Abstract: Siddha medicine is an ancient traditional medical system in the world. The medicine widely uses herbal based drugs and also contains herbo-mineral, animal products-based medicines. For the preparation of herbo-mineral, animal products-based drugs, herbs perform in major role. One of the Siddha herbal medicines, Nilavagai chooranam is used to treat various GIT illness such as malabantham (constipation), vanthi (Vomiting), gunmam (Peptic ulcer) and etc. The method of preparation is mentioned in Agathiyar vaiththiya rathina surukkam-360. The essential step was to develop the information survey of ingredients of the drug. An extensive review was distinguished from Siddha literatures and scientific resources such as peer- reviewed journals, thesis and etc. The present review provides an upgraded data almost of ingredients of Nilavagai chooranam into advance research aiming to validation of the drug as therapeutic value and fortifies the ethnopharmacology study. In this way, scientific validation is the most perfect way to create the development of herbal drugs.

Cerebrovascular accident is the medical term for a stroke. A stroke is when blood flow to a part of brain is stopped either by a blockage or the rupture of a blood vessel. Stroke is the third leading cause of death and the most common cause of disability in the developed and developing countries. Stroke is a major cause of disability, mainly caused by motor disorders. Although most patients show significant improvement in motor function soon after stroke, 75% of patients remain deficient in the upper limbs after 3-6 months. Constraint-induced movement therapy is a neurorehabilitation approach developed, characterized by the retention of the less affected upper limb and the forced use of the affected arm. The aim of the study is to compare the effect of Conventional therapy and Constraint-induced movement therapy on upper extremity function among stroke patient. A total of 30 Stroke patient were recruited into this study and randomly assigned into two groups, the control group and trained group. Data were collected before training and 3 months after completing the training program. The study is Quasi Experimental study design. The study was conducted at outpatient Department, Physiotherapy. Group A - Receives Conventional therapy (Experimental - I) Group B - Receives Constraint-induced movement therapy (Experimental group - II). The Inclusion criteria and Exclusion criteria are considered in this research. The result is that CIMT is proved to be more statistically significant and clinically effective intervention in comparison to motor relearning programme among the patients aged between 35-60 years. Constraint induced movement therapy is significantly effective in improving upper limb function than conventional therapy on cerebrovascular accident patient.

Indians are the second highest speakers of English in the world. The higher education at the national or international level predominantly relies on English language as a means of communication among the students, pupils, tutors and professors. Writing in English language is a productive skill. It is difficult to become proficient and prolific in writing English with appropriate grammatical structures and forms because it is non-native language. Writing and communicating in English with proper grammatical structure and agreeable vocabulary at the level of post-graduation in Balaari and Koppal districts is accounted as the most complex process. English is learnt as a foreign language in these districts. Most of the students are from pastoral areas, where the students communicate in their mother tongue and regional language. This kind of atmosphere in the country side is the major cause for fossilizing the sophisticated English language in their daily routine. . This study is significant because it embraces the error analysis in learning context focusing on language use for postgraduate studies. The study would provide a clear linguistic feature analysis on term papers based on students' own research interest for educators and researchers. Challenges in writing English is described as a set of procedures to check out, analyse and rectify the errors which are practised unknowingly by the post graduate students in their writing in English. Rectification is made with the proper explained reason.

Cash flow is the increase or decrease in the amount of money a business, organization, or individual has. Cash flow shows cash inflow and outflow in detail. The resulting Free Cash Flow often creates a disparity of interests between managers and investors. Managers want Free Cash Flow to be used for profitable investment plans to increase the remuneration received, while for investors Free Cash Flow is new funds that can be distributed as dividends. Therefore, problems will arise within the company which are usually referred to as agency problems. Conflicts of interest between the two parties will greatly influence the decisions taken by the company in Operating Performance. In managing their companies, managers more often put their own interests first, not the interests of the owners. This gives rise to initiatives for shareholders to design various governance tools in order to monitor managers and create confidence that the company will be managed according to the interests of investors (owners). Costs incurred due to the emergence of potential conflicts of interest are called agency costs. Agency Costs due to additional consumption and neglectful behavior and increases in Free Cash Flow resulting from internal operational efficiency, can result in better company performance. Free Cash Flow can provide companies with investment opportunities that will generate more value for the company which will increase Firm Value.
