For modern cars which are becoming smart and intelligent gradually to become reality they must be tested extensively. We are trying to explore a different way to identify lanes in this paper .The predicted breadth of lanes can be calculated accurately by a process of lane detection algorithm to foretell the related position and points of lane markings. Vision systems are extensively applied in autonomous vehicle systems due to the valuable information that camera sensors produce of the neighboring surroundings. The advanced system predicts trajectories collected during human handling of the vehicle and employs these to produce automatic tags for training a semantic based pathway prediction model. With the help of dynamic calibration we can find the lane width and angle of the camera. In the recommended system we try to find the lane markings on both sides of the road even when visuals of one side is blocked. For this we use to animate and trace the width of the lane to find relative position of lane markings. The drivable route knowledge is necessary particularly in unorganized situations, and is crucial for an

In the world of otorhinolaryngology chronic suppurative otitis media is one of the most commonly encountered diseases. The present prospective study was conducted at peripheral institute in North India towards clinico-microbiologic evaluation of chronic suppurative otitis media. Aerobic bacteria are mainly responsible for active csom so we had main focus on them in the present study. An attempt was made, to have a glimpse of the current antibiotic sensitivity pattern, with special reference to ciprofloxacin. Main aim of the present study is to see the types of aerobic bacteria involved in CSOM, in our region. In our study we collected aural swabs from 100 different ears, from 94 patients who had complaint of ear discharge, continuous or intermittent, with a non- intact tympanic membrane for 12 weeks or more. Swabs were sent to microbiology laboratory for culture and sensitivity tests. Bacteria could be isolated in 73 cases and 27 swabs were culture negative. The commonest bacteria isolated was Staphylococcus aureus (41),followed by E. coli (12), proteus (8) and klebseilla (2) pseudomonas(2).Twenty two patients had bilateral ear discharge of which 16 had staphylococcus aureus in both ears, three had proteus in both ear swabs, one grew proteus in one ear and no growth in the other, and one patient showed absolutely no aerobic bacteria in any of his ear swabs. Among the culture positive cases (n = 73) S. aureus in 41 cases. gram negative bacteria were isolated in (n = 32) cases. Among 100 patients number of male and female patients was 50 and 44, respectively. Pseudomonas, E. coli, Bacilli proteus and S. aureus were the predominant bacteria involved in CSOM. Out of the 73 positive isolates cipro- floxacin was sensitive against 55 isolates i.e.75.3%., intermediately sensitive in 14 and resistant in only 4 isolates. It is concluded in our study that, gram positive bacteria especially staphylococcus aureus is the commonest bacteria involved in CSOM in this part of north India. Ciprofloxacin is an important drug in the management of active CSOM as it is cheap, less ototoxic and widely available as topical preparations.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Care of episiotomy wound begins immediately after delivery and like any other wound it has to be addressed. Frequent sitz baths can help reduce pain and keep the area clean. The present study aimed to assess the effectiveness of moist heat application for reduction of post episiotomy pain after normal vaginal delivery with the objectives to assess the level of post episiotomy pain before and after moist heat application and to find out the association between moist heat application for reduction of post episiotomy pain after normal vaginal delivery among postnatal mothers with their selected demographic variables. METHODOLOGY: With an evaluative approach, a pre experimental one group pre-test post-test design was adopted for the study. The study was conducted in Guwahati Medical College and Hospital, Assam and 60 samples of postnatal mothers were selected using purposive sampling technique. The tools used for the study were demographic performa and numeric pain rating scale. The analysis was done by using descriptive and inferential statistics in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired t test and chi square test. RESULT: The study revealed that the mean post test pain (3.53) score was lower than the mean pre test score (7.92). The calculated t59=29.85 and p-value= 0.00001 was significant at p<0.05, thus research hypothesis (H1) was retained. The result of chi-square analysis revealed that there was no significant association between the pre-test level of pain score with selected demographic performa. Hence the research hypothesis was rejected. CONCLUSION: Thus based on the research findings, the researcher concluded that moist heat application was proved to be significant in reducing post episiotomy pain in normal vaginal delivery among postnatal mothers. Keeping in view of the findings of the present study the following recommendations were made: (i) a similar study can be replicated in different settings with larger sample to strengthen the study findings. (ii) a study can be done by using pain reducing herbs or agents along with moist heat application to know its effectiveness on reducing episiotomy pain.

The research paper aims to show us that widows are much more than victims. They are birth givers and heads of house. Widows of all the ages should be treated as equal citizens . They are absent in factual research and statistics, not noticed by researchers, neglected by authorities and overlooked by society organizations. The situation of widows is invisible. Their abuse constitutes one of the most serious violations of human rights and obstacles to development. Millions of the widows live and die in extreme poverty, exclusion, assault, homelessness, health risks and discrimination in law and traditions. The research is an effort to throw light on the harassing miseries and hardships faced by such widows in India and especially in Varanasi with reference to the movie' Water which aims at bringing the issue in the limelight to improve the situation.

Now a days, the population of the country increased and the requirement of the power is also increased. At the same time, the wastage of energy also increased in many ways. This paper presents the production of electric power from the foot step movement of the peoples and the pressure exerted during walking which is fritter away, is the main theme. electrical power is achieved by transforming the mechanical power as the pressure exerted by the footstep and by using transducers is basically called as "Foot step power generation system". Power is produced by the power generating floor and it is basically the production of electrical energy from kinetic energy. In present days electricity demand is increasing and it is unable to overcome this global issue by using the traditional power generating sources. The main aim is to overcome the power crisis throughout the world although it is not enough to fulfill over excessive demand of electrical energy but it will be able to change and decrease reliance on old method of generating electricity. To overcome this problem, the energy wastage is converted to usable form using the piezoelectric sensor. This sensor converts the pressure on it to a voltage. By using this energy saving method, foot step power generation system we are generating power.

We live in a world which is moving at such a fast pace that everything if automated will help us to keep our lives going. The project on water level Indicator will help us to know when the water in our tanks is either full or empty and automatically switch on and off the pump as and when necessary. By using the basic principle of ultrasonic sensors, i.e. the ECHO method, we calculate the time of the ultrasonic waves travelling to and for and after a few calculations the answer obtained will be the water level in the tank. By using this concept, the water pump is switched on or off automatically when the water level falls below a certain level.

The usage of gadgets and the web has seen an outburst growth and since internet accessibility has become widespread, the need for information retrieval from the web has become an integral area of focus. Presently search engines like Google have a drastic improvement in performance through the usage of Artificial Intelligence. The web is rich in information to the user and all websites communicate through sets of links and hyperlinks. Since searches provide us with an exploration of information, it is necessary that the content of the web pages which users are getting in the search results is up to date, accurate, and relevant to their needs. Focusing on the searches that provide information about specific content, the sites should not provide misleading information. For dealing with searches like disease symptoms, the users have to be given correct and up to date information. Since pages on the basis of a specific content are innumerable and finding the necessary content manually is impossible, the pages have to be ranked in terms of links directing to the webpage and of those moving out of it. For implementing this we have the PageRank algorithm which is primarily applied by search engines like Google, for providing the users with necessary, accurate, and updated content based on their searches provided. Ranking of web pages is done on the basis of in-links and out-links of it. The ranking is done to identify the most relevant resources with the highest quality among all the relevant resources on the web and other information retrieval systems. The main motive behind PageRank is to provide the relative importance of a page. The PageRank algorithm provides the output as a probability distribution that is used to represent the possibility that a user will arrive at the page through directing and redirecting links. There are different versions of page ranking algorithms and each implementation aims to optimize the idea of the page ranking algorithm. In this paper, we focus on the analysis of different page ranking algorithms to provide the best optimization for searches so that the users get accurate information regarding search results.

Checking the equipment or product output manually takes time, and requires human help. This can be solved using Jenkins 'Master-Agent technique, it makes use of the Continuous Integration (CI) system, which is the developers' most commonly used tool for integrating their code into the repository. CI is the most powerful and speediest way of automating stuff. Jenkins is the most powerful method that allows for continuous integration. The paper covers the general Master-Agent setup architecture in Jenkins, explains the method of using CI technique. This paper explains how Jenkins originated as a pure Continuous Integration Framework and how it can be used to trigger builds using a master-agent configuration, as well as explaining the execution of tests, various Jenkins plugins, and what their uses.

Over the past decade a great interest has been generated in replacing conventional Drug Administration by an effective delivery system release is equal to form a protected supply at a controlled speed over a long period of time. Ideally a drug to provide therapeutic action desired must quickly reach the site of action (receiver) to the optimum concentration and there for the desired time, save the others and get removed from the site, one of the most recent interesting result of pharmaceutical research is the fact that the rate of absorption of the release of the dosage form. The product so formulated is designed as a sustained action, prolonged release, prolonged action, depot, delayed action, delayed action, the products in most cases are similar in appearance.

The person's face is a highly complicated visual object and the creation of a theoretical model for understanding it is thus very difficult. Photo-based on close twin-face recognition is a difficult challenge in computer technology. Twin Face detection and differentiation is the biggest issue faced by multifaceted graphical model design, and it is a current research topic. Traditional facial recognition program demonstrates low performance under realistic conditions in differentiating identical twins. There are several different strategies for identifying identical twins ex: Fingerprint Identification, Iris Detection, etc. Traditionally, many studies were carried out to distinguish twins and also to recognize their traits of distinction, and there were even other methods to display similarities between twins using fingerprints, speech, and iris as part of pattern recognition. Existing techniques are used to recognize twins such as fingerprinting, speech recognition, and iris. The art of identifying the difference between facial features of twins is very tricky because they display many similar characteristics such as gestures, age, hairstyle change, etc. Twin Face differentiation plays a key role in systems such as surveillance network, authentication of credit cards, identification of offenders at airports, train stations, etc. As most methods for detecting and recognizing the twin faces have been proposed, developing a computer model for a similar image database is still a difficult challenge. It's why twin facial recognition is considered a major-level function in image processing, in which strategies can be developed to produce reliable data. Artificial neural networks, and principal component analysis are a few common methods used for twin-face recognition. In this paper, we are going to use Voila-Jones, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Euclidean Distance, and Neural Network pattern recognition techniques to differentiate between the twins.

A standard protocol was established for the mass propagation of Scilla indica, an important medicinal plant. Bulblets were cultured on MS media supplemented with 0.5-2.5 mg/l BAP and 0.5-1.0 mg/l Kn. Maximum percentage (71%) of shoot induction was observed on MS media augmented with 1.5 mg/l BAP and 1.0 mg/l Kn. The in vitro shoots were transferred on MS media augmented with 0.2-1.5mg/l of IBA alone for root induction. Maximum percentage (80%) of root formation was observed on MS medium augmented with 0.8 mg/l IBA alone. The well-developed plantlets were subsequently hardened under greenhouse conditions. For anti-inflammatory activity, ethanol extracts of S. indica bulb was evaluated using carrageenan induced experimental model of inflammation in Albino rats. The results showed that maximum dose (400 mg/kg) of this plant extract exhibited a significant reduction in the volume of inflammation. The present results revealed the active constituents of S. indica and anti-inflammatory effects against carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats.

In recent years, researchers have paid attention to understanding the effectiveness of FRP materials in the construction field. However, to clear knowledge gap of understand the behaviour and effectiveness of FRP material under concrete filled columns under compressive loading. This study presents an investigation on the behavior of concrete filled tubular columns (CFT) using the finite element software ABAQUS. The comparison of steel infill columns and FRP infill columns under the axial compression is done by their stress strain curve. The steel tube or FRP tube provides lateral confinement to the concrete core which results in an increased concrete compressive strength and deformation capacity. CFT decrease the inward local buckling occur in the hollow tubular sections. The axial load bearing capacity of CFT is higher than the summation of axial load-bearing capacities of the concrete core and the hollow steel tube.

Coronaviruses are a group of enveloped viruses with nonsegmented, single-stranded, and positive-sense RNA genomes. Apart from infecting a variety of economically important vertebrates (such as pigs and chickens), six coronaviruses have been known to infect human hosts and cause respiratory diseases. SARS -CoV-2 first emerged in China in December 2019 and rapidly spread worldwide. No vaccine or approved drug is available to eradicate the virus, however, some drugs that are indicated for other afflictions seems to be potentially beneficial to treat the infection albeit without unequivocal evidence. Two kinds of tests are available for COVID-19: viral tests and antibody tests.A viral test tells you if you have a current infection. An antibody test tells you if you had a previous infection. Treatment outcomes from their applied drugs during treatment of COVID-19 patients, 4 report laboratory tests, one report animal trial and other recommendations based on the treatment process and clinical outcomes of other diseases such as malaria, ebola, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS). SARS and MERS were associated mainly with nosocomial spread, whereas SARS-CoV-2 is much more widely transmitted in the community. The data and recommendations are categorized in 4 classes a) anti-viral and anti-inflammatory drugs, b) anti-malaria drugs, c) traditional Chinese drugs and d) other treatment/drugs.
