Background and Objectives- Vertigo or dizziness is a condition in which the affected person has a false sense of his own movement or those of his surrounding objects. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a common clinical disorder characterized by brief recurrent spells of vertigo often brought about by certain head position changes as may occur with looking up, turning over in bed or straightening up after bending over. Both Canalith Repositioning Procedure (CRP) and Vestibular Habituation Training (VHT) seem to be cost effective because both give relief of symptoms in relatively few visits to the physician or therapist, almost eliminate the need for surgery and reduce the need for physician visits and medication. Benign carelessness may not be cost effective because these patients continue to seek less demanding treatment. This study is aimed to compare the effectiveness of Vestibular Habituation Training and Canalith Repositioning Procedure on functional performance in patients with BPPV. Objectives: Primary objective of this study was to compare the effectiveness of Vestibular Habituation Training and Canalith Repositioning Procedure on modified vertigo symptom scale in patients with BPPV. Secondary objective was to compare the effectiveness of Vestibular Habituation Training and Canalith Repositioning Procedure on vestibular activities of daily living scale in patients with BPPV. Methods: Thirty participants between the ages of 30-50 years, with the clinical diagnosis of peripheral BPPV were included in this study. Participants were divided into two groups, Group A received Canalith Repositioning Procedure (n=15) and Group B received Vestibular Habituation Training (n=15). In both of the groups, participants were assessed by using modified vertigo symptoms scale and Vestibular disorder Activities of Daily Living scale. In Group A, Canalith Repositioning Procedure was given four days in a week for three weeks. In Group B, instruction was given to repeat the positive maneuvers until the participant get fatigued under the guidance of therapist. And again repeat same for two times a day at clinical setting and to be continued for three weeks. Result: Data was analyzed using Graph Pad Instat Trial Version 13.3. Descriptive statistics for all outcome measures were expressed as mean, standard deviations and test of significance such as t test. Post intervention MVSS mean score for Group A and Group B were 1.6?0.966 and 2.81?1.32 respectively. On comparison of Post-intervention MVSS mean scores between Group A and Group B by using Un-paired t test, P value was >0.05 which is statistically significant. Post-Intervention mean score for domain F of VADL scale in Group A and Group B were 1.7?0.823 and 1.09?0.3015 respectively. For domain A and I post intervention mean scores in both the groups were 1.8?0.6324 and 1.36?0.6742, and 2?0.816 and 1.09?0.7006. On comparison of VADL post-intervention mean score between Group A and Group B, it was observed that this difference is not considerably significant. For domains F and A, p value is not less than 0.05 i.e., 0.33 and .1437 respectively and it is considered as not significant. For domain I p value was less than 0.05 i.e., 0.0129 so it was referred as significant value for both the groups. Conclusion: Canalith repositioning procedure and vestibular habituation training are equally effective in patients with BPPV after 3 weeks of duration and improves the functional impairment which occurs after vestibular disorders as well.

The admin to advise/publish the availability of rooms in different hotels and customers are checking the availability of room in required hotel. Customers should be able to know the availability of the rooms on a particular date to reserve in hotel. They should be able to reserve the available rooms according to their need in advance to make their stay comfortable. The admin hands the booking information of customers. The users can register and log into the system. The administrator will know the details of reservation and daily income. The hotel department maintain the seat availability and booking details in certain database This project provides high security to Admin and user information. The main objective of this project is to design a hotel management system for running a hotel business. The system should be as flexible as possible so that it can be used for different hotels. You have to find out which procedures hotels have used for different hotels. You have to find out which procedures hotels have and based on that information; you should create a system which makes it efficient. You need to find out how a hotel system works on the internet, use your own experience or directly talk to people in the hotel business. The more diverse the sources of your information are, the better will be the resulting system and, possibly, your grade.

Automatic attendance system is required in large organizations. The biometric attendance have its own benefits for controlling mal practices. Face detection is one of the popular biometric attendance system in which human face detection and recognition is performed. The face detection can be done with the help of conventional haar cascade classifiers. The detected faces are then recognized using trained models from face database. The first step in recognition system is to develop recognition database of each person and then using this model for identifying the person by comparison and matching process. This paper presents face recognition based attendance system which records the attendance of person standing in front of web camera.

Malware detection developer faced a problem for a generation of new signature of malware code. A very famous and recognized technique is pattern based malware code detection technique. This leads to the evasion of signatures that are built based on the code syntax. In this paper, discuss some well known method of malware detection based on semantic feature extraction technique. In current decade, most of authors focused on malware feature extraction process for generic detection process. The effectiveness of the Malicious Sequence Pattern Matching technique for malware detection invites for moderation and improvement of the current system and method. Some authors used rule mining technique, some other used graph technique and some also focused on feature clustering process of malware detection.

Secret image sharing schemes are employed to safeguard the confidentiality and availability of critical commercial or military images. In secret image sharing, the image is divided into several stego images, which are managed by corresponding participants. The secret image can be recovered only when the number of authorized participants is no less than the threshold. However, many of the existing image sharing schemes have some security flaws that can reveal key elements of the shared secret image. In this project, to overcome these weaknesses, we will modify a secret image sharing scheme which utilizes Optimal Asymmetric Encryption Padding (OAEP) and Information Dispersal Algorithms (IDA). The proposed scheme provides computational security and better performance in share generation and secret reconstruction. In this project, we use optimal asymmetric encryption padding and information dispersal to analysis a novel computationally secure image sharing scheme and demonstrate that its performance is higher than polynomial based secret image sharing (PBSIS) based method.

People enjoy food photography because they appreciate food. Behind each meal there is a story described in a complex recipe and, unfortunately, by simply looking at a food image we do not have access to its preparation process. Therefore, in this paper we introduce an inverse cooking system that recreates cooking recipes given food images. Our system predicts ingredients as sets by means of a novel architecture, modeling their dependencies without imposing any order, and then generates cooking instructions by attending to both image and its inferred ingredients simultaneously. We extensively evaluate the whole system on the large-scale Recipe1M dataset and show that (1) we improve performance w.r.t. previous baselines for ingredient prediction; (2) we are able to obtain high quality recipes by leveraging both image and ingredients; (3) our system is able to produce more compelling recipes than retrieval-based approaches according to human judgment.

The agricultural yield primarily depends on soil fertility, the moisture level of soil and use of appropriate fertilizers. In the current scenario, the manual method of measuring the soil nutrients is less accurate because of the time difference of soil sample collected at the field and when it is measured in a laboratory. It becomes necessary to create a smarter agriculture practice through Internet of Things(IoT) to address this challenge. Soil nutrient analysis using wireless sensor networks (WSN) enables various application like remote monitoring of soil fertility, analysis, provide a selection of crop and build irrigation decision support systems. In the proposed system, the wireless sensors measure the macro nutrient of soil and transmit the data to the cloud. The user can view the soil fertility at the convenience on their mobile application. It is possible that the farmer may wish to grow a specific crop based on the economic interest. The software system has the intelligence to recommend the fertilizer that is required to be used to suit the needs of the desired crop, thus improving the quality of the soil and in turn, increase the yield. Overall, the proposed system helps farmers to gather real-time information about various soils, their fertility level, suggest crops and fertilizers at the convenience of the mobile app. Finally, this project effort will help farmers to make the right decision, gain better yield and economic advantage.
