Green technology is potentially important concept which plays a role to achieve the global sustainable development. Today the world needs a new serious innovation, which would lead for a better environment. The basic objective of the study is to realize the requirement of innovative green products for today's global market and also try to identify the negative impact of non-green products. For the purpose of the study, a particular city (Coimbatore city-Tamil Nadu State) has been selected, collected required data from various available resources, analysed with suitable statistical methods and identified facts. The study reveals that the so-called green products or organic products has more positive impact to the mankind's and helps to eradicate certain issues pertaining to green technology. It helps for the sustainable development. The study also throws a light on future research opportunities. The factors that determine the consumer's willingness to buy green products are because of their consciousness about the environment and their health. People have become more willing to pay for green products. Their willingness to buy green products will be greater than traditional products as the consumers in the contemporary world marketplace generally exhibit a heightened awareness of environmental issues and consequently experience significant levels of environmental concern. Other than that, consumers are more willing to purchase green products because green products have the least impacts and harmful effects toward the environment and human health. Therefore, it could be said that consumers are willing to buy green products because they are "green" and eco-friendly.

The paper seeks to explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Indian pomegranate market. Significant changes happened in the Indian pomegranate market during the lockdown phase. The arrival and attack of the Covid-19 pandemic in India from the first week of March 2020 have a lot of negative impacts on the postharvest supply chain, transportation, retail marketing, and trade of pomegranate. But in the long-term, we can take the lessons and strengthen the production, marketing management, and postharvest management practices for the benefit of the pomegranate farmers of India. From secondary data analysis and literature review, it is found that India, as a highly growing market, has the potential for large quantity consumption and export of pomegranate fruit. Furthermore, as the pandemic is changing the food consumption habits globally, the export of fresh pomegranates is an opportunity for farmers to gain a high return on investment. In addition, the pomegranate market has the potential to create new job opportunities and uplift the lifestyle of pomegranate producers.

With the rapid growth and development in Internet of Things(IoT) devices, there is an increase in cyber-attacks targeting these devices. Attackers continue to find new mechanisms and techniques for tricking systems, thereby exploiting the existing IoT-HUB for illegal purposes. Hence detection of attacks in IoT and detecting malicious traffic in early stages is very challenging due to increase in size of network traffic. Also IoT devices have low storage capacity and low processing power, hence traditional security solutions to prevent IoT systems are inappropriate. In this paper, a lightweight framework based on Machine Learning algorithms is proposed for detection of malicious network traffic. The framework uses three classification based ML algorithms, namely K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN), Support Vector Machine(SVM), Random Forest(RF) for detecting attacks.

Abstract: Badminton is one of the fastest popular games in various corners of the world. The intensity of the game needs various motor fitness components; one of them is agility. The main purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of plyometric exercises with skill oriented exercises on the agility of badminton players. The study was carried out with 50 badminton players, 25 experimental and 25 control groups from the northeast region between the age group of 18 to 25 years. Twelve (12) weeks of the training program were employed for the experimental group only. Semo Agility test was used as a tool to collect and analyze data before and immediately after the completion of 12 weeks of the training program. Jamovi 2.0.0.0 version software was used to examine the data, to test the hypothesis-dependent t-test and ANCOVA for the main effect was employed; the level of significance was set at 0.05. The normality of the data was treated with Shapiro Wilk, p=0.247, and was found no violation, p>0.05. In conclusion, the result shows that there was significance difference observed between the adjusted mean of the experimental group (ANCOVA, F=108, p<0.001; which is lesser than 0.05) as compared to the control group; So the Post hoc Tukey test was employed for pair wise mean comparison (MD=0.68, p<0.001); insignificance mean difference was observed between pre and posttest mean of the control group (t=0.244@, p=0.809>0.05) but significant difference was established among pretest and posttest mean of experimental group (t=9.57*, p?0.001, much lesser than 0.05), Thus the researcher suggested to focus on plyometric exercises with skill-oriented exercises to improve the agility of badminton players.

Power converters with DC-DC output are gaining more attention in the world of electronic research. The development of SIMO converters was necessary to meet changing voltage requirements. With an integrated dual output converter, boost and buck operations can be performed at the same time through a single input power source. A number of power switches are used to develop the integrated converter, as opposed to a conventional buck-boost converter. With the integrated single input dual output converter, both switches can be operated together and simultaneously to produce buck and boost voltages. Multiple outputs can be controlled with the PIC controller. We develop and test a hardware prototype for an integrated dual output converter.

Several scientific techniques are used during criminal investigations by the law enforcement agencies while identifying suspects and establishing the connection between a suspect and a crime beyond doubt. Techniques of collecting measurements of the suspects or prisoners such as finger prints, foot impressions or blood samples etc., may infringe the Fundamental Right to privacy under Article 21of the Constitution and the prohibition against self-incrimination under Article 20 (3). Therefore, certain provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and the Identification of Prisoners Act, 1920 grant the required legal authority to collect evidence of physical nature from the body of the suspect/prisoner. However, the courts found that this century old law has many limitations relating to the use of the modern scientific measures of collecting evidence. Therefore, on 4 April 2022, the Criminal Procedure (Identification) Bill, 2022 has been passed in Lok Sabha seeking to replace the 1920 Act. The Bill invited much criticism of being a threat to the constitutional rights of persons concerned as it expanded the type of data that may be collected, the persons from whom such data may be collected, and the authorities that may require such collection. This paper endeavours to highlight the provisions of the Bill and argue for the reconsideration of the provisions that pose a potential threat to the human rights concerns of people. It is suggested that the proposed law which puts the human rights of persons at stake has to be thoroughly re-considered at any cost before it becomes a law.

Odometry is the most widely used method for determining a mobile robot's current position. Odometry gives conveniently accessible real-time positioning information in between periodic absolute location measurements in most practical applications. In differential-drive mobile robots, the most common sources of systematic error in odometry measurements are: a) uneven wheelbase and b) uncertainty about the effective wheelbase diameters. These errors are nearly constant and accumulate overtime. Therefore, there is need to calibrate the odometry sensor. In literature, it has been found that turn table method is widely adopted by the most of the researchers. In the proposed work, we are going to introduce hexagonal table for the calibration of odometry sensor. Finally, obtain result will compare with the traditional calibration methods.

Cloud Technology, Data Mining, Hadoop, and MapReduce are some of the technologies that are used to analyze Big Data today in the world of Information Technology. For several decades, securing valuable data from intruders, viruses, and worms has been a challenge. To preserve the data, several technologies and procedures have been developed. In this study, we analyzed numerous security and privacy approaches proposed by various researchers, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each methodology. The term Big Data refers to technologies for managing and analyzing large amounts of information that transcend the capabilities of traditional data processing techniques. The three characteristics of Big Data differentiate it from traditional technologies: volume of data (volume), speed of data transmission (velocity), and variety of structured and unstructured data types (variety). The study examines how Big Data has aided in the advancement of security analytics by providing new tools and opportunities for analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data

In civilized countries, the judiciary is given a place of greater significance because the courts constitute a dispute-resolving mechanism. And, in case of written constitution the judiciary has more specific and special role to play. In the countries having written constitution, courts are given power of declaring any law or administrative action, which may be inconsistent with constitution as unconstitutional and hence void. Judiciary happens to be one of the most important organs in any modern democratic state. It is not only the interpreter of law but also the guardian of rights of the people. It seeks to establish a secular polity founded on social justice. But at the same time it also guarantees to all persons equally freedom of conscience and the right to profess, practice and propagate religion and to manage their religious affairs and own property and administer property according to law. Although their rights are subject to reasonable restrictions but if they come in the way of the government while implementing the constitutional mandate contained in Article 44 of the Constitution, it is the judiciary who has empowered to decide the dispute between the two.

The increase in criminal activity has led individuals to consider seriously before choosing a safe area to live. The reason for the selection of this topic was to let ordinary people learn about and comprehend the crime rate in a certain district in Maharashtra. All of the data on prior crimes committed by criminals in Maharashtra was the basic necessity in this project to make use of the deep learning module to make predictions based on the acquired data. A raw dataset was created using data acquired from several online sources like Google, Kaggle, and Twitter. Fb prophet, a deep learning module was used in this project. The work is categorized into three parts: crime analysis, crime prediction, and crime prevention measures. The data columns that make up our raw dataset are used to conduct crime analysis. The forecast chart will display the number of crimes that will be committed in a certain district in the future. Various crime-prevention techniques that would help individuals to explore the safety of the area based on the predicted crime rate are also discussed in this project.

Identification of IPC (Indian Penal Code) system is the system where the system can identify the IPC's on the basis of structured or un-structured data without human interference. There are many disadvantages which may arise due to unawareness about the law. As, the India has largest democracy where polices places important roles in providing justice and punishment, hence it is essential for them to know the IPC sections which must be imposed on specific charge. Our Indian Constitutional law is huge and complex, everyone cannot spend their time in reading and understanding it, even law professionals find it complex to understand it. Therefore, the purpose of our research paper is to present or propose such a system which will be helpful for the polices to impose the IPC sections on criminals or rule breakers without interference of lawyers as this process can be lengthy and time consuming. Here, the system uses Universal Sentence Encoder as a model. It predicts the different IPC sections on the basis of the given input. In this way, it helps to identify the appropriate amendment law (IPC). In this, by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep learning(DL) produce accurate results.

Freedom of speech and expression is considered the mother of all liberties as it has been recognized as an essence of a free & democratic society, as it is regarded as the first and foremost right in the process of individual self-development. Democracy is extolled because of the freedom of speech and expression present in it. This freedom has been accorded a supreme status in almost all the countries worldwide. The exercise of freedom of speech and expression can only be limited under the procedure established by law. Sedition laws are also among various restrictions that can be imposed to curtail free speech in the interest of public order. Sedition is not mentioned as one of the grounds on which restrictions on the freedom of speech and expression may be imposed. The Study has adopted a doctrinal method of Study and is limited to assessing the legal regime on freedom of speech and expression with special reference to sedition law in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
