The most powerful and dominant force in modern times is that of nationalism. Nationalism, which emerged in 19thcentury, became a more powerful factor in the 20thcentury and came to be taken for granted almost everywhere like water and air. In fact, the very basis of modern state is nationalism. Whatever may be its demerits, "Nationalism still enjoys greater support and acceptance all over the world than any religion". People are ready to shed their blood and undergo any amount of sufferings for the cause of nationalism. Nationalism implies a group feeling directed towards a set of values, which are considered unique and valuable. The people who feel that they have their common, unique social heritage, their art and literature generally develop the feeling of nationalism. In other words, nationalism is a feeling of oneness arising from historical, political, religious, linguistic, racial, psychological and other factors in the nation. Therefore, nationalism is a spiritual and psychological feeling of unity having its root in the common past. Nationalism adds to the material advancement of the people, by creating a healthy spirit of national rivalry. It faster the spirit of nationality and it has developed the community spirit among the people. Nationalism enables the nation to have an independent existence. It develops and promotes patriotism. It calls for the best efforts of the people for progress and great sacrifices in the cause of the nation. By encouraging the nation in the world to out beat the others in economic and scientific developments, it adds to the progress of humanity in general. It checks the tide of imperialism. It strengthens democracy and helps to establish a strong, stable government. It inspires poets, writers, painters, musicians, historians, scientists, researchers, sportsmen and the like. Nationalism opposes slavery and foreign domination. Hence, it encourages the people to free themselves from the domination of foreign rule. It is under this spirit of nationalism that India attained its independence.

CPU scheduling, also known as process scheduling, is one of the most important features within an operating system that guarantees multiprogramming where a number of programs would be competing for computer resources at the same time in the system. In this paper we are trying to study and compare various types of known CPU scheduling algorithms namely First Come First Serve (FCFS), Round Robin (RR), Shortest Job First (SJF), Priority and Shortest Remaining Time First (SRTF) scheduling. Which one to use out of these algorithms totally depends on types of process running on the system, CPU utilization, throughput, waiting time, response time needed etc. Sometimes, more than one of these algorithms will be used within same system in different situations. In this paper we will try to test these scheduling algorithms and summarize which one performs better in what situation.

In Electric automobiles can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. EVs not only reduce reliance on fossil fuels, but they also reduce ozone-depleting compounds and promote large-scale renewable deployment. The study of electric vehicle attributes and characteristics, as well as charging infrastructure and charging capacity. The automotive industry has entered a new phase in the production of more fuel-efficient, low-emission vehicles and innovative technology in response to environmental concerns regarding pollution and the conservation of fuel supplies worldwide. Hybrid Electric Vehicle is among the finest innovations (HEV). The hybrid electric vehicle utilizes multiple energy sources for entire propulsion. In this project, two independent propulsions, an internal combustion engine (ICE) and an electric motor, are independently operated for combined effort derivation in total vehicle propulsion A hybrid vehicle addresses these issues by combining the benefits of both systems and utilizing both power sources under their optimal conditions. Using cutting-edge technology, this proposed solution intends to improve fuel utilization and reduce dependence on nonrenewable resources. The implementation includes the creation of a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) that employs both battery and petrol power for propulsion. It cuts air and noise pollution by 50 percent while operating as an electric hybrid vehicle (non-polluting). HEVs combine the advantages of high fuel economy and minimal tailpipe emissions with conventional vehicles' power and range. By driving the fabricated two-wheeler in engine mode, electric mode and hybrid mode, the performance of the bike is tested and analyzed by comparing with the conventional vehicle.

In today's pharmaceutical industry, the 3D printing process is a highly dynamic approach. It is the pursuit of the most up-to-date concepts in medication development in order to better understanding the quality of raw materials and the manufacturing process. It is the fastest technology in the modern era. It benefits in a variety of ways, including lowering the need for prototyping, saving time and money, and facilitating process adjustment. It is a powerful and flexible production tool. It also aids in the formulation of a Novel Drug Delivery System (NDDS). It has been used in the production of pharmaceutical solid dosage forms as well as combinations of solid and liquid dosage forms. Many technologies are emerging to facilitate the paradigm change from traditional "one size fits all" care to personalized medicine, the most important of which being three-dimensional (3D) printing. It is primarily used to create personalized medicine, which is a mixture of various pharmaceutical ingredients used in the treatment of various diseases. This technology is now being used by several pharmaceutical vendors to supply patients with personalized medical treatments on a daily basis. This technique has also been used to modify the release profiles of other drugs, such as to create sustained and extended-release formulations. We concluded from the available data that the 3D printing is a versatile approach that is now being used to improve the utilization of combination therapy. In the future, prescriptions could be dispensed based on individual needs in a therapeutic setting.

Background: Dysmenorrhea is the medical term for pain with menstruation. It is the most common gynaecological disorder among female adolescents with prevalence of 60% to 93%. Primary Dysmenorrhea refers to pain that is not associated with any identifiable pelvic pathology. It is characterized by lower abdominal pain which may radiate to thighs and lower back. Associated complaints include nausea, vomiting, mood swings, headache, fatigue and diarrhea. Aim: To compare the effectiveness of Yoga and Chair Aerobic exercises in females with primary dysmenorrhea within age group 19-25 years. Methodology: This study was a comparative study which included 38 subjects with primary dysmenorrhea of age group between 19-25 years. Subjects were divided into 2 groups with simple random sampling method. Group A (n=19) was given Yoga and Group B (n=19) was given Chair Aerobic exercises for 4 days/week for about 6 weeks. Patients were evaluated at baseline and after 6 weeks of intervention on the basis of NPRS for pain intensity and VMSS for severity of dysmenorrhea. Result: Subjects in both the groups did not have any significant difference in mean ages as p value 0.832 (<0.05). Intragroup comparison result showed that NPRS and VMSS scale were statistically significant in both the groups (p <.001). Whereas intergroup comparison result showed that Yoga was more statistically significantly in reducing pain intensity (p 0.047) and severity (p 0.011) than Chair Aerobic exercise in females with primary dysmenorrhea. Conclusion: The present study concludes that 6 weeks of Yoga and Chair Aerobic exercises are effective in reducing pain and severity in females with primary dysmenorrhea. In addition, results supported that among Yoga and Chair Aerobic exercise, Yoga is more significantly effective in reducing pain intensity using (NPRS) and severity using (VMSS) in females with primary dysmenorrhea.

This Paper provides an overview of estimation of change points. The paper discusses the statistical inference problem about a change point model: (1) to determine if any change point should exist in the sequence; and (2) estimate the number and position(s) of change point(s), and other qualities of interest which are related to the change (for example, the magnitude of the jump of the mean). Bayesian methods are proposed to study the estimates of change points in the sequence of Burr Type III Distribution under Squared error Loss function(SELF). A simulation study is done by R-programming.

In the context of computer vision, object tracking is a crucial challenge. Image noise, variations in backdrop illumination, dynamic object motion, and partial and complete occlusion of objects all add to the complexity of object tracking. i.e. video of poor quality. Despite the impressive outcomes of deep learning, there has been less emphasis on low-resolution object recognition as compared to high-resolution images. We proposed a framework for reducing model size state-of-the-art single stage detector i.e. YOLOv4 with pruning and Kalman filtering for tracking the low quality video. The framework addresses compression in the following stages: Sparsity Induction, Filter Choice, and Filter Pruning. The detector model for detecting object is sparsified in the Sparsity by using a better global threshold. In the Filter Selection & Pruning stage, we choose and remove filters based on sparsity metrics of filter weights in two subsequent convolutional layers. As a result, the model is smaller than the majority of compact designs available now on the market. We test our framework's performance with a MSCOCO datasets. The model with compressing algorithm with having Kalman filter to produce good quality image representation on the low-quality input image or video feed analysis proposed for the condition. The models size examines for the inferences and the analytical framework for the better represent for the detection stages and evaluation results.

Here in this writing I am going to discuss, what is virtue and how Moral luck influencing our virtuous life? Luck is everywhere in our life, from the very beginning to till our death we cannot escape from this. To live a good and happy life we need to be virtuous. Men are by birth possesses some special kind of ability and character which somehow can be a great advantage to live a virtuous life, and some times it may be a disadvantage for some people. So here my main focus is to show that, if there any relationship between Luck and Virtuous life. That means as the title saying I going to investigate deeply to perceive if virtue is possible on the basis of Moral Luck? And if so, then how can be it possible?
