Pension reform has started way back in nineteen eighty one when the first such reform started in Chile. The reasons for such reforms were due to the heightened burden on the government exchequer due to the liability of paying pensions to the ageing population across the globe. This paper highlights the major contributions of pension reforms, its statistical facts about why countries went for reforms with specific reference to BRIC countries and finally comparing as to where India stands and what are the loopholes in the old system in these countries due to which there was bound to be pension sector reforms.

ABSTRACT Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the phenylacetic acid class with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. Contrary to the action of many traditional NSAIDs, diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 enzyme with greater potency than it does COX-1. Similar to other NSAIDs, diclofenac is associated with serious dose-dependent gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and renal adverse effects. This study aims to evaluate the diclofenac antiarthritic activity. The diclofenac sodium significant anti-arthritic activity at 20- 100 g/ml by protein denaturation inhibition. The auto antigen production in rheumatoid arthritis is due to denaturation of protein and several studies reveal that protein denaturation is one of the reason for rheumatoid arthritis. The maximum activity is exhibited by the diclofenac at a concentration of 80g/ml and 100 ug/ml . From the study conducted it can be concluded that diclofenac sodium can be used in the management of arthritis.

In the era of automatic driving technology to maneuver on the far side of the validation stage and into absolute automatic driving, its vital to check the security of the automatic driving system. In this paper a completely unique approach of investigating lanes is described. The projected dimension of lanes may be measured exactly by a way of lane detection algorithmic program to find the corresponding position and options of lane markings. Vision systems square measure wide employed in autonomous vehicle systems because of the wealthy info that camera sensors offer of the encircling atmosphere. The proposed system comes with directions obtained throughout human progression of the automobile and uses these to come up with automated labels for learning linguistics primarily based on the path detection model. Alongside, a cameras correct angle and therefore the path dimension may be non-inheritable by the influential activity. The planned method uses the prediction of a paths projected dimension and therefore the manner of chase to quicken path detections and to explain positions of path markings on aspects each side adequately one side is obstructed. This drivable path info is crucial significantly in unregulated situations, associated degree is essential for a smart automobile system to create robust driving selections.

The initial symptoms of diabetes are very difficult to identify as it cannot be detected early, it results in causing other diseases. Eye retina is mainly affected by diabetes. Iridology helps us in detecting diabetes in early stages. By using this method we can identify the state of body organs before the organs affected by disease. In this paper, we are developing an application to detect diabetes at early stages by using image processing[1]. The pre-existing systems are developed based upon algorithms like k-map, support vector machine ( svm ), decision trees etc. but those are very difficult to develop and understand for further development[3]. To overcome these difficulties, this paper proposes a new system in which we detect symptoms of diabetes in early stagesIn our venture we took eye pictures of 40 individuals having sound eye and another 40 individuals having diabetes influenced eye by utilizing 2D wavelet tree. The exactness got by our examination is 87.50%.

The main focus of this paper is on detection of arc fault and flash in DC photovoltaic (PV) system and DC grid which may causes fire hazard, personnel shock hazard and damage other system elements or appliances. A notable complication to their detection is that arc in dc system is not periodic, and thus may not have easily perceptible amplitude or frequency signature for pattern recognition based detection technique. Wavelet transform (WT) provides a time and frequency approach to analyze target signals with multiple resolutions. This paper proposes an effective method based on WT and support vector machine (SVM) for detection arc fault in DC PV systems. The process of detecting an arc fault involves signal analysis and then feature identification from system voltage signals. SVM is then used to identify arc fault location. Simulation results are synthesized to study and verify the accuracy of proposed methodology.

With great development in Science and Technology, the privacy and security of various organizations are condensed. Computer Intrusion and attack detection has always been a significant issue in networked environment. In most cases, there are two levels in which an intrusion may takes place i.e., in system level and the network level. Distributed Denial of Service is one of the network level attack. Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack results in non-availability of services to the user. In case of organizations, this attack can result in a huge loss in terms of money or reputation since the clients of the organization cannot utilize the resources provided by that particular organization. The proposed solution to overcome this kind of attacks is, to monitor the network that is being attacked. The monitored network is analyzed and few parameters are considered from the analyzed network. These parameters are given as input data sets to machine learning algorithm for the classification of the data set. The algorithm classifies the data sets for the packets, causing the attack. These packets are then identified and terminated from the network that is being monitored.

Acute Otitis Media (AOM) is a common ear disease encountered in children below three years. Amoxicillin clavulanate is the first line drug in treatment of AOM in paediatric age group. Although Cefpodoxime has shown good antimicrobial activity against various types of pathogen that are labelled as main causative microorganisms of AOM in paediatric age group. In this study to try to compare the efficacy and safety of cefpodoxime and amoxicillin clavulanate in the treatment of AOM in children below three years of age. This study was a prospective longitudinal study which was conducted on children diagnosed with AOM who were less den three years of age. 30 children were included in our study, 15 in the Group A (amoxicillin clavulanate) and 15 in the Group B (cefpodoxime). The outcome of the study was assessed in two variants one was the clinical success rate at day 7 visit and other was any incidence of some kind of Adverse Events during the treatment period. The clinical success rates were 94.4% in Group A and 93.4 % in Group B. These rates were comparable with no statistically significant difference between the two groups. No side effects and adverse effects were observed in cefpodoxime group and the drugs were well tolerated in all patients whereas diarrhea was seen in three patients who were put on amoxicillin. The results of our study showed that a 7 day course of cefpodoxime was found to be therapeutically comparable to amoxicillin-clavulanate in terms clinical success with diarrhoea being seen in two patients who were put on amoxicillin clavulanate for the treatment of AOM in children below three years of age.

Due to its huge application in intelligent transport systems, road accident detection is now one of the most interesting sectors. Having to be untrained drivers who consume alcohol while driving over speed, sleep while driving is the main causes of these road accidents. There have been numerous solutions to prevent such accidents on the road. But this was not prevented by any of them. Within this paper we present an innovative LIFI accident identification. This paper provides a smart system for the prevention and detection of accidents for human safety. This component has various sensors such as eye blink sensor, alcohol sensor, ultrasonic sensor and MEMS sensor. If the sensor detects a low distance between the rider and drunken alcohol, then the data can be sent to the other vehicle, which is going ahead. And if the driving driver sleeps, the eye-blink sensor detects it and warns the driver. Simultaneously speed is reduced to the engine. This document is very useful for accident control detection and monitoring by transmitting and receiving signal into LIFI sensors precisely.

Consuming good, healthy and quality fruit is the utmost requirement of the consumer. Hence, automation in food industries is growing in recent times. Because it is impractical for humans to manually inspect the fruits as it requires a large number of labors as well as requires a lot of time and effort. This paper proposes a system which is capable of detecting and classifying the fruits as affected or not based on surface using Faster R-CNN model. As this system is automatic, it cuts down the traditional/manual method of fruit inspection, which takes a lot of time, labor and effort. This system will not only save the cost of labors but will also give a high accuracy.

Inconsolable crying conveys the evidence about an infants state as well as mental health which, when carefully seen can provide diagnostic information for parents and clinicians. When crying is inconsolable and imprudent, it can stress parents, disrupt parenting and in rare cases, make infant at risk for abuse. Around 25% of all infants cry excessively during their first months of life. This phenomenon has been termed infant colic. In most cases, clinicians are unable to determine the cause of the colic. In this study we are finding causes for the excessive cry in infants aged between1month to 12 months. The causes for the excessive crying like infantile colic, nasal blockade, diaper rash, hunger, acute otitis media, and post vaccination febrile illness, cow milk protein allergy, flatulence, fever, sepsis, and meningitis, foreign body in eye, hair tourniquet syndrome and excessive maternal concern were studied.

Abstract Pesticides get easily dissolved and transported in water to be readily taken up by the aquatic biota. It reaches the food chain causing various physical, biochemical and morphotoxicological changes. Fish are important source of food so, it is essential to protect the health of fish population. In the present investigation adult live specimen of marine edible fish Lepturacanthus savala were caught from the Khar-Danda sea coast. When the fish were exposed to two sub lethal concentration ie 1/10 or 2.5 % and 1/5 or 5% of the two pesticides, Rogor technical grade 30% EC., and Sevin 36% w/w (active ingredients) on different aspects of Ribbonfish,(length:65.21.25cm and weight 130.50.5gms) like survival behaviour, food intake, growth and mortality, it showed remarkable changes. In comparison to control the sub lethal effects of these pesticides led to decrease in the survival rate with the increase in concentrations. Respiratory disruption was observed as coughing and yawning because of toxic stress. There was decrease in the amount of food intake of the treated fish as compared to control. The weight, length and breadth showed a decreasing trend in both the concentrations of pesticides though there were variations in weight in terms of growth in the pesticides treated fish. Higher percentage of mortality occurred with the increase in concentration and exposure period.
