Waste generation and its management are being widely debated across the globe and in recent years, it has become a niche spot. Both the developed and developing countries are trying to find out new ways for climate change mitigation and adoption options respectively. Global climate change is a burning issue and presently Bangladesh is facing grave situations. A large proportion of the waste is not properly managed and dumped in unplanned sites that are creating severe environmental hazards. Gradually, it can be replicated in each urban and rural center and growth points of Bangladesh can play a vital role in climate change mitigation. Implementation of the 4Rs will have a profound socioeconomic impact, also modern 4Rs (Rethink, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle ) strategy acts as a sustainable and socioeconomic option for climate change mitigation by reducing green house gas (GHG) emission from the municipal solid waste.

Abstract:Panchayati Raj system is one of the unique step of the decentralization process from union govt. to the local government. Panchayat Raj system opens a door to create opportunity of Full democracy, local level development process, a conscious towards political culture, awareness of rights, local participation in decision process and creation of self dependence in India, local self governance has a primitive history initiated from British era as it's foundation was laid by Lord Ripon( Father of local governance) in 1882.The father of nation the great Mahatma Gandhi laid emphasis on development of villages which in turn will support the development of the whole nation. Their term gram Swaraj (village self government) now has become the basic foundation of the PR system in India.Panchayati Raj plays an important role at grass-root level in Indian democracy. In Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj was enacted in Act of 1989 before four years of Panchayati Raj Amendment Act of 73rd of Indian union in 1993. Under this Act the first Panchayat election was held after a gap of 12 years in 2001 was not successful due to armed conflict. The 2011 Panchayat election held in J&K was successful compared to the last. Panchayat elections. The 2018 Panchayat election held in J&K was not satisfactory because of less participation on the part of candidates as well as voters.

Numerous patients utilize herbal supplements as an elective and or adjunct to their prescribed medicine. Herbal products are favoured by population, because they are natural. In addition, they are accepted to be "safe" and "have less side effects" than "synthetic drugs". On the other hand, plants contain a number of active ingredients that create physiological effect inside the body. In case herb/herbal product is claimed to have beneficial effect on a certain health condition, at the point it must be able to alter the physiological system; i.e., apply pharmacological response. Therefore, it may have side effects as well. Broadly Utilized For therapeutic purposes herbal formulation pose challenges in safety recognition and monitoring. Ticket forgery remains a significant cybersecurity threat, particularly in environments utilizing Kerberos for authentication. Kerberoasting is an attack technique that exploits weaknesses in the Kerberos protocol, specifically targeting service accounts to extract their hashed passwords from Kerberos service tickets (TGS tickets). Once an attacker obtains these hashes, they can conduct offline brute-force attacks to reveal plaintext passwords. With the service account credentials, attackers can forge Kerberos tickets, enabling unauthorized access to network resources and escalating privileges within the domain. This paper examines the mechanics of Kerberoasting, its implications for ticket forgery, and the potential impact on organizational security. Additionally, it explores mitigation strategies, including robust password policies, the use of Managed Service Accounts (MSAs), and regular auditing of Kerberos service tickets to detect and prevent such attacks. Understanding and addressing the vulnerabilities exploited by Kerberoasting is crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of Kerberos-authenticated environments.

Bharat Ratan Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb, was a dynamic person. He is always remembered as father of Constitution and social reformer but what is lesser-known about him is his expertise in Economics. He had a doctorate degree in Economics from London School of Economics. As an economist, Ambedkar was not beholden to a particular school of thought or -ism. Ambedkar's important economic ideas included advocating for a gold standard, decentralizing government finance to each level of government to raise its own expenses and consolidating land holdings in agriculture to achieve economies of scale. Ambedkar's ideas on India's agricultural economy remain relevant today. Professor Amartya Sen, 6th Indian Nobel Laureate said "Ambedkar is my father in Economics .... His contribution in the field of economics is marvelous and will be remembered forever . . ."

Arbitration serves as a foundational element in dispute resolution, providing an alternative to conventional litigation. Anchored in consensual agreement and impartiality, this method empowers parties to address conflicts beyond formal court proceedings. As a globally recognized process, arbitration promotes efficient and customized resolution while upholding principles of fairness. This is an Empirical research. The sample size is limited to 200 responses. This research used a Random sampling method. The statistical tool used is graphical representation. The sample frame taken here is public areas in and around Chennai. The important findings of the research was based on the survey taken from the public with regards to the role of arbitration in reducing the burden of courts in India. The findings of the research is that arbitration plays a significant role in reducing the burden of courts through its effective dispute resolution mechanism. The arbitration works at encouraging party autonomy, allowing disputing parties to tailor the resolution process to their specific needs and preferences. Many people are not aware of arbitration and it's evolving into a major concern since the need to refer the cases to arbitration has increased due to the enormous pending cases in the courts. I concluded the research by stating that arbitration is the process of resolving the problems between the disputed parties in an amicable way. Therefore, the arbitration helps in reducing the burden of Indian courts. The objective of the research is to analyze the role of arbitration in reducing the burden of courts.

The study's objective was to develop and evaluate a dental gel that uses turmeric and clove oil as its primary component to treat periodontitis. Because of its wide range of antibacterial action against various periodontal infections, clove oil is used in the treatment of periodontitis. Dental gel is made with the help of carbopol 934, methyl and propyl parabens as preservatives, polyethylene glycol as a co-solvent, clove oil and turmeric as a therapeutic agent, and the required quantity of distilled water as a carrier. The symptoms of gingivitis, a moderate stage of the disease, include gingival edge redness, swelling, and slight bleeding. The accumulation of supragingival plaque is the cause of it. Gingivitis is associated with a change in the microbiota from a more Gram-negative to a more Gram-positive anaerobic flora. The more severe kind of periodontal disease known as periodontitis results in the separation of the periodontal ligament that supports the tooth and the resorption of the alveolar bone. Clove oil and turmeric was added to a dental gel to aid in the treatment of periodontal diseases. Next, the physical properties of the gel were evaluated, including its drug content, spreadability, extrusion ability, and in vitro antibacterial activity.

Introduction: Tocolytic agents have not proven to be efficacious in preventing PTB or reducing neonatal morbidity or mortality, today, the first purpose of tocolytic therapy is to delay delivery for 48 hours (2 days) to allow the maximum benefit of Glucocorticoids to decrease the incidence of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS). While tocolytics may be successful for 48 hours once membranes are intact, other clinical studies suggest that the effectiveness of tocolytics is only slightly better than bed rest & hydration, both of which have fewer adverse effects than tocolytic therapy. Objectives of the study: The main objective of the study to assess the effectiveness of structural teaching programme regarding tocolytic drug among midwives. Methodology: A quantitative research approach and pre experimental research design was adopted for the present study. The study was conducted at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital, Puducherry. 50 midwives were selected by simple random sampling technique who fulfill the criteria. Results: The major findings of the study shows that pre-test level of knowledge, majority 31 (62%) of them had inadequate knowledge, 19 (38%) of them had moderate knowledge. In post-level of knowledge, majority 46 (92%) of them had adequate knowledge, 4 (8%) of them had moderate knowledge. Hence it is highly significant. Conclusion: The study findings concluded that majority of the midwives had adequate knowledge after the structured teaching programme. There is a significance association between religion with the level of knowledge regarding tocolytic drug among midwives.

This article's goal is to review the content and validity of antibiotics using a variety of spectrophotometric and chromatographic techniques. The present review employed five distinct analytical techniques to examine antibiotics: high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), ultraviolet visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), and liquid chromatography/mass spectrophotometer (LC/MS) methods. The most commonly prescribed medications for bacterial illnesses are antibiotics. Based on a study of multiple research pertaining to antibiotic analysis, HPLC, FTIR, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, and LC-MS are the commonly used techniques. Because of this antibiotic's sensitivity and volatility under different settings, analysis presents a significant problem.
