This article manages the utilization, job, and exchange parts of medical devices regularly utilized in emergency clinics. Medical devices are the instrument hardware programming framework material or distinctive article that is utilized for indicative and remedial capacities for treatment the of sicknesses in human. Medical device assume a partner vital part in pharmacologic activity especially in treating technique there are a unit sizable number of devices are blessing especially in the pharmacologic field in the clinic, i.e., clinical area. Post marketing surveillance of medical device has been started in numerous nations; however, it is as yet not as evolved and strong as that of medications. Materiovigilance is the organized arrangement of recognizable proof, assortment, detailing, and examination of any untoward events related to the utilization of medical device and assurance of patient's wellbeing by forestalling its repeats. Materiovigilance is the examination and follow-up of occurrences that may result from the utilization of the medical device. It empowers to recognize the unfavourable occasions related to the utilization of Medical device. Service of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India endorsed and initiated Materiovigilance Program of India (MvPI) in the country to screen the wellbeing of Medical Devices Associated Adverse Events (MDAEs) in the Indian Population. The MvPI was dispatched on 06th July 2015 at the Indian Pharmacopeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad by the Drugs Controller General India (DCG(I)). Penetrating foreign bodies of different origins in the head and neck are rare and potentially dangerous injuries, which might pose problems for their detection, primary care, and final treatment. Depending on the severity of the underlying trauma, some injuries present a higher risk for the presence of foreign bodies. Minor wounds, including common lacerations, are likely to be contaminated. Despite improving medical imaging techniques, detection remains a challenge as it is dependent on the material of the foreign body, the affected anatomical site, and the injury severity. Therefore, a detailed history of the circumstances leading to trauma is essential when foreign objects are not visible during a clinical examination. Precise detection of the foreign body, its anatomical position, and the affected surrounding structures are vital, especially for impalement injuries of the head and neck area. Therefore, an interdisciplinary planning approach is essential before the removal of the foreign object. Finally, tension-free anatomical adaptation of the corresponding structures is crucial for maintaining and restoring aesthetic and function. Here, we report a case of a young man victim of a projection of a metal nail through the thyrotracheal area.

Tuberculosis is a rare cause of chronic suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis; the predisposing factors of this association, however, are not commonly described. These patients typically present multiple perforations of the tympanic membrane, an ear discharge, and progressive hearing loss. This diagnosis should be taken into account in patients that do not respond to routine therapy for fungal external otitis or bacterial otitis media. We describe two cases of patients with tuberculous otitis media.

Automatic Text Summarization is a data compression process to exclude unnecessary details and include important information of a source text document in a shorter version. In this paper, we have presented the concept of four different techniques for automatic text summarization. The synthesis of text provides automatically a summary of essential phrases and incorporates all the necessary information from the original content. One of the principal techniques is extractive and abstractive when seen from the summary findings. This report offers a comprehensive and thorough evaluation of the text summary studies published between 2008 and 2019. The findings of chosen studies for identification and analysis are published in 85 journals and conference articles describing study topics/trends, data sets, preprocessing, featural characteristics, procedures, methodologies, assessments and research challenge.

Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is an autonomous system, where nodes are connected with each other through wireless links. Mobile ad hoc network topology is dynamic that can change rapidly because the nodes move freely and can organize themselves randomly therefore in a Mobile Ad-hoc Network usually seek the help of other intermediate nodes to establish communication channels. As a result network needs to have routing protocols which can adopt dynamically changing topology. To accomplish this, a number of ad hoc routing protocols have been proposed and implemented, which include ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) routing. In this paper, different routing algorithms are to be discussed and measure the performance in Packet Delivery Fraction, Throughput and Round Trip Time with constant mobility. For the implementation purpose we have used Network Simulator-2 (NS-2).

Fly ash and Ground Granulated Burnt Slag (GGBS) are chosen mainly based on the criteria of cost and their durable qualities. Not only this, Environmental pollution can also be decreased to some extent because the emission of harmful gases like carbon monoxide & carbon dioxide are very limited. This paper presents a laboratory investigation on optimum level of Fly ash and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) as a partial replacement of cement to study the strength characteristics of concrete as compare to conventional concrete (CC) of M25 grade. Portland cement was partially replaced by 10%, 20% & 30% of GGBS i.e. (GC1, GC2, and GC3) and Fly ash by 10%, 20% & 30% as FC1, FC2 & FC3. It is observed that replacement of cement in any proportion lowers the compressive strength of concrete as well as delays its hardening. This provides an environmentally friendly method of fly ash and GGBS disposal.

Inside the beyond 8 years of bitcoin's history, the economic system has visible the charge of bitcoin hastily grow due to its promising outlook on the future for crypto currencies. Traders have taken observe of numerous blessings crypto provides over the traditional banking system. One such trait is that crypto forex lets in for decentralized banking, meaning bitcoin or any alternate coins(normally referred as alt coins) can't be regulated by way of powerful banks. There may be also a marketplace cap of 21 million bitcoins that can be in movement, therefore a surplus of bitcoins cannot be "revealed" which would bring about inflation. Bitcoin resolves the difficulty with transaction protection by way of using a block chain, or a ledger, which statistics the records of each transaction ever made into one long hexadecimal "chain" of nameless transactions, which continues transaction records obvious, but also exclusive. Recurrent neural networks (RNN) with long term memory cells(LSTM) cells can be used . We show that the price of crypto coins can be expected with machine learning.

In India, bricks are usually made up of clay, and are generally produced in traditional, unorganized small-scale industries. Brick making consumes larger amount of clay which leads to top soil removal and land degradation. To avoid all this environmental threat an attempt was made to study the behavior of bricks manufactured using, waste materials from sugarcane industrial waste. Recycling of such waste as raw material alternatives may contribute in the exhaustion of the natural resources and reduction in waste disposal costs. In this project we choose sugarcane bagasse ash (SBA) and press mud in ordinary Portland cement (OPC) stabilized bricks. The brick was manufactured of size 25cm x 12cm x 6.5cm. The blocks were named as 4, 6 and 8 then it is added with SBA and press mud by weight of dry soil, then the bricks followed by curing f or period of 28 days. The test like compressive strength, water absorption test, shape and size test in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications by also considering the cost. There is a strong demand for environmentally safe reuse and effective disposal method for bagasse ash and press mud due to the increasing amount of sludge generated by the various industries or plant in India. Landfills are commonly us ed for disposal of sludge in India; rapid urbanization has made it increasingly difficult to find suitable landfill sites. Therefore, incineration has become one of the few alternatives available for disposal of sludge. The ultimate disposal of incinerated bagasse ash and press mud can be accomplished by using it an engineering construction material. One possible solution for the management of this sludge is to re-use it as a building material, namely, to incorporate this bagasse ash and press mud into bricks. The fired clay brick is one of the most common and abundant masonry building materials and remain popular for its many characteristic properties. As such, the recycling of waste materials by incorporating them into bricks has been a popular topic of investigation over the last century, with varying degrees of success across a wide range of waste material. This popularity is likely due to flexibility on the type of wastes which can be mixed in to the brick making material, but more importantly, the high temperature involved in firing the bricks allows for the volatilization of dangerous Component, as well as the fixation of wastes into the vitreous phase of the brick. The current study investigates the potential for reusing sugarcane sludge or bagasse ash and press mud by using it as a partial replacement material.

Abstract:- Water is the most important element for all living organisms on the earth. Without water nothing can survive. As a matter of fact, there is only 1%drinking water available on earth. Specially for human being pure water for drinking purpose is very essential as contaminated water cause number of diseases. Our project is basically to purify water for drinking purpose which is based on ultrafiltration method along with cooling and heating based on Thermoelectric Peltier effect using the Solar panel. We have used Activated carbon filtration &ultrafiltration(UF) method to purify water which is the most useful technique for water purification. We are using solar panels for charging the battery and used the RC circuit for controlling Peltier module and the pump. As we know that solar energy is renewable source of energy and It does not affect the environment.
