 Abstract

Retirement planning is the process of planning and managing short and long-term finances to help achieve financial dreams both during working years and retired life. It entails analysing financial objectives, current financial position and expected future cash flow to develop a comprehensive retirement roadmap. Without a judicious retirement plan in place, we run the risk of outliving our savings and not being able to maintain the desired lifestyle in our retirement years. It helps to determine how much to save today for retirement; how to invest our savings to get the desired returns; how to protect our assets and provide for in case of unfortunate events and how to make judicious use of retirement income post retirement. Creation of wealth is a time-taking process which lasts throughout our lifetime. So the earlier it is started the more number of times money gets multiplied. So it is always prudent to start planning early for retirement.

 Abstract

The efficiency of cash management, cash holding is the most important financial decisions that the manager of the organization, has to make in the organization. It is observed that organization hold cash for future purposes. If the organization invested cash in profitable securities then there is some flexibility but when it relates to the holding cash is not advantageous. Generally two contradictory theories such as Trade-off theory and the Pecking order theory are considered for the efficiency of cash management. We generally observed the efficiency of Cash Management influenced by Cash Holding. We measured cash holding of the organization is affected with the degree of financial leverage, , investment and profitability.. Proper holding of cash can prevent the bankruptcy of any organization and also increases the efficiency of Cash management.

 Abstract

Virtual learning is not restricted to the classrooms, but it expands the potential of using a network to gain, examine, create, operate, and utilize information data. Virtual learning has many diverse meanings because the learning structure continues to develop, emerging online. The current path is comparativelyincredible; it includes regular learning and counseling through collaborated&communicated data, including online, intranet-extranet, re-enactment and entertainment, and other Virtual instruments and media. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed every characteristic of human life, including learning.Schools have been shut due to lockdown. So,virtual learning has become the alternative to learning. The paper studiesgender-specific perceptions of parents regarding the effectiveness of the Virtual education-learning process. The pandemic made the world stand still. It has radically disrupted human life. The learning segment, which is a severe determinant of a country's economic future, has been the most terrible affected segment among all other segments. Students of learning institutions are the most affected fraternity in the world. The standstill of Learning institutions and exam cancellation or postponement, or year passing have led to massive concern and ambiguity among students, their parents, and educators. Electronic devices support virtual learning. The learners and teachers are physically separated, and they mostly interact online. This study sought to compare Virtual and Face to face learning by observing attributes of Gender (Parents). Through this study, it is attempted to investigate whether the satisfaction level of parents towards online classes is Gender independent or dependent or understanding differs from each other according to the Gender.

 Abstract

The study presented in this paper is on bamboo woven fabrics geometrical properties , which is commonly used for apparel production. Clothing serves to convey a person's personal style while also providing protection, utility, and comfort. To satisfy human needs and ensure garment functionality, each of these factors must be met. Disabilities frequently result in unique functional requirements for clothing and other textile products in the home. Clothing can also be used to conceal physical problems, if that is possible. In everyday life, the sitting position is fairly prevalent. As a result, all apparel should be comfortable in this position. This is especially crucial for disabled persons who, due to their infirmities, are confined to a sitting position for the remainder of their lives. These are persons who need wheelchairs because they have reduced mobility due to paraplegia, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy or other injuries. The geometric features of bamboo woven fabric are examined to see whether it is suitable for garment design. This paper discusses research on using new technology to improve clothing design that is tailored to an individual's specific wants and expectations. it is found that bamboo woven fabric is better textile for disabled people and to provide solution for clothing issues.

 Abstract

The fundamental point of this study is to look at the customers' way of behaving towards milk utilization. The particular targets are to know the ordinary wellspring of milk, nature of milk items, fulfillment of customers and their cost; installment framework, per capita utilization of milk and to give suggestions to dairy and investigates the best limited time direct of buyer in the milk business. All the promoting processes begins with the buyer and thus the shopper is a big cheese to a market. To turn into a fruitful advertiser, one should know the preferring or loathing of the clients. This Literature survey shows that the makers produce and the venders sell anything the customer likes. In this sense, "customer is the preeminent on the lookout". Here buyers assume an exceptionally imperative part in the nearby, public or global economy. For this review, organized survey was directed on likert scale and quantities of respondents were 150 shoppers from Karimnagar dairy, Telangana. Replies of surveys were arranged and rates of these were taken for examination. It is reasoned that greater part of the customers are buying milk from shops, commission organizations. Customers are happy with cost, quality, and the vast majority of the buyers pay through electronic mode and via card. Electronic media is assuming huge part to adverting dairy items. It is recommended that for more business quality, costs and administrations be improved to contend with different makers and milk dairies.

 Abstract

Transdermal Drug Delivery System are topically applied medications in the form of patches that are intended to deliver a therapeutically effective dose of a drug across the patient's skin at a controlled rate for systemic effect. Transdermal patches are now available for a wide range of pharmaceuticals. Methyl Salicylate is used in topical treatment and high-dose dermal patch, to relive pain of minor aches and pains of muscle and joints associated with arthritis. In the present study a simple, sensitive, rapid, accurate and precise spectrophotometric method has been developed for the estimation of methyl salicylate in transdermal patch. Methyl Salicylate shows maximum absorbance at 270 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range 2-45 ?g/ml. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were found to be 0.48 and 1.48 ?g/ml, respectively. Results of analysis were validated statistically and by recovery studies. The method was validated as per ICH guideline in terms of linearity, accuracy (recovery study), precision, limit of detection, limit of quantification. The method was successfully applied to determine content of methyl salicylate from transdermal patch

 Abstract

The chemical compatibility and the adhesion of energetic materials and additive materials exert a strong influence on the sensitivity, safety and performance of a polymer-bonded explosive. In this study, the chemical compatibility of different chemicals with several polymers were evaluated using the material safety data sheet. Made the inter material compatibility matrix by the chemical characteristics and chemical incompatibility available in material safety data sheet. Incompatible chemical storage procedure implemented and stored based on the inter material compatibility matrix. Chemical compatibility is a measure of how stable a substance is when mixed with another substance. If two substances can mix together and undergo a chemical reaction, they are considered incompatible. Chemical compatibility is important when choosing materials for chemical storage or reactions, so that the vessel and other apparatus will not be damaged by its contents. For purposes of chemical storage, chemicals that are incompatible should not be stored together so that any leak will not cause an even more dangerous situation by reacting after leaking. In addition, chemical compatibility refers to the container material being acceptable to store the chemical or for a tool or object that comes in contact with a chemical to not degrade. Chemical compatibility is also important when choosing among different chemicals that have similar purposes. For example, bleach and ammonia, both commonly used as cleaners, can undergo a dangerous chemical reaction when combined with each other. Even though each of them has a similar use, care must be taken not to allow these chemicals to mix.

 Abstract

Motion detection software system enables us to see the movement around an object or a visual area. Motion detection software is widely preferred as one of the most crucial security features in recent days. It enhances existing security devices such as motion sensor lighting on indoor and outdoor security cameras. Security cameras are one of the most common devices that use motion detection technology. Now, for better protection, motion detector cameras are preferred. The project suggested that Motion detection detects changes in object position concerning the environment and vice versa. This motion detection software helps us detect moving objects in front of the camera. A motion detection software is proposed, which allows us to see the movement in front of the camera. In addition, the detection of moving objects is a compelling research topic in computer vision and video processing. It constitutes a critical step for many complex processes such as video object classification and video tracking activity, thus recognising the actual shape of a moving object from a particular sequence of video frames.

 Abstract

The rapid growth of cloud computing and social networks is increasing day by day. So, if health care applications can deploy this technology, then the patients can store their privacy data in cloud storage and can share their feelings with other patients. For providing high security to patient health care records in this system we implemented a secure data distribution with an Identity-based cryptography technique. The patients can upload their electronic health records to cloud storage and share them to concern doctors with an identity-based encryption technique. The authorized doctors can access patient health records and respond to them securely. In this system we also use proxy re-encryption for doctors if they are not able to solve those cases then they can go with help of a specialist to cure it. While encrypted health care records sharing with specialists from doctors then no one can get the knowledge of those sensitive data. As well as patients can search for getting friends with their symptoms by profile matching technology securely.

Emulgel have emerged as one of the most interesting Topical delivery system as it has dual control release system i.e. gel and emulsion. Topical applications of drug offers many advantages for delivering drug directly to the site of action and deliver the drug for extended period of time at effected site. In the present study, an attempt has been made to formulate the topical drug delivery system of Pentoxifylline EP in the form of Emulgel. Pentoxifylline EP is widely used Non steroidal Anti-inflammatory drug, mostly used to relieve pain and also have significant results in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis treatment. Emulgel batches were formulated and developed to get the optimized batch using 32 Factorial Design. For the formulation of emulgel, gelling agent Acrypol 934P and Penetration enhancer Menthol were selected as independent variables whereas Viscosity and in vitro drug release were the dependent variables. All the formulation developed were evaluated for the post formulation studies like color, phase separation, pH, rheological behaviour, spreadability, swelling index, drug content, In- vitro drug release and stability studies and all the results observed were within official limit
