Nanotechnology is the understanding and control of matter at dimensions between 1 and 100 nanometres. Matter at this scale exhibits unique characteristics. Nanotechnology has changed the world of engineering and science to the cores which lead to the enormous development over the past two decades in certain areas such as medical, mechanical and space fields. Due to the novel applications in nanotechnology, new subjects have been evolved for e.g. nanomedicine and nanotoxicology, which gave rise to important technical and economic advancement. They have widely impacted and almost covered the aspects of society such as health, environment, energy etc. In the scope of environment, nanotechnologies can bring up the changes in sensing, remediation, emission reduction, membrane separations, coating, radioactive waste containment, etc. In this review paper, we particularly give an introduction on nanorobots and its future scope across the various subjects. We analyse the future opportunities and challenges of this nanorobots. In most of the future practice, nanorobots can be adapted in medical field to cure major chronic diseases. Therefore, nanorobots are playing a major role in present day and as well keeping potential in the future days.

Indian Agriculture has undergone significant changes in its cropping pattern and Technology know how over time.Rapeseed-mustard is important oilseed crop world over and India is a very prominent producer. It has multipurpose uses. Besides providing edible oil for human consumption, it is used as animal feed and biodiesel. India ranks third after China and Canada in terms of area coverage (18.93 percent) and production (11.6 percent). The average yield of the crop is one-third less in India (1128 kg/ha) as compared to the world average (1840 kg/ha) while Germany and France have three times higher productivity compared to India. A large number of factors are responsible for very low yield rates in the country, which include technological and institutional. Lack of adequate and proper irrigation is the critical factor amongst others.

Plant-parasitic nematodes have been reported to constitute serious impediments to crop production. Information on the occurrence and distribution of these pests in various irrigation sites in Katsina state is scanty. This study investigated the geographical distribution and population density of nematodes associated with some irrigation sites in the state. Ten irrigation sites across the state were surveyed in consultation with the Department of Irrigation in the Ministry of Agriculture and natural Resources, Katsina State. Five composite soil samples were taken at different crop fields in each of the irrigation sites. Extraction of nematodes from the samples was done using modified sieving and decanting techniques as described by Coyne et al. Analysis of the samples revealed 23 genera of plant parasitic nematodes. The most prominent nematodes found in all the samples collected from the irrigation sites were: Rotylenchus, Tylenchus, Pratylenchus, Scutellonema, Aphelenchus, Aphelenchoides, Meloidogyne, Hoplolaimus, and paratylenchus. While Telotylenchus, Belonolaimus, Ditylenchus, Heterodera, Longidorus, and Criconemoides occurred in very low numbers. The study indicated a widespread distribution of economically important plant-parasitic nematodes in the irrigation sites. The major nematodes identified in this study portend serious implications on profitable production of crop in the irrigation sites, because these nematodes are known to be damaging to crops. Enlightenment programme for the farmers in the irrigation sites should therefore be embarked upon by the proper agencies to inform them of the presence of plant-parasitic nematodes in their crop fields and the implications. The present study emphasizes the impact of coping strategies on the management of stress among health professionals in Kerala during COVID 19. The Kerala health departments have proven their quick and efficient responses in handling the Nipah virus outbreak and the COVID 19 pandemic. Health professionals from Kerala are working all around the globe, and many of these countries have openly acknowledged the contribution of these health professionals to their countries. At the same time, this group faces a lot of challenges in their occupational as well as their family life. They are forced to work beyond their working hours, in several shifts, thus managing their children and family are also affected. This directly or indirectly affects their patients, colleagues, family, friends, and every other person related to or depended on them. It will negatively reflect on the health system of the nation. A healthy population which is the pillar of a nation's strength is in the hands of health professionals. So it is necessary to study the issues faced by the health professionals.

Bioethanol is one of the most important alternative renewable energy sources that substitute the fossil fuels. Lignocellulosic substances such as agricultural wastes are attractive feedstocks for bioethanol production because agricultural wastes are cost effective and renewable. The main objective of the current study deals with the conversion of lignocellulosic waste materials such as Banana pseudostem, Bengal gram husk, coir pith, cotton pod and wheat bran into liquid based energy fuel. The experimental studies have been carried out to optimize the pretreatment process of ligncellulosic substances and efficient conversion of cellulose to sugars using the enzyme cellulose, isolated from Trametes sp. In the pretreatment process, the lignin, hemicellulose, and cellulose are separated to enhance the hydrolysis process. The cellulase was used for the hydrolysis process, which helps in converting the cellulose to sugar which was analysed using Dinitrosalicylic acid. The reducing sugars were fermented to produce bioethanol using the yeast inoculums and the yield was estimated using HPLC. Among the lignocellulosic substances used in the present study, wheat bran found to be a good producer of ethanol.

Angiotensin- Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors are very frequently used as a standard therapy in treatment of hypertension and heart failure. They are also prescribed in the management of diabetic nephropathy to prevent its progression. Moreover, they have other indications. Side effects of ACE inhibitors drugs like dry cough, hyperkaliemia, hypotension, renal failure, proteinuria are very common. They can cause other side effects such cutaneous manifestations that are rare and not very recognized. However, they rarely cause cutaneous vasculitis. We report the case of 65-year-old male who had history of dilated cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricle dysfunction, treated with ramipril with good tolerance at first and who developed cutaneous vasculitis after second introduction.

An investor is any person or other entity (such as a firm or mutual fund) who commits capital with the expectation of receiving financial returns. Investors rely on different financial instruments to earn a rate of return and accomplish important financial objectives like building retirement savings, funding a college education, or merely accumulating additional wealth over time. Investors typically generate returns by deploying capital as either equity or debt investments. Equity investments entail ownership stakes in the form of company stock that may pay dividends in addition to generating capital gains. Debt investments may be as loans extended to other individuals or firms, or in the form of purchasing bonds issued by governments or corporations which pay interest in the form of coupons. Indian consumers already aware and enrolled in health insurance schemes, the industry faces the continuing challenge of keeping them happy. Customer satisfaction levels for health insurance in India have consistently ranked below comparable levels elsewhere, with critics frequently citing the low coverage of plans in terms of both the diseases and number of hospitals covered. Unlike other homogenous general insurance products, premiums for medical plans are based on the health of an individual policyholder and this had lead to confusion and fraud in the Indian market and increased policy cancellations from customers who do not find any value in their health insurance policies.

Hypermethylation is an important process of gene regulation. Gene silencing through methylation occurs through the activity of DNA methyltransferases, enzymes that transfer a methyl group from S-adenosyl-L-methionine to the carbon 5 position of cytosine. DNA methylation levels and aging are strongly linked. The general trend seems to be the establishment of global hypomethylation and regions of CpG-island hypermethylation with age. Speculatively, this overall decrease in 5mC content could lead to less efficient gene regulation, and the CpG island hypermethylation could cause inappropriate silencing of specific genes. Aging and age-related diseases include defined changes in 5-methylcytosine content and are generally characterized by genome-wide hypomethylation and promoter-specific hypermethylation. In this review promoter hypermethylation in different aging genessuch as GSTP1,p16, p14 RASSF1A,ESR1,GSTP1,NKX2-5 and APC has been discussed.
