Associated with literature, music, and movies, computer software is a relatively new form of intellectual property. Computer software is such a diverse phenomenon that any attempts to arrive at conclusions claiming general validity are bound to fail. IPR And International scenarios do not prevent additional forms of protection for computer programs and a member can offer patent, copyright, and trade secret protection for computer programs. The object of copyright protection in a computer program is not the underlying idea but the computer language used to express the idea. Copyright is the most commonly used to protect computer programs because the writing of a software code is similar to a literary work. Under copyright laws, protection is available only to the form and expression of the idea and not to the idea itself. The indication is that software law awaits new social consensuses and requires new legal approaches; and all this ultimately rests upon legislative action or treaty negotiation, whose doctrinal development is a slow process.

Only humans can act on behalf of a company, and anyone who does so is solely responsible for any crimes they conduct. The importance of incorporation is that it holds people and businesses accountable in particular situations. As per Section 11 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, a person is defined as "Any Company, Association, or a collection of Persons, whether incorporated or not," according to the statute. According to this Code, everyone is liable for penalty. As a result, everyone is penalized by Section 2 of the Code, which obviously includes businesses. Thus, reading these two clauses can give rise to the idea of corporate criminal liability, but they are not the only pieces of legislation that deal with punishing corporate entities (Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, etc.). Due to their expansion, businesses have grown to play a crucial role in our economy and have become an essential element of our society. Therefore, these businesses should be opposed since they put our society at risk of being used by them. This article will look at many sorts of corporate criminal responsibility and the philosophy surrounding it as a white collar crime.

Agriculture plays an important role in our day to day life and sustains the existence of life in this planet. Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in this sector is clearly visible and is ever growing than before. Soil management, Crop management, Weeds management, Water management, Weather predictions are the crucial areas identified in Agriculture, to act on. Any impacts or distractions in these areas can pay way to disruptions economy growth. Expectations from industries and farmers are to provide a solution at less cost and effectively performing at scale. Robotics have been tested a lot in this field and have seen an improvement over the years. Automations are significant in Agriculture, so as to reduce the complexity and tedious human labour. Maximising the yield with high quality and lesser chemical influence, have been the hopes from consumer perspective. Such an application of AI in Agriculture, will prevent lives from natural disasters, can alert or warn about the calamities and take the safest route.

Agriculture plays a major role in the economic sector. Being the backbone of major nations like India, Agriculture do face lot more challenges than any other domain. Automation in agriculture is a major concern and a topic that is emerging around the world. The population is growing and with this increase in demand for food and work is increasing. The traditional methods used by farmers were not sufficient to meet these needs. Therefore, new automated methods are introduced. These new methods have met the needs of the diet and provided jobs for billions of people. Artificial Intelligence in agriculture has brought about change in agriculture. These technologies have protected crop yields from a variety of factors such as natural disaster, climate change, population growth, employment issues and food safety issues. Of particular concern to this paper is the research into various applications of Artificial intelligence in agriculture such as irrigation, sensory spraying and other methods installed on robots and drones. This technology saves excess water consumption, pesticides, maintains soil fertility, and aids in the efficient use of human energy and increases productivity and improves quality. This paper examines the work of many researchers to get a brief overview of the current use of automated agriculture. Smart decisioning and language understanding are the key techniques that facilitates Agriculture easing out manual labour with pre-programmed machine learning.

Abstract The present-day challenge for moving forward plant development and decreasing costs legitimizes the advancement of a robotized water system framework that will minimize the squander of water and diminish work and observing overhead. Feedback-based approaches empower more effective dealing with of assets than open-loop frameworks, at the cost of complexity and solidness issues. Soil moistures are troublesome to degree, and their target levels cannot be kept up exceptionally successfully.A nursery gives an environment to develop plants all year circular, indeed on cold and cloudy days. Be that as it may, extraordinary natural variables interior the nursery such as tall temperatures and a tall mugginess can contrarily affect the plants. Subsequently, controlling this environment is fundamental in arrange for the plants to develop solid and healthy. The point of this extend was to plan and construct a nursery controller that can keep up the environment, by acting upon live sensor readings and be able to show the status of the system.

Built-in self-test (BIST ) approaches are suitable for in-field testing since they do not require a tester for storage and application of test data. They also reduce the security vulnerabilities associated with loading and unloading of external test data into scan chains. As technologies evolve, in-field testing needs to address more complex defect and fading mechanisms that require specific deterministic tests. This can be addressed by BIST approaches that store test data on-chip, and use the data for on-chip generation of both random and deterministic tests. In this case, there is a tradeoff between the amount of stored test data and the comprehensiveness of the test set that can be applied. This explores this tradeoff in a specific context that has the following main features. The initial stored test data is based on a stuck-at test set. The target faults are single-cycle gate-exhaustive faults. The stored test data is enhanced gradually by test data based on a gate-exhaustive test set to increase the coverage of gate-exhaustive faults.

In this paper, we described how to implement robot which detect and avoid obstacle in self driving cars. In our work we did the basic configuration of raspberry pi and installed a C++ library called Wiring Pi onto our Raspberry Pi, and check the pin configurations for this library. Using C++ program we check working of the LDR sensor module, softPWM library and 16*2 LCD with I2C Interfacing. We fit the ultrasonic sensor on our robot to create our obstacle-avoiding robot. This robot will move freely when there was no obstacle near it, and if it approached an obstacle, it would avoid it by taking a turn. We implemented two types of models one will use a library called ncurses and use the keyboard as an input. In Second model, we used UI buttons using QT, to move the robot.

In the current scenario, it is possible to use a camera module in very different way by providing addition features to the application design. Considering the frequent use of web camera applications, there is a need for an enhanced and automated version of the application. Face Recognition also plays a crucial role in daily lives. An integrated solu-tion of face detection with the camera application is a great duo and handy to the user as well. In this paper, we present a method for accessing the camera to take an image and perform image processing using pre-trained detection commands. Additionally, the mod-el also generates the attendance user and produces excel sheet output of the recognized faces

Pervious concrete is a type of lightweight concrete that is porous, obtained by detaching sand from the normal concrete mix. therefore, it really is known as a no-fine Concrete. The advantage of this type of concrete are lower density, less cost due to lower cement content and no use of fine aggregate. In this project we have taken two ratios of pervious concrete. One is 1:5 and other is 1:7. We have tested each ratio for 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. Adding fiber reinforcement to the 1:5 ratio average compressive strength increases by 5 percent. Adding fiber reinforcement to the 1:7 average compressive strength increases by 7 percent.

Ibuprofen is considered as the most important Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and widely used for treatment of major and minor pain, arthritis etc. The present work has been done to formulate tablet of Ibuprofen, the drug having low aqueous solubility, by solid dispersion technique for enhancement of solubility. According to the biopharmaceutical classification system, BCS class II drugs are classified as drugs having low solubility and high permeability, therefore the barrier to their absorption is dissolution and solubility of the drug. Ibuprofen is BCS class II drug. According to our studies we found that, solid dispersion is the promising tool which can help to increase the solubility of the drug. As these drugs have low solubility and high permeability, increase in the solubility of such drugs can probably improve the onset of action of the drug. In our project we have selected a drug belonging from BCS class 2 that is Ibuprofen and tried to enhance the solubility by solid dispersion technique. As a result, we found that solubility of the drug before processing 24.6192 mcg/ml was found to be and the solubility of the same drug after processing 32.8394 mcg/ml was found to be of SD ratio 1:3 which shows that the solubility of the drug is enhanced by folds with the help of solid dispersion technique. In the present work, Solubility of pure drug was determined. Different solid dispersion ratios using mannitol as a carrier were prepared and their solubility was determined and compared with standard. The SD ratio having optimized solubility was selected for tablet formulation. The tablets were formulated by wet granulation method using Croscarmellose sodium as superdisintegrant. The tablets were evaluated for physical parameters, disintegration time, hardness, thickness, weight variation, friability, and in vitro drug release. All the physical parameters were in acceptable limit of pharmacopeial specification.
