 Abstract

This article discusses the way at validating a Measurement for the ramifications of armed conflict that impact in the different aspects of the basic needs for human life in society. the sample included (443) students and academics in three universities in Yemen, Malaysia, and Gaza Palestine. The students and academics sample chosen are from Arab the belong to countries where armed-conflict is quite dominant in during this period, The researchers followed several steps in order to validate the Measurement. These steps included (1) formulating the Measurement elements, (2) verifying the validity of the apparent consistency of the questionnaire by presenting it to the arbitrators from professors specializing in the fields of management, education and statistics and (3) using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) ) by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to examine the validity Internal consistency, and analysis of correlation coefficients between variables on the Measurement, and relying on the Kaiser criterion for generating and extracting factors that exceed or equal its latent roots 1. Factor Confirmation Analysis (CFA) using the AMOS program for underlying factors that constitute a set the Measurement of this study, where the tables of standard regression weights and multiple square correlations revealed each for each item that each factor is one-dimensional. By the modelling of the structural equation (SEM) has been verified Convergence validity, differentiation validity, and compound reliability for concepts stability. The results of the study denoted that the Measurement in its final form contained (43) items distributed over six factors, according to accurate statistical treatment, and it was excluding (7) items that did not meet the standard conditions in the two programs.

Paperless Operation has become a very big matter of fact and demand of the society in this fast growing world around us. With increasing population and proportionally increasing services day by day it is ethically very hard to accommodate every single transaction with a piece of paper because that costs a number of trees to the environment. As this rapid cutting of trees have adverse effect on environment and the ecological balance. To solve such problem we need paperless technologies. Digi-Sign is a digital signature system that facilitates creation of digital signatures for documents online, and also facilitates users to communicate online with the help of AES methodology. It also allows status tracking of the document and empowers the owner to maintain the same. Digi-Sign has built in features which allows feasibility of operation with digital signatures and also allows faster creation of signature keys alongside provide instant verification of document online. It binds every single signatory and addressee together into a same network for faster communication that has never been possible before. Digi-Sign do not encrypt the entire document, it creates signatures using basic information of any document. It hosts a public database to index the all the documents created by various owner in one place. That helps easy accessibility for validation of information about any document.

 Abstract

The motivation for this thesis is the desire to overcome the problem associated with reliability and yield of these staggeringly small devices called MicroElecro Mechanical System (MEMS).The field of Microelectromechanical system involves the interaction of the physical environment with electrical signals through the use of micro batch fabricated devices. MEMS are an emerging technology which finds applications in diverse fields such as automotive medicine aeronautics communication and defense. The device dimensions range well into the micrometer regime and are soon approaching the length scales studied by nanotribologist though the MEMS technology has made a substantial impact over the past decade at the device or component level, it has yet to realize a wide range commercial success. Stiction, adhesion, friction and wear seem to be main deterrents to their lifetime, and hence full commercialization of these devices. These problems can be attributed to the high surface to volume ratio, substantial solid surface nano contacts, close proximity of microstructure and a myriad other device complications. Several researchers have come up with solutions to avoid release -related stiction, but in use stiction and friction still persist, proving detrimental to the life span of these microstructures. Though a variety of engineering solutions have been employed to solve them . In this study ,an attempt is made to remove stiction by sublimating the resin via low melting point liquid t-butyl alcohol. An experimental setup is developed such that the microstructure would be rinsed by t-butyl alcohol directly by sublimation, to maintain the temperature peltier chips are used as they are pretty small and available and create freezing temperature.

 Abstract

Since the turn of the mid-twentieth century, mankind has witnessed prodigious health improvements. But its effects keep varying from country to country. Considering our country, India continues to face high mortality. Children are highly prone to ill health`, with infections and parasitic diseases. Even adults are now experiencing substantial premature mortality. If we dwell deep, the condition of poorer groups has worsened considerably as compared to the richer ones. Recent mortality analysis emphasizes the significance of the communicable disease, which epitomizes approximately 90 per cent of avoidable death cases for all age/sex groups. But now research has the tools to address the great burden of communicable diseases, like malaria, TB, and HIV/AIDS, as well as other vaccine-preventable diseases. Despite this, the majority of common mass lacks effective access to prevention and treatment. This paper is trying to attempt reviewing the gravity of problems and challenges in communicable disease in India.

The advent of smartphones, coupled with mobile computing technology, provides construction engineers with unprecedented opportunities to improve the existing processes of on-site construction management. Capitalizing on smartphone technology, this study aimed to develop an effective on-site management system. The system was focused on three important functions of on-site management: site monitoring, task management, and real-time information sharing. For system development, various component technologies, such as wireless communication, augmented reality, and client-server database was utilized to efficiently manage, transfer, and visualize project information on a mobile computing platform. The applicability of the mobile system was verified on a real building construction site. This study contributed to the body of knowledge by illustrating how mobile computing technology embodied in smartphones can be used to streamline on-site construction management. The proposed system is expected to assist construction engineers in achieving a high level of productivity and efficiency.

 Abstract

India is regarded as a secular federal republic that is governed in a democratic parliamentary system. The Constitution of India is regarded as Suprema Lex of the land. Which does not only confine to the statutes made by legislature or judiciary but also deeply rooted in the culture, tradition, norms, values of the Indian society it's self. And hence the Indian criminal justice system is largely influenced by REFORMATIVE THEORIES. Solitary confinement is something less of reformation and more of a punishment. Solitary confinement is an isolation of a prisoner from other co-prisoners where a prisoner experiences complete segregation from society. In solitary confinement, the prisoner experiences stressful conditions which may lead to potentially harmful health effects that may be physical and mental. The Constitution always strives to protect the rights of individuals even behind the bars. The supreme courts in few of the leading cases highlighted solitary confinement as against Article 19 and 21. As article 21 speaks more of life and less of liberty and complete solitude is Against the natural principle of human life as well as against freedom by contrast It may also result in the arbitration of the authority upon the prisoner which would absolutely break the rule of law as well. This paper deals with the constitutional validity of solitary confinement and its effects in the life Of prisoner and put forward other reformatory majors. Promoting public awareness is the point of utmost importance of this paper.

 Abstract

Abstract: Non-utilization of maternal and child health care services at the right time and right place exposed to physical and mental health related problems among the pregnant women, mothers and child and even lead to death. Hence, timely utilization of maternal and child health care services is extremely important for the health of a mother and child as because they are very much vulnerable to health complications especially during the time of pregnancy and child birth. Education exposes women to new ideas, to new information, and to new heights and maternal education is very important as it plays significant role in family welfare and in determination of childs and mothers own health. Many international and national researches have persistently advocated that availability of health personnel and location of facility (distance of the facility from home) as the main barriers to utilisation of health care services. However, in a study conducted in the state of Arunachal Pradesh it was found that besides availability of health personnel and location of the facility; factors like maternal educational level, perception of women, occupation of the mother, transportation and communication bottlenecks etc., also acts as a strong barriers in utilisation of maternal and child health care services in the state of Arunachal. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyze the barriers to utilization of maternal and child health care services in Arunachal Pradesh based on empirical evidences from field survey.

 Abstract

Ear and nose foreign bodies are routine problems affecting mainly children but adults are not an exception. A prospective study involving 50 patients is undertaken concentrating on presentation of patients with various types of ear or nasal foreign bodies. Usually nasal foreign bodies does not cause serious complications but rarely intracranial complications may occur. Similarly mastoiditis may occur rarely in sequel to impacted ear foreign body .As an E.N.T. surgeon we should always have high suspicion considering presence of foreign bodies even in the absence of appropriate clinical signs and symptoms suggestive of a foreign body in ear or nose.

 Abstract

The study sought to examine how the research methods and their respective findings of prior studies on perceived factors influencing examination malpractices from 2012 to 2019. Initially, we access 15 studies electronically for review purpose but nine were opted for the meta-analysis. They include seven quantitative method studies and two mixed method studies. The study revealed that, there is prevalence of examination malpractices particularly in some parts of Asian and African continents but cautions should be adhere to by researchers and elites in their attempts to generalize this finding. Moreover, study revealed key players, forms/methods, causes and effects or factors that influence examination malpractices, measures to check the malpractices as well as the association between examination malpractices and learners academic work and corruption and suggested that a generalization could be made in connection to them. Based on the identified findings, we recommended that examination bodies, schools, colleges etc should adhere to the measures and solutions put forward by various researchers that are presented in this study and also address the causes identified to foster the act of combating examination malpractices. Lastly, we propose to future researchers to boost their skills and knowledge on research methods in order to halt the existence of the shortfalls identified in this meta-analysis.

 Abstract

Malnutrition, defined as underweight, is a serious public-health problem that has been linked to a substantial increase in the risk of mortality and morbidity. Severe acute malnutrition affects nearly 20 million preschool-age children mostly from the African Region and South-East Asia Region. Severe anaemia is a leading cause of paediatric morbidity, hospitalization, and mortality and also a very important co morbidity in children with severe acute malnutrition. Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) with anaemia has 2.62 times higher mortality as compared to SAM with no anaemia. So this study was meant to evaluate this co-morbidity further.

 Abstract

Worldwide the research is currently being conducted concerning the use of Fiber and PET in the area of strengthening of the reinforced concrete members. The PET bottles are the remaining from the storage of cold beverages or drinks or even water. On the other side ultra high strength with high performance becomes the need of the hour in order to make the structure durable, sensitive to the environment and even economical sometimes. Composite material has been developing these days to satisfy the construction industry by producing concrete which are more flexible and durable. Disposing plastics in any form is the big challenge to the producers and users of plastic. Producing eco friendly plastics have not reach its height in today's scenario. Here is an attempt to dispose the same effectively by incorporating it in to the concrete as effective component. Crushed PET bottles has find its way in concrete when replaced for fine and coarse aggregates by its improvised strength. PET bottles ad fine aggregate and polypropylene fiber to enhance the tensile property of concrete has been made a try with M35 grade concrete in order to make it effective light weight and efficient concrete. The mechanical properties has been assessed and the performance of the concrete has been evaluated in this study.

 Abstract

The aim of this research focuses on preparation of high performance and high strength concrete by employing industrial waste to preserve the naturally raw ingredients of concrete. Due to increases in demand of cement with large scale production, resulting in creating a environmental problem. In this regard, an attempt was made to investigate the combined effects of incorporating mechanical properties of concrete specimens produced by using addition kenaf fibres and partially replacing of cement with silica fume on concrete specimens. The aspect ratio of kenaf fibre used in this study is 100. The parameter investigated in this project is M-30 concrete and cement were partially replaced with silica fume by the percentages of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% by total weight of cement also, kenaf fibres were added in ratio of 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%. Test was carried out on standard specimens casted by composite mixes. Slump test carried out in all mix before casting test specimens to ascertain workability of fresh concrete. It was obtained that tensile strength of kenaf fibre increased with the increase in percentage of SF replacement. In this regard, silica fume in concrete decreases the quantity of cement in the construction purpose and addition of kenaf fibre in concrete and leads to better performance of high strength concrete and reduction in environmental problem.
