The article aims to predict a level of stress by assessing the individual's activities. This is done through the use of a sensor that is mounted on a glove. The motion sensor selected for this project was chosen as compared to a physiological signal, due to its low cost and the fact that it is least affected by environmental factors. The main cause of accidents nowadays is the increased level of stress on the crew members. The physiological signal measurements using the sensors are mandatory for measuring the stresses of the crew member. This paper presents the concept of predicting the stress level of the crew members based on heart beat rate and body temperature. This is achieved through the use of temperature sensor, IR sensor and heartbeat sensor, which is placed in the gloves worn by the crew members. The GSM module transmits the total readings to the mobile unit. The crew members 'self-reports are used as the basis for estimating the crew members' stress levels. Infrared sensor is used for accident prevention. If there is an irregular condition in the pilot's heartbeat the flight is switched to automatic mode. Then the person's current status is sent out using GSM. The readings of the sensors used above revealed that exact values could be obtained. This shows the need to include the temperature sensor, IR sensor, pulse sensor for tracking the stress level of the crew members.

Since the development of urbanization in the world. The construction has increased rapidly. The increase in demand of construction leads to the production of Co2 in the environment. About 7% of the environmental pollution is due to cement manufacturing industries. Thus to lower the amount of objective to do this in concrete is as the dumping of rice husk has been a problem where it leads to problem in land cover and its nature of light weight made this to produce the polluted particles into environment. Also, the husk ash contains silicon which is a major constrain that material strong and fineness equal to cement. Here in, we had a problem as rice husk dont have the properties of the binding when mixed with water. So, as a concern there placement is limited to 5%, 10% and 15%. Thus mixed concrete is allowed to curing after passing its fresh stage tests. After curing the major mechanical property, compression, tensile and flexure test, where as these are the major test that defines the quality of the concrete. The final aim of the project is produce a concrete that is environmentally free and structurally strengthen concrete.

The role of ion channels in the development of different cancer has become a novel area of research. There are so many ion channels which are responsible for cancer like phenotype. Among all chloride ion channel is considered to be one of the most active channels along with potassium in case of tumor genesis. High rates of proliferation, active migration, and invasiveness are all hallmarks of cancer which are caused due to channelopathy. It is known that all this action requires action of chloride channel activity as well as the action of ANOCTAMIN genes, which controls the expression of chloride channels in cancer. As the chloride channels involvement is very essential for cancer cell, and as it is known that the abnormal activity of chloride channels can promote the cancer so they can be used as possible aims to cure cancer. Here in this reviewthe chloride channels how they can acts as biomarkers of cancer and specifically which channels are responsible for cancer and ways of linking it for developing anti-tumor drugs will be discussed.

Paperless Operation has become a very big matter of fact and demand of the society in this fast growing world around us. With increasing population and proportionally increasing services day by day it is ethically very hard to accommodate every single transaction with a piece of paper because that costs a number of trees to the environment. As this rapid cutting of trees have adverse effect on environment and the ecological balance. To solve such problem we need paperless technologies. Digi-Sign is a digital signature system that facilitates creation of digital signatures for documents online, and also facilitates users to communicate online with the help of AES methodology. It also allows status tracking of the document and empowers the owner to maintain the same. Digi-Sign has built in features which allows feasibility of operation with digital signatures and also allows faster creation of signature keys alongside provide instant verification of document online. It binds every single signatory and addressee together into a same network for faster communication that has never been possible before. Digi-Sign do not encrypt the entire document, it creates signatures using basic information of any document. It hosts a public database to index the all the documents created by various owner in one place. That helps easy accessibility for validation of information about any document.

The motivation for this thesis is the desire to overcome the problem associated with reliability and yield of these staggeringly small devices called MicroElecro Mechanical System (MEMS).The field of Microelectromechanical system involves the interaction of the physical environment with electrical signals through the use of micro batch fabricated devices. MEMS are an emerging technology which finds applications in diverse fields such as automotive medicine aeronautics communication and defense. The device dimensions range well into the micrometer regime and are soon approaching the length scales studied by nanotribologist though the MEMS technology has made a substantial impact over the past decade at the device or component level, it has yet to realize a wide range commercial success. Stiction, adhesion, friction and wear seem to be main deterrents to their lifetime, and hence full commercialization of these devices. These problems can be attributed to the high surface to volume ratio, substantial solid surface nano contacts, close proximity of microstructure and a myriad other device complications. Several researchers have come up with solutions to avoid release -related stiction, but in use stiction and friction still persist, proving detrimental to the life span of these microstructures. Though a variety of engineering solutions have been employed to solve them . In this study ,an attempt is made to remove stiction by sublimating the resin via low melting point liquid t-butyl alcohol. An experimental setup is developed such that the microstructure would be rinsed by t-butyl alcohol directly by sublimation, to maintain the temperature peltier chips are used as they are pretty small and available and create freezing temperature.

Since the turn of the mid-twentieth century, mankind has witnessed prodigious health improvements. But its effects keep varying from country to country. Considering our country, India continues to face high mortality. Children are highly prone to ill health`, with infections and parasitic diseases. Even adults are now experiencing substantial premature mortality. If we dwell deep, the condition of poorer groups has worsened considerably as compared to the richer ones. Recent mortality analysis emphasizes the significance of the communicable disease, which epitomizes approximately 90 per cent of avoidable death cases for all age/sex groups. But now research has the tools to address the great burden of communicable diseases, like malaria, TB, and HIV/AIDS, as well as other vaccine-preventable diseases. Despite this, the majority of common mass lacks effective access to prevention and treatment. This paper is trying to attempt reviewing the gravity of problems and challenges in communicable disease in India.

India is regarded as a secular federal republic that is governed in a democratic parliamentary system. The Constitution of India is regarded as Suprema Lex of the land. Which does not only confine to the statutes made by legislature or judiciary but also deeply rooted in the culture, tradition, norms, values of the Indian society it's self. And hence the Indian criminal justice system is largely influenced by REFORMATIVE THEORIES. Solitary confinement is something less of reformation and more of a punishment. Solitary confinement is an isolation of a prisoner from other co-prisoners where a prisoner experiences complete segregation from society. In solitary confinement, the prisoner experiences stressful conditions which may lead to potentially harmful health effects that may be physical and mental. The Constitution always strives to protect the rights of individuals even behind the bars. The supreme courts in few of the leading cases highlighted solitary confinement as against Article 19 and 21. As article 21 speaks more of life and less of liberty and complete solitude is Against the natural principle of human life as well as against freedom by contrast It may also result in the arbitration of the authority upon the prisoner which would absolutely break the rule of law as well. This paper deals with the constitutional validity of solitary confinement and its effects in the life Of prisoner and put forward other reformatory majors. Promoting public awareness is the point of utmost importance of this paper.

Abstract: Non-utilization of maternal and child health care services at the right time and right place exposed to physical and mental health related problems among the pregnant women, mothers and child and even lead to death. Hence, timely utilization of maternal and child health care services is extremely important for the health of a mother and child as because they are very much vulnerable to health complications especially during the time of pregnancy and child birth. Education exposes women to new ideas, to new information, and to new heights and maternal education is very important as it plays significant role in family welfare and in determination of childs and mothers own health. Many international and national researches have persistently advocated that availability of health personnel and location of facility (distance of the facility from home) as the main barriers to utilisation of health care services. However, in a study conducted in the state of Arunachal Pradesh it was found that besides availability of health personnel and location of the facility; factors like maternal educational level, perception of women, occupation of the mother, transportation and communication bottlenecks etc., also acts as a strong barriers in utilisation of maternal and child health care services in the state of Arunachal. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyze the barriers to utilization of maternal and child health care services in Arunachal Pradesh based on empirical evidences from field survey.

Ear and nose foreign bodies are routine problems affecting mainly children but adults are not an exception. A prospective study involving 50 patients is undertaken concentrating on presentation of patients with various types of ear or nasal foreign bodies. Usually nasal foreign bodies does not cause serious complications but rarely intracranial complications may occur. Similarly mastoiditis may occur rarely in sequel to impacted ear foreign body .As an E.N.T. surgeon we should always have high suspicion considering presence of foreign bodies even in the absence of appropriate clinical signs and symptoms suggestive of a foreign body in ear or nose.

Malnutrition, defined as underweight, is a serious public-health problem that has been linked to a substantial increase in the risk of mortality and morbidity. Severe acute malnutrition affects nearly 20 million preschool-age children mostly from the African Region and South-East Asia Region. Severe anaemia is a leading cause of paediatric morbidity, hospitalization, and mortality and also a very important co morbidity in children with severe acute malnutrition. Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) with anaemia has 2.62 times higher mortality as compared to SAM with no anaemia. So this study was meant to evaluate this co-morbidity further.
