The increased significance in natural materials and renewable resources has come to the forefront, which motivates the investigation of natural dyes. Carica papaya is known with many other common name such as papaya, papaw, pawpaw. Various different parts of carica papaya plants extracts have shown protective effects against many diseases such as intestinal worms infection and different type of wounds. This study was aimed to extracts the carica papaya leaves with suitable mordants coated cotton khadi fabric. The extracted dyes were optimized and evaluated using UV-visible spectrophotometer. The treated khadi fabric was tested against common pathogens escherichia coli (12mm), staphylococcus aureus (18.7mm), aspergillus niger (6.2mm) and candida albican. The surface morphological study was done by Scanning Electron Microscopic. The dyed fabric was assessed in terms of physical properties tensile strength, thickness, stiffness, abrasion resistance and drape meter in accordance of ASTM standards.

Coma, often known as unconsciousness, is a state in which the patient is completely ignorant of both himself and their surroundings, making it impossible for them to respond meaningfully to external stimuli. This can happen as a result of a complication of an underlying condition, as well as injuries from accidents, such as head trauma, and other factors such as sickness or infection, as well as drunkenness that affects the central nervous system. The Glasgow Coma Scale is used to treat people who are in a coma (GCS). Patients who are unconscious are difficult to manage, and a methodical team approach is essential. As a result, they must be closely monitored, which is challenging to achieve. This project aids in the treatment of a coma patient based on one of GSC's most critical factors, ocular movement. Calculating the Eye aspect ratio can be useful in diagnosing an unconscious patient (EAR). The OpenCV library calculates the Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) using an algorithm that recognizes facial features and attributes. When the patient blinks, this system notifies the medical assistant using the LabVIEW application.

Background: Chronic fatigue syndrome is a debilitating disorder of unknown aetiology. As per recent studies, it predominately affects adults, with a peak age of onset of between 20-45 years with a female to male ratio of 3:1. Even though disease is having well established clinical features, diagnosis is still of exclusion i.e. mainly from other medical condition. Treatment options include cognitive behavioural therapy & Graded exercise therapy, both are which shown symptomatic relief as per studies. No alternative medicine have been proven efficacy. A?gamarda pra?amana Mah?ka??ya is one such group of medicine having multidisciplinary action. Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of A?gamarda pra?amana Mah?ka??ya Ghanava?i in chronic fatigue syndrome. Material & Method: Present study is an open labelled, Non-Comparative clinical study, conducted on 20 subjects with chronic fatigue syndrome, treated with A?gamardapra?amana Ghanava?i. Subjective assessment was done based on CDC Criteria. Results: Subjects responded well for treatment. Significant results were observed on all cardinal symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. Conclusion: A?gamarda pra?amana Mah?ka??ya Ghanava?i shown significant results in chronic fatigue syndrome.

A machine that can do locomotive tasks is referred to as a mobile robot. Mobile robots cover a wide range of large-scale manufacturing and commercial sectors. Robotic manipulators are now mounted on a movable platform rather than being fixed to a manufacturing line. Flexibility has greatly improved because it is now possible to move around and carry out necessary tasks whenever it is most efficient. As robotic technology develops, robots are able to do tasks that are getting more complicated. Robotic workers can be programmed to perform even the riskiest tasks, never get tired, and don't need to be paid. This project's objective was to integrate several current technologies and hardware controllers into a system that could carry out security-related duties. A crucial element of the safety and security system, video surveillance is fully integrated. Video surveillance is precise, timely, and allows for the sharing of the data gathered. Along with network and image processing developments, the video supervision technique has evolved recently. In recent years, the cost of hard discs has decreased due to greater capacity. The system for video surveillance has been improved and modernized.

This paper deals with the prediction of Diabetes Disease by using SVM, KNN, Decision Tree, LR, Random Forest Classifiers. Further, by incorporating all the present risk factors of the dataset, we have observed a stable accuracy after classifying and performing cross-validation. We managed to achieve a stable and highest accuracy of 90%. We analyzed why specific Machine Learning classifiers do not yield stable and good accuracy by visualizing the training and testing accuracy and examining model overfitting and model underfitting. The main goal of this paper is to find the most optimal results in terms of accuracy and computational time for Diabetes disease prediction.

The idea behind the project is to develop a system that can provide additional security to our defense system. We are introducing a system that can be used in extreme climatic conditions where it is difficult to deploy our army personnel. Our project is used for the detection of intruders, identifying them, and stopping them without any human loss. we use the ultrasonic sensor to detect the obstacle using the echo signals and we use cameras to capture the image of the intruders. Then we are using a laser to demonstrate a gun firing toward the intruder. A buzzer is connected to an Arduino microcontroller which can be used to warn the nearby local station. This project makes a huge difference in our defense system by eliminating any human less.

E-Paper is invented by Nick Sheridon in 1970. E-Paper are just like traditionalpaper. E-Paper are E-papers of the future are just around the corner, promising to hold libraries on a chip and replace most printed newspapers by the end of the decade. They are made of flexible material, require ultra-low power consumption, are cheap to manufacture, and most importantly, are easy and convenient to read. E-paper is a portable form of electronic paper. Reusable storage and display media that resembles paper but that can be written on (refreshed) thousands or millions of times via electrical means. E-paper will be utilised for e-books, electronic newspapers, portable signs, and foldable, rollable screens, among other applications. The data to be shown is either retrieved from a computer or a cell phone, or it is manually made using mechanical tools like an electronic "pencil." This article explores the past, present, and future of the subject.

BACKGROUND: Corona Virus is global pandemic disease accord in China and is spread worldwide. Patients suffering from COVID-19 suffer from severe pneumonia develop ARDS. Patients with COVID-19 show clinical features like fever, cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, hemoptysis, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, muscle pain, headache, smell or taste disfunction. Respiratory muscle weakness is an important issue after a COVID-19 infection. AIM: To study the effect of Inspiratory Muscle Training on Maximum Inspiratory Pressure in COVID-19 patients. METHOD: Following an explanation of the study to participants, signed agreement was obtained. 34 participants both male and female were included. Pre assessment (MIP measured by using digital manometer and dyspnoea related anxiety using BBQ.) were done. Post assessment (after 2 weeks MIP measured by using digital manometer and dyspnoea related anxiety using BBQ) were done. Treatment was given 2 sessions daily, 5 days a week for 2 consecutive weeks. RESULT: The statistical analysis was done using paired t test, which showed significant improvement in post exercise protocol. CONCLUSION: The result of the study shows that inspiratory muscle trainer improves inspiratory muscle strength in COVID-19 patients thus improving their dyspnoea related anxiety by giving relatively lesser scores than pre-treatment BBQ result. Hence inspiratory muscle trainer can be effectively used to improve inspiratory muscle strength and dyspnoea related anxiety in COVID-19 patients. KEY WORDS: COVID-19, Dyspnoea, inspiratory muscle trainer device, breathlessness belief questionnaire (BBQ), inspiratory muscle strength.
