Knowing exact values of the health parameters like percentage oxygen saturation in blood and Heart Rate in case of medical emergencies like surgery or other emergent situations like Covid-19 is a must for the proper diagnosis followed by the medication. During WW II (World War II) the percentage oxygen was made known through the very crude method since no oximetry technology was available. After around a period of three plus decades, in 1974 for the first time the concept of non-invasive pulse Oximetry came to an existence and since then many technological developments took place and still are going on to make the system even more user friendly, cheaper and more importantly the designing of a biomedical electronic instrument to meet utmost accuracy so as to authenticate by the medical doctors in emergencies. Here in this paper the developmental journey of the pulse oximeter is reviewed and the advancement in the existing pulse oximeter is proposed with added feature of measuring the body temperature along with the percentage oxygen in blood and the heart rate and also to have all these parameters online available in real time through GSM technology, so that the real time monitoring of the patients at remote places possible.

The concept of genetics has been cited in Ayurveda classical texts indicating that Scholars of Ayurveda had a fine understanding of concept of genetics thousands of years back. Different combinations of mahabhutas and doshas pertain to genotype and manifestations of such arrangements pertain to phenotype. Genotype in ayurveda has been defined as beeja, beejabhaga, beejabhagavyava to utmost extent. Beeja refers to the blueprint that has entire information of an individual. A beeja consists of small units, beejabhaga, which has further smaller units, beejabhagavayava. Genotype leads to manifestation of phenotype which refers to Prakriti. There are certain other factors which have an influence on Prakriti. It is the umbrella term in ayurveda which most appropriately corresponds to phenotype of individual. In short, phenotype is a manifestation of genotype and influencing factors. To support this fact, there are various descriptions in Ayurveda regarding the genetic and hereditary basis of diseases. In the present study, the objective is to understand the concept of genetics as per contemporary parlance.

Background Cricket is a popular sport in India and almost all of the states takes part in it. Psychological skills have always played an important role in athletic performance. Anxiety is one of several conditions, such as mood, which can often occur without an identifiable triggering stimulus. So it is that, unlike fear, is emotionally responsive to the concerns of a perceived threat. Objective Our goal was to analyze the state trait anxiety domain of cricket players at District, State and National levels with the help of state trait anxiety inventory. Material and Method In this study, 120 male (60 Batsmen and 60 Pace bowlers) were selected from various sports academies / training centres in India. The state trait anxiety (STAI-40) was used to measure the domains of state trait anxiety inventory. The one-way MANOVAs (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) has been used to compare the differences among psychological variable at different levels of batsmen and pace bowlers Results National level batsmen scored high in state anxiety as compared to district level (MD=9.35; p?0.05); and district level (MD= 6.60; p?0.05) batsmen. State level pace bowler scored high on state anxiety and close to significant (MD=7.05; p?0.05) as compared to national level pace bowlers. National level batsmen scored high on trait anxiety (MD= 8.10; p<0.05) as compared to district level. Different levels of Pace bowlers and batsmen did not differ significantly on different variables. Conclusion Our study shows that certain aspects of state anxiety are associated with cricket players at different levels of participation (district, state and national). State level pace bowlers showed high level and close to significant on state anxiety variable while national level batsmen showed greater state anxiety than district and state level batsmen. National level batsmen showed greater trait anxiety than other level batsmen. As the game of cricket requires a variety of ways to fully define the concept of "Form", other state trait anxiety forms such as irritability, fear, muscle tension etc. and coaching features that should focus on how to remove these forms of anxiety during and pre competition.

Soil strength development involves the process of improving geotechnical properties of soil. There are many of industries growing in many countries like in India, in which industrial waste become a serious problems. In those industries paper mill industry is one of them, which produce thousands of tones waste material every year and year. Utilization of this waste material in required civil engineering area can be proved a good additive in construction. Waste Paper Sludge is a lime sludge wastage material come from Paper Industry generally dumped into sites around the Industries. 2 %, 4 %, 6 %, 8 % and 10 % Waste Paper Sludge added to the soil and conducted test for analysis of strength properties of soil. Laboratory experiments results showed that 6 % is the optimum percentage of Waste Paper Sludge (WPS) which is mixed in the soil for obtained higher strength. In civil engineering construction like Railway lines, Highway Network, Airport Runways etc are required a good strength of soil embankment, where Waste Paper Sludge (WPS) become a good additive for improving, stabilization and strength of soil

The paper proposes a hand free human-machine interaction (HMI) system to give a better way for communication between humans and computers. It is mostly seen that long hours in front of the pc and using the mouse puts the user's hand for too long in a bad posture that increases inflammation in the wrist and hand, leading to some major issues. Additionally, the main focus is on the usage of the modern technology by the handicapped people who tend to get a lot of boost, since it is a hindrance to them to use the mouse. The following paper develops a modern way for differently abled people to use the mouse with just their eyes. The proposed system carries the human eyes to perform the movement of the mouse cursor. This paper also carries out the design of a machine learning and deep learning approach with some inbuilt dataset to classify the individual eyes of both human eyes with quite a high accuracy that ensures the control over the movement. The use of filters which is provided by the libraries which are used to remove the noise to obtain smooth and accurate operation the details along with the performance evaluation shows that the proposed HMI system has extensive control over its performance for differently abled people.

The main objective of this project is, any distribution network is likely to get faults, on and off the supplier as well as user. Majorly a supply line can be affected by conditions of over voltage and over current, and also under voltage condition. During the event of any fault, the event goes unreported for long length of time. Manual reporting can lead to long interruption. To overcome this problem, a system is developed that will detect the changes in voltage and current guidelines, and using a micro controller based circuit. The faults can be classified based on comparison between the values received from rated guidelines of the distribution side power lines. Whenever the preset dividing line is crossed, the micro controller instantly initiates a message to the area lineman and the control station stating the exact street location where fault is happening. The real purpose of detecting fault in real time is to protect the transformer at the earliest.

In the present work, the aim is to successfully formulate solid dispersion and incorporated it into a fast disintegrating tablet of aprepitant. Firstly increases the solubility of poorly water-soluble aprepitant by solid dispersion and then it is formulated into FDTs with improved patient compliance and convenience. Solid dispersions are prepared by the fusion method and solvent evaporation method. The formulation F9 is selected for best formulation because it shows the % yield 95%, drug content, dissolution 94%. after then selected batch F9 is formulated into FDTs results are disintegration time 12 seconds, dissolution drug release 99 % of this formulation respectively.

Personality is a parameter that makes one individual different from the other individual. Predicting personality has many applications in real world. The main objective of this paper is to take textual data as input from the user and then run the trained machine learning model on this data to predict his 4 personality traits which are Introversion vs Extroversion, Sensing vs Intuition, Thinking vs Feeling, Judging vs Perceiving. The main objective is to build an application where users can answer the questions which are processed and analyzed to output his personality traits. The output is a string of 4 characters where each character determines a personality trait, total of 16 personality types are possible. The Machine learning model XGboost is used to classify the text and output four personality traits. Processing of large textual data is to be done using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques with the help of nltk libraries to process and categorize the data. In order to increase the performance of the model hyper parameter tuning along with cross fold validation is done

Dropout rates for students are increasing. We need to make certain measurements to find out the factors which are leading to the dropout of the student by using machine learning techniques with which we can choose an alternate way to select the dropout rates of the student from the course. We can make an analysis of each and every student by identifying the most related features. There are many factors which are responsible for the dropouts of the students like financial, economic, and many other problems. If the dropout rate of the students is increasing then the employment opportunities of the students will decrease gradually. Here we are going to implement some of the Machine Learning techniques to identify the students who are likely to drop out. Our main task is to apply different machine learning techniques to the selected features. A comparison is made for machine learning algorithms with each metric, and the model that gives the more appropriate result is considered the best one.
