After excessive needs for pavement maintenance, rehabilitation and the limitation of available fund it is require to do pavement distress analysis and pavement condition rating for flexible roads. Distress analysis and pavement condition rating is use for maintenance budget. It is commonly found that rate of wearing and tearing of flexible roads changes from good condition to sever condition within a decade of time. The study is carried out 25 (2 lanes) roads from the different location of Dhule and Malegaon cities. The lanes are surveyed to find out different distresses conditions based on Indian Road Congress (IRC) and WSDOT Guidelines. The importance of this study is also that, it will helpful to the agencies for use of most suitable method of PCI calculation. To compare both the methods the similarity study and correlation analysis is carried out. The study identified nine type of distresses from which best maintenance rehabilitation strategies are proposed. This study gives solution for urgent repairing and maintenance of damaged roads.

Drainage water management is the practice of using a water control structure in a main, sub main, or lateral drain to vary the depth of the drainage outlet. Drainage water management is the practice of raising the drainage outlet during times of the year when drainage is not needed or a higher water table could benefit the crop. Drainage water management allows producers to have more control over drainage. In this paper, we tried to build a project or system based on FPGA which is going to help drainage management for smart cities. As we have seen unless and otherwise drainage system is properly maintained the dream of Smart City remains as dream. Proposed system is prototype, implemented on Altera FPGA Development Board using VHDL.

A speech is a verbal action that includes expressing feelings through a person's words and sentences. People use different languages to express their emotions. A person has several emotions in his speech. He tries to tell them while speaking in the form of a speech. We took the emotions into the light: angry, sad, happy, disgust, neutral, surprise, angry, and fear. This paper is about recognizing the emotions of a person from a speech. To identify emotions, We used machine learning algorithms. We considered the classifiers to include random forest, extra trees, gradient boosting, decision tree, light gradient boosting classifiers. We took some datasets, trained them using the classifiers mentioned above, and got the results.

Ride sharing services conveniently allows the drivers to share short to long distances trips with other riders, contributing to the benefits of travel cost, reducing traffic congestion and climate change mitigations. The existing ridesharing services depends on the centralized trust based system for the regulation of the ride set up, fare calculation, tracking, cancellation etc. These central third party authorities control and maintain data about the users, raising the issue about the data reliability and service policies. In case, this centralized based system make them subject to single point of failure and privacy disclosure concerns. Besides they demand high fees for providing the services. Blockchain based ridesharing gives us a chance to shift from the traditional centralized platforms to the decentralized ones. This work explores smart contracts to build and deploy the functionalities such as create ride, deposit transfer, cancel and complete ride method for our decentralized ride sharing application. The work also studies on how to automate the ridesharing service by using the blockchain and smart contract to harvest the benefits of decentralized collaboration and blockchain perspectives.

The usage of waste plastic in concrete paver block is partial solution to the environmental and ecological problems associated with it. The aim of this research is to study the uses of plastic waste as a binding material in pave block casting. In this project, the difference mix proportion of milk packet waste was used to replace cement in paver block to obtain desired result. In 21th century over 300 million tons of plastic produced worldwide each year. Hence this type of study is required to reduce the plastic waste in useful way. Another aim is achieved by this research to reduce the cost of paver block when compare that of concrete paver block. For the test, paver block is prepared and their compressive strength is tested.

Advances in animal health monitoring algorithms using machine learning have led to the rapid development of machine learning applications to develop behavioural and physiological monitoring systems, such as ML-based animal health monitoring systems. Today, farm animals grow around the world, and their health functions need to be monitored. In this document, a method for animal surveillance using machine learning models to continuously verify the vital signs of each animal and detect biological changes is proposed. In this model, important data is collected through IoT devices, and data analysis is performed through machine learning methods to detect possible risks of animal physiological changes. The experimental results show that the proposed model has sufficient efficiency and precision to detect animal conditions. The support vector machine achieves an accuracy of more than 90%, which is a promising result for our purposes.

According to the Studies performed, the combinatorial testing (CT) is an effective approach for detecting faults in the software systems. Combinatorial testing points to identifying faults that arise due to the interaction of values of a small number of inputs. CT technique considerably reduces the testing cost and increases the software system quality. CT also known as t-way testing, reduces the size of the test set by selecting a minimal set of test cases that cover all the viable t-way tuples. An optimal value of t (degree of interaction) for t-way testing for the system would maximize fault detection count in a minimal number of test cases. However, identifying the optimal value of t-way testing for the system remains an open issue. An analysis on different types of combinatorial testing techniques is carried out and a case study on identifying the interaction that exists in the source code, which reduces the count of interactions to be tested using dd path and data flow techniques are discussed. The experimental result indicates that the proposed approach remarkably reduces the count of interactions to be tested without the loss of fault detection capability. The approach can be extended to automate and develop a tool to support the proposed approach .

Entrepreneurship is considered to be the focal point in the process of economic development. Entrepreneurship is the creation or extraction of value. Entrepreneur who contribute towards the balanced development of a country by optimum use of its resources. Entrepreneurs are the people who create new business, which help to create jobs for people. They help in intensifying competition with the help of technology they master in increasing productivity and thus contributing in the development of the country and in the state, followed by economic growth. Entrepreneurship is good for economic growth and they convert the ideal resources like land, labour and capital into national income and wealth in the form of goods and services. They help to increase net national product and per capita income not only in the state but also in the country. The industrialization of a country and its space of economic development depends on the entrepreneurs. A country maybe inherited with plenty of natural resources, but its economic development cannot be possible in the absence of efficient entrepreneurs. An attempt has been made in this paper to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship, role of entrepreneurs in economic development, government initiation to develop entrepreneurs not only in India and in the state, measures to improve entrepreneurship, the growth rate of entrepreneurship in India and conclusions are discussed in this paper.

One of the criteria to measure the student performance is checking his regularity. Normally in schools and colleges attendance is marked by calling their names or register numbers and marking the attendance in register book. In laboratories log book is maintained to track the students and utilization of laboratory components. In both the cases it is time consuming and requires more paper work. Therefore institutes started using student attendance marking systems based on wireless technologies or biometric information such as finger print reading; face recognition along with RFID tags. In the present situation created by Covid-19 pandemic, the thermal screening is also very important to allow the student to attend the class. We propose an idea where along with face recognition temperature screening is also added to the attendance marking system. This system is designed using ultrasonic sensors, IR temperature sensor, camera module which is interfaced with Arduino. In this way, attendance can be marked automatically and at the same time system can scan individual student to identify potential patients of Covid-19.

Nanocrystalline thin film of Cd doped PbS is prepared at various concentration of Cd. We have investigated structural and optical properties of the prepared samples. Structural properties are characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, Raman Spectroscopy and SEM-EDS studies. The optical property is studied by UV-Visible spectroscopy. Current vs Voltage (I-V) measurement is also done for all the samples and it reveals that all the samples form ohmic contact. The UV-Visible absorption spectra show that one of the samples possesses high absorption in near infra-red region.
