 Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a growing health problem in the world that causes severe morbidity and mortality. The prevalence of diabetes was rising day by day.The facts about the diabetes mellitus, its prevalence, morbidity, and mortality were published in many statistical reports. Diabetes mellitus (DM), or simply diabetes, is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the body does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do notrespond to the insulin that is produced. This high blood sugar produces the classical symptoms of polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (increased thirst) and polyphagia (increased hunger)

 Abstract

One of the earliest techniques in forensic science is the development of fingerprints, which is a popular technique for identifying criminals. Due to their ease of use and effectiveness, the powder and ninhydrin methods remain the most popular ones in forensic investigation. Latent fingerprint detection is frequently done using powder dusting. In order to replace expensive, toxic, and complex powders, we need to find a cheap, non-toxic, widely accessible powder. For the visualisation of latent finger prints, we use corn seed powder in this method. Determining the most affordable and accessible household powder used in Indian homes for the purpose of developing fingerprints. The majority of rigide cases showed clear ridge detail on different surfaces in the results, as opposed to rigides developed using non-conventional powder. This paper describes the use of a non-conventional powder for the visualisation of latent fingerprints on porous, semi-porous, and non-porous surfaces.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT: The recent years scientific and technological advancements have been made in the research and development of oral drug delivery systems. The reasons that the oral route achieved such popularity may be primarily due to its ease of administration. Chewing gum is one of the very popular oral confectionary products. It is a potentially useful means of administering drugs either locally or systematically via, the oral cavity. The medicated chewing gum has through the recent years gained increasing acceptance as a drug delivery system. Chewing gum known as gum base (insoluble gum base resin) contains elastomers, emulsifiers, fillers, waxes, antioxidants, softeners, sweeteners, food colorings, flavoring agents, and in case of medical chewing gum, active substances. It offers various advantages over conventional drug delivery systems. Unlike chewable tablets, medicated chewing gums are not supposed to be swallowed and may be removed from the site of application without resorting to invasive means.2 Potential applications of medicated chewing gums are highly widespread as they will be recognized in future. Nowadays standards for qualifying chewing gums are the same as tablets. Patient- centered studies include medicated chewing gums as a delivery system too which creates compliance for patients.

 Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of personality and empathy on adolescents' creativity in rural and urban areas . The survey method was used to collect data from 100 participants aged between 13 to 19 years old. The participants were selected from both rural and urban areas using a random sampling technique. The study utilized three standardized instruments: the empathy scale, Baquer Mehendi Creativity Scale, and the 16 PF Personality Inventory. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including correlation, etc. The findings revealed that personality traits such as openness to experience, extraversion, and emotional stability were positively correlated with creativity. Moreover, creativity was found to significantly influence personality among adolescents, with higher levels of creativity associated with higher personality levels. Interestingly, the study also found that rural adolescents had significantly higher levels of empathy and creativity than their urban counterparts. Overall, the study highlights the importance of personality and empathy in fostering creativity among adolescents and suggests that environmental factors should also be considered when examining the relationship between these variables. The findings of this study have implications for educators and parents in developing strategies to enhance creativity among adolescents in both rural and urban areas.

THE USE OF MENTAL HEALTH TRACKER IS TO TREAT ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IT IS WIDESPREAD AND GROWING. SEVERAL REVIEWS HAVE FOUND THAT MOST OF THESE WEBSITES DO NOT HAVE PUBLISHED EVIDENCE FOR THEIR EFFECTIVENESS, AND EXISTING RESEARCH HAS PRIMARILY BEEN UNDERTAKEN BY INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS THAT HAVE AN ASSOCIATION WITH THE WEBSITE BEING TESTED. ANOTHER REASON FOR THE LACK OF RESEARCH IS THAT THE EXECUTION OF THE TRADITIONAL RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIAL IS TIME PROHIBITIVE IN THIS PROFIT-DRIVEN INDUSTRY.  Abstract

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, demand for remote working from home significantly increased in 2020/21. Work from home or remote work is when employees or professionals work outside of typical office environments, not necessarily from a particular location. Several countries were subjected to lockdowns, which substantially impacted the economy. The organizations have given employees more flexibility to work from home and set their schedules. This unforeseen situation has forced individuals and organizations to quickly train employees and adopt online working styles, seeking to uphold the same level of efficiency as working from the office. The paper describes a survey conducted among people working from home to identify the challenges and opportunities this change in working style presents. At the onset of the pandemic, many employees struggled to adjust to using online tools and combine working hours with daily routines and family commitments. Gradually, the working class acclimated to the environment of the Covid-19 pandemic and tried their best to deliver the respective results to achieve the goals of an organization that balanced their requirements. However, the results show that in a short time, respondents were able to develop the experience and knowledge desirable for digital work using tools such as collaboration platforms and video conferencing. When working remotely from home, a substantial percentage of respondents recognized the benefit of reducing travel time, which has a favorable influence on the environment and CO2 emissions. However, some drawbacks were also recognized, such as the absence of face-to-face deliberations and informal meetings during working days.

 Abstract

In india almost 90% of the roads are made flexible type of pavement. The dynamic loads of moving vehicles are considered impact on roads because of relatively short duration. In road pavements loads are transferred from top to other courses and subgrades. Due to this loads and constant vibrations subsiding and horizontal displacement of roadsub base happens. To overcome this we are working on our own process and named as " Stumping Process ".

 Abstract

The book is a relatively recent literary genre in India. Epics, hymns, plays, short tales, and fables all have illustrious histories that date back many centuries, but the novel-a lengthy work of prose fiction-has just appeared and established itself in India in the last century or so. English Literature in the North-East of India: A Critical Analysis is the thesis's title. There are several themes to cover when analysing the NE English books. However, in order to connect the chapters of the thesis, this section focuses mostly on the varied problems of the people in the NE area that are shown in the chosen books. These conflicts and other elements are divided into chapters that cover historical context, extremists and violent, the role and impact of nature in NE conflicts and extremism, women and extremism, literary techniques, characterization, and language, as well as other topics.English Literature in the North-East of India - A Critical Analysis is the title I picked mostly out of a strong desire to work on projects for my own area. Prior to being transferred to the English Department, I had the chance to do research inside the North-East of India Studies.
