Background: The calf muscle complex is an important part of locomotor performance and weight loading. It has been found that due to straining the calf muscles, there is an increased risk of calf muscle injury and related foot symptoms. Since calf muscle plays a key role in the biomechanics of foot, tightness in the calf muscle can unevenly distribute the force of body weight load. Static stretching improves ROM, reduces stiffness and reduces the risk of injury from acute strain. Eccentric contraction is the movement of active muscles during contraction under load. Eccentric training has the effect of increasing flexibility for the lower body, helping to increase muscle length. Aim: To Study the comparative Effect of Static stretching and Eccentric Training on the Flexibility of Calf Muscle in Healthy Individuals. Method. 62 participants were selected based on the selection criteria. Participants were briefed about the nature of the study and the intervention. Their informed written consent was taken Prior and after the treatment the outcome measures, Knee to wall test were measured. Participants were randomly divided into two groups with n=31 in each group. Group A received static stretching while group B received Eccentric training. The treatment was given for 6 consecutive days. Results: According to the finding, Eccentric training (Group B) showed significant difference in post mean value as compared to static stretching (group A). there is a significant statistical reliable difference between the pre & post treatment values with p-value is less than the 5% significance level (i.e., 0.001 < 0.05) in the study and therefore it justifies the improvements in health outcome post intervention. Conclusion: This study concluded that use of Eccentric training is more effective than Static stretching to reduce the calf muscle tightness in healthy individuals.

Electricity is an essential requirement for humans. It is generally used for domestic, industrial and agricultural purposes. Now a days power theft has become a major problem specifically in India. This causes a considerable loss to electricity boards, so this can be prevented by using Smart Energy Meter (SEM). Theft cases are signaled to local authorities through SMS sent by GSM. The present system of energy billing in India is prone to error and also time and labor consuming. This pre-paid meter converts conventional meter reading methods and enables remote access of existing energy meters from energy suppliers. They can also monitor meter readings on a regular basis without having to visit each home by a person.

The devices present in the home are made smart using the technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Big data, cloud computing and others. There is a necessity to control the home and the appliances present in the home remotely when people are not present. This can be achieved using the applications. The detection of hazards in the kitchen like fire can be detected using the sensors and people can be alerted. The water level in the tank can be monitored and the supply can be cut down upon water exceeding the certain level in the tank. Similarly, switching off the unnecessary lights and other tasks that require the humans to be involved can be automated using the technology. As people cannot always be involved in conserving energy, technology can be used at its best to conserve energy.

Power quality disturbances lead to severe problems in industries and electrical grids. To mitigate PQ problems, the accurate detection and classification of the possible disturbances are essential. A large number of studies exist in this field. The first research step in these studies is to obtain several distorted signals to test the classification systems. In this regard, the most common trend is the generation of signals from mathematical models. In the literature, several models with significant differences are available. However, there is no integral model that considers all types of distortions. In this dissertation work, an integral mathematical model of power quality disturbances will be developed based on the models available in the literature. The model will include new types of combined disturbances. Almost all types of power quality disturbances will be considered under study. Further, this integral mathematical model of various power quality disturbances will be implemented for the generation of power quality disturbances using MATLAB environment. By using this model various power quality disturbances will be generated in a fast and automatic way. This model aims to facilitate future studies, supporting researchers in the modelling stage.

Flight schedules and fare rates, passenger reservations and ticket records, and flight data are all contained in the Airline Reservation System. An airline's inventory is often separated into three classes (e.g., First, Business, or Economy), with each category having seats ranging from to, as well as costs and booking requirements. Inventory data is imported and maintained by a Schedule Distribution System, which connects to the Flight Reservation System via a standardized interface. Inventory control is one of the most important aspects of airline reservation inventory management. The price for each sold seat is calculated using the rates and booking criteria provided in the Fare Quote System.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) is a safety tool used in most jewel manufacturing industries to identify the hazards and assess the risks in the plant. The primary purpose of the HIRA tool is to assess the risks and prioritize the risks to eliminate the hazards in the prioritized order. The assessment of the hazards in the workplace is an important task to evaluate and find out the causes of the accidents. The risk level has been calculated for all hazards in various departments on jewel manufacturing industries by multiplying the values of severity and probability. The identified hazards majorly categorized under physical, chemical, ergonomic hazard, manual handling, health, heat, and electrical hazards. The risk ratings were assigned depending upon the severity of risk occurrence low, medium, and high. This will also lead to finding out the solution for the hazards and to create a safe working place for the employees. This project work overviews the hazards in the workplace, their assessment, and recommendations to reduce the hazards in the workplace.

A fire sprinkler framework is a dynamic fire assurance technique, comprising of a water supply framework, giving sufficient weight and stream rate to a water circulation-channeling framework, onto which fire sprinklers are associated. Also it is utilized as a part of processing plants and substantial business structures, frameworks for homes and little structures are presently accessible at a practical cost. Fire sprinkler frameworks are broadly utilized around the world, with more than 40 million sprinkler heads fitted every year. Sprinklers might be required to be introduced by construction standards, or might be prescribed by insurance agencies to decrease potential property losses or business intrusion. Construction standards in the United States for spots of gathering, by and large more than 100 people, and places with overnight dozing convenience, for example, hotels, nursing homes, residences, and hospitals ordinarily require sprinklers under nearby building regulations, as a state of accepting State and Federal financing. In this Project, the aim is to develop a simple Fire Sprinkler, where the sprinkler can betested. The test of the sprinkler is to be by connecting the pipes and the reservoir that contains the water and how the breaking of the chemical tube is happening as if there is a real fire occurring in a building. Further studies will include the calculations of the radius and the area that one sprinkler can handle during a fire case and how many one we have to install in a building to cover the fire as a given flow rate and pressure.

A simple and efficient algorithm is proposed for solving the economic dispatch problem of power systems with valve point discontinuities employing a particle swarm optimization-based approach. Evolutionary methods such as GA and PSO are known to perform better than conventional gradient-based optimization methods for nonconvex optimization problems. The performance of the proposed method has been compared with Real coded genetic algorithm (RGA) results for validation. The effectiveness of the algorithm has been tested on a test system having three generating units.

This project deals with various types of hazards identification & finding a risk assessment (HIRA) and identifying best safety practices on conveyors including conveyor guarding, hazardous energy isolation and visual inspection procedures for industries that utilize conveyor systems. The safe working operation of conveyors needs to identify the hazards, assess the associated risks and bring the risks to tolerable level on a continuous basis. Each year, physical contact with machines and powered equipment accounts for a significant number of life-altering injuries and fatalities. A number of these incidents involve conveyor systems. The majority of these incidents occur during maintenance activities with conveyors still in operation and danger zones unprotected. A risk assessment is an important step in protecting the conveyors and humans from such conditions. It helps us to focus on the risks that really have the potential to cause harm. Risk classification by probability and severity can be performed by using a risk assessment class. Then risk level is assigned to each hazard for identifying required Preventive measures to minimize the risk or eliminate the Hazard. Preventive measures should be implemented in order for work on or near conveyors to be performed safely. Right from the design stage, worker exposure to hazards should be controlled by reducing the frequency of conveyor clean-ups, conveyor maintenance, removal of jams, etc. This project to best safety practices suggests possible preventive measures, but it is by no means exhaustive. In many situations, hazards must be analysed before any preventive measures are implemented.

Stock market investment which is one of the most complex and difficult and risky business to do. Stock market is very uncertain because the prices of stocks keep fluctuating every time. This paper is based on the demand for stock market price prediction and the problems it faces now a days. We compared and analyzed various types of neural network prediction methods and finally selected LSTM (long short-term memory) neural network for predicting stock price. Historical information is very important to investors for making investment decisions. Past studies have used opening price and closing price as key new predicators of financial markets, but extreme maxima and minima may provide additional information about future price behavior. Its main principle is to discover the role of time series through analyzing the historical information of the stock market, and to deeply explore its internal rules through the selective memory advanced deep learning function of LSTM neural network model, so as to achieve the prediction of stock price trend.
