front axle within a short period. The model enables the driver to park the vehicle between two vehicles, where the space is limited. Parallel parking is a method of parking a vehicle in-line with other parked vehicles. Parallel parking requires initially driving slightly past the parking space, parallel to the parked vehicle in front of that space, keeping a safe distance, and then followed by reversing into that space. Subsequent position adjustment may require the use of forward and reverse gears. Parallel parking is considered to be one of the hardest skills for new drivers to learn. Parallel parking enables the driver to park a vehicle in a smaller space than would be true of forward parking. Driving forward into a parking space on the side of a road is typically not possible unless two successive parking spaces are empty. Reversing into the spot via the parallel parking technique allows one to take advantage of a single empty space not much longer than the car in order to complete the parking within three wheel-turns the parking space would generally need to be about one and a half car length long.
