A significant barrier to success in academics and other academic domains is academic anxiety. An increasing percentage of students worldwide are experiencing anxiety related to science. Science is a subject that is important and required for all students in the Indian educational system, from primary school through higher secondary school. The understanding of science is constantly improving at every school level. Because of this, students who have a large amount of science to learn and who must prepare for scientific aptitude frequently feel pressured. There is a growing amount of pressure on secondary pupils to do well in science, solve scientific problems in the classroom, and prepare for school and other competetive exams. The investigator felt it was worthwhile to investigate the relationship between academic anxiety and the acquisition of scientific concepts by checking achievement in science among students in class XI. For this study, the sample was drawn from six higher secondary school students of Koraput district of Odisha state. The sample of 120 students in the class XI was randomly selected from Govt. school/college students. For the present study the researcher have used the Academic Anxiety Scale for children of Dr.A.K.Singh and Dr. A Sengupta (1984) and Science marks of each students of second term examination were taken into consideration from school registered record. The findings show that the correlation between academic anxiety and science achievement was very weakly positive.

This article aims to trace the articulation of resistance in terms of gender and psychological breakdown suffered by the central protagonist of Tennessee Williams play ' A Street Car Named Desire'. Blanch du Bois is the anti hero in the play. Williams described her as a woman with narcissistic personality disorder who uses alcohol as a coping mechanism to forget the guilt she is carrying from the past. The extract begins with her long monologue at the end of scene1 and ends with her fainting on armchair after hearing the polka music 'faint in the distance'. The play aptly conveys the conflict between old and new values. Blanche's last remarks in the play seem to echo pathetically her plight and predicament in life.As she leaves, she says, "I have always depended on the kindness of strangers." Thus, Blanche's life ends in the hands of the strange doctor. She was too delicate, too sensitive, too refined, and too beautiful to live in the realistic world. Her illusions had no place in the Kowalski world and when the illusions were destroyed, Blanche was also destroyed.

: In India, motorcycles and motorbikes dominate the roads, yet the country also grapples with alarming rates of traffic accidents, often resulting in fatalities. A significant contributing factor is the reluctance of many riders to wear helmets despite government regulations. This project aims to address this issue by leveraging technology and innovative enforcement methods. Utilizing the YOLO object detection method, our initiative focuses on identifying individuals riding motorcycles without helmets. Through a system of feature detection, snapshots of offenders are captured and promptly sent to the nearest police station for further action. To enhance the project's effectiveness, we plan to implement transfer learning to refine the algorithm's ability to recognize license plates. This advancement would enable the system to not only detect helmet-less riders but also match them with their vehicle registration information. Subsequently, offenders would receive an SMS bill for violation of helmet regulations. By automating the detection process, our approach seeks to streamline enforcement efforts while minimizing disruption to traffic flow. Through this innovative blend of technology and enforcement, we aim to promote helmet use and enhance road safety in India.

In the contemporary era of digital connectivity, social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter have achieved widespread presence, and Generation Z (Gen Z) has emerged as heavy users. While social media offers many benefits, there have been concerns about its potential adverse effects on the mental health of Gen Z. This report presents a synthesis of the challenges of excessive use of social media and examines its impact on the psychological well-being of Generation Z .The phenomenon of social comparison, fueled by curated online personas and idealized representations, has emerged as a significant factor influencing negative mental health outcomes among Gen Z. Constant exposure to complex images and lifestyles on platforms like Instagram can create feelings of inadequacy and promote feelings of social isolation. Isolation Cyberbullying is another major problem, as the anonymity and accessibility of social media platforms makes it easy to bully and intimidate online. The experience of cyberbullying can exacerbate Gen Z's stress and anxiety, weakening their mental resilience and well-being.In addition, the fear of missing out (FOMO) caused by social media, which shows the seemingly exciting experiences of peers, increases anxiety and dissatisfaction. Gen Z individuals may feel excessive pressure to participate in social activities and maintain an online presence, which increases stress and lowers self-esteem. While social media undoubtedly offers opportunities for connection and self-expression, its pervasive influence requires a nuanced understanding of its impact on mental health. By promoting digital literacy and promoting informed interactions with social media, stakeholders can empower Gen Z to navigate online spaces in ways that promote their well-being.This summary emphasizes the importance of continued research and dialogue at the intersection of social media use and mental health. The aim is to inform interventions and support mechanisms adapted to the needs of Generation Z in the digital age..

Nepal located in the seismically active region due to its geographical positions. Its ranks 11th in the terms of vulnerability of earthquake. In order to visualize the response of building during earthquake, it is important to do analysis of buildings for earthquake resistant also to withstand earthquake effect without the losses of life and property. This report on "Seismic Analysis of Public Building" has been conducted by incorporating all the stages of structural analysis and designing the elements. It consists of preliminary design, determination of lateral loads, structural analysis and detail design of structural elements. Preliminary design consists of assessment of tentative dimension of structural members such as beams, columns and slab. Loads on building have been determined using IS Codes. As Nepal lies on earthquake prone zone, structural analysis is conducted using ETABS. Seismic Coefficient (static) and Response spectrum (dynamic) analysis has been incorporated for analyzing the building. Sizing various members of the structures to resist the forces to which they might be subjected during their effective life span was done. This report portrays the work needed for the analysis and design of earthquake-resistant building systematically.
