Intelligent Transportation Systems have been constantly evolving as an important topic to research in recent times, changing the total traveling and traffic experience by implementing a few advanced services and applications. These services try and contribute to mitigating the major problems that arise from the increasing need for transportation in our lives. Despite the progress that has been made, there is still a need for advanced and distributed solutions that can use the data that is available in systems to provide a real-time service or an application on parking systems. Therefore, in this presentation, we are going to present a new structure with distributed intelligence, and decentralized decisions. The proposed structure is scalable and deployed to tackle the problem arisen due to inefficient traffic management in parking lots, where traffic load is increasing substantially, by vehicles moving around with no proper destination, in an endless search for free parking spots. This web application can help in significantly reducing through the availability and diffusion of the information regarding vacant parking spots to users in a given parking lot.

In this paper, we derive a concept from the study of the various ideas and put forward a concept to help differently abled means disabled person to communicate by using a real-time visual-audio translator human computer interface, as by this the difficulty is to be removed. As the human evolved through the ages the communicating factors and medium can as they learn that it is important to communicate as to develop, to express the thoughts and convey the ideas, innovation, imagination and creativity with the fellow beings. As by the ages the modes changes naturally first non-verbal then verbal it was all in nature be we have to progress, but by this a little but the significant population of people is been barred, as in this only country about at the most 3% people cannot speak as they are dumb or they cannot listen as by this they are deaf, and at the least 2% of the population is blind that is they cannot see. Hence the gestures and sign language is the non-verbal mode of communication for deaf or dumb people but by this all the people who have not familiar with this knowledge with them the communication can be barred by this means there have been to remove this barrier, a medium is develop by this the hand gesture is taken as input from the camera and then the image is been processed this is called image processing (with tensorflow) and the after that the gesture is recognized and text on the screen is been displayed and as for output the gesture which is recognized is been given out in the form of the sound (voice) from the speaker by this a dumb or deaf person can communicate with blind person. For another conversation from blind person to dumb or deaf person, as the blind person can speak in this the input is taken as speech from the microphone and then the speech recognition takes place and then the text is given out as on the screen which can be read by the dumb or deaf person as they can see, in this Speech processing is used. By this application interface our aim which is to have communication between two disabled person and also between disabled person and other person can be done, as the system provide us the new innovation, been natural, user friendly and not so complicated in the way of interaction between computer interface and human beings.

In the world, a countless number of people are missing every day which includes most of them are children's. Most of them remain untraced. This project proposes a system that would help the police and the public by accelerating the process of searching using face recognition. When a child goes missing, the police can upload the picture of the child by taking the latest picture of child from the parents when the case is registered and he get stores in the database. With the advent of the technology, especially cameras which are installed in many public and private areas to provide surveillance activities. The footage of the cameras can be used to recognize the pretrained missing child on scene. In this model, an automated facial recognition system for Missing Child database was proposed using known Haar feature-based cascade classifier. This system will be able to detect face and recognize face automatically in real time.

The paper tries to link the gap existing in between the role of social media and democratization in the Arab world through the theory of social constructivism. It reveals why various scholars have perceived democracy to be incompatible with the Arab world, which eventually made it difficult to understand the sudden emergence of pro-democracy protests, particularly in countries like Tunisia and Egypt. It further explains what social media is, primarily taking into account the social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. It gives instances of how social media defied the earlier notions of being marginal or elitist and rather endowed a platform for the Arabs to voice their opinions and dissent, which they were unable to do so with the traditional Arab media. The paper scrutinizes democratic institutions in the Arab world as a structure and the emergence of social media as a process rather than a platform. The question of identities and interests of the Arabs are explained on the lines of family, clan, tribes, and ethnicities, religious and non-religious contexts. The impact of identity and interest in the process of transforming structures is further analysed

The liver is the largest gland and largest internal organ in the human body. The abnormal growth of cell in the liver causes liver cancer which is also known as hepatic cancer where, Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). Most of the peoples who have liver tumour were died due to the fact of inaccurate detection. The detection of this tumours is difficult and mostly found at advanced stage which causes life-threatening issues. Hence it is far essential to discover the tumour at an early stage. So, the principle intention of this project is to detect liver cancer at earlier stage using image processing technique. Computer-aided diagnosis from various medical imaging techniques can assist significantly in detecting liver cancer at a very early stage. This project presents an automated method of detecting liver cancer in abdominal CT images and classifying them using the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. The proposed model consists of several stages where the image is first normalized and pre-processed using a Median filter to remove noise in the image. After histogram equalization of image, the features are extracted based on Discrete wavelet transformation (DWT). Finally, liver CT images are classified implementing support vector machine and segmented results. The software used here is MATLAB.

Bipolar Disorder is a complex disorder that affects millions of people in the world.1in every 100 people are affected by bipolar disorder. One of the fields of work that could benefit from Machine Learning is, without doubt, the field of medicine. It is our belief that with the use of Machine Learning we can help both patients and doctors make a better diagnosis of this illness. The goal of this project is to apply different Machine Learning algorithms to symptoms based patient data in order to help create a prediction model. This model would make it easier for psychiatrists to decide whether their patients might be tending towards a depression or mania episode, or staying in a euthymic state.

Studies on the production and application of nanomaterials have been carried out for many years. They have a variety of appealing properties due to differences in the nature of the base element, molybdenum, and the other chemical element, Sulphur, an oxygen family element. Even though significant advances in our understanding of the processes involved in the nucleation, development, and structure of molybdenum disulphide nanoparticles, as well as the mechanisms behind their biological characteristics and catalytic activity, a number of difficulties remain. Nanomaterial evolution has aided in altering the shape and structure of materials at the nanoscale level to reach desired applications. To discriminate between semiconducting and metallic phases, quasi two-dimensional (Q2D) materials such as graphene and 2D honeycomb silicon, as well as layered transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) (WS2), were developed. Due to its ability to exhibit a wide range of properties when it transitions from bulk to nanoscale. Among these, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is an interesting multifunctional material. Because of its (1.9 eV) straight bandgap value, a single sheet of MoS2 is undoubtedly capable of post-silicon electronics. At room temperature, it has a high on/off current ratio and mobility of roughly 200 cm2 (Vs-1). The structure of MoS2 is also responsible for two of its features. It is useful for gas sensing because it has a hexagonal configuration with covalently connected S-Mo-S atomic layers and a Van der Waals connection between neighbouringMoS2 layers. MoS2 has a varity range of practical applications due to its promising features. We strive to cover current techniques of synthesis and its applications in the application of 2D MoS2 materials under this review.

At the end of the day every hotel / restaurant / Function hall will have a remnant food with them. Obviously they will throw it out without thinking much about it. As it may not give them a loss. But, there are many people in India who are unable to find the food to fulfill their hunger sometimes even once a day. One side the food is getting wasted unnecessarily and the other side there is need of food. In order to balance this we came up with a solution. We are designing an application to reach out the needy people with this remnant food so that at least some people may get the food. Our application "No More Hunger" helps to upload the locations where the food is available. Based on the locations the food activists can reach out to respective hotel / restaurant / function hall and will provide the food to the needy people.
