 Abstract

Menopause involves hormonal changes that cause physical symptoms which vary from woman to woman. The vasomotor symptoms include hot flushes and night sweats. The vaginal symptoms include uterine prolapsed and vaginal atrophy. During high intensity exercise, when the minute ventilation increase, the work of abdominal muscles is required to increase expiratory flow rate. The enhanced abdominal muscles activity during exercise helps expiration of air out of the lungs which result in decrease in the end-expiratory lung volume. Aim: The purpose of the study is to understand the effect of abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and thoracic mobility exercises and to determine general activity improvement in post-menopausal females. Methodology: Quasi experimental design, Simple random sampling, 30 post-menopausal women were divided into 3 groups, Group 1 performed thoracic mobility exercises and Group 2 performed abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and Group 3 performed both thoracic and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises. Result: Within the group pre and post intervention comparison was done by chi-square test. Normality test was done by Shapiro-Wilk test. The intervention was given twice a day for 2 weeks. Post exercise outcome measures were measured. The mean difference of PEFR for group A was 21 and for group B was 19 and for group C was 27. Our study concluded that group C who did both thoracic mobility and abdominal muscle exercises was more significant as comparison to group A who did only thoracic mobility exercise and group B who did only abdominal muscle strengthening exercises. Although group A and group B also showed significant result. Conclusion: Combined thoracic mobility and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises were more effective as comparison to single thoracic mobility and single abdominal muscle strengthening exercises.

 Abstract

Examinations of the photochemical literature of uranium compounds clearly indicate that attention has been given to uranium hexafluoride (UF6) extensively. The economics of laser isotope separation have dictated the directions of much of the applied photochemical research on UF6 and other volatile uranium compounds. Presently, we report the photochemical investigations carried out in our laboratory on various volatile uranium compounds namely UF6, uranium tetrahydroborate, U(BH4)4 and uranyl hexafluoro-acetylacetonate tetrahydrofuran UO2(hfacac)2. THF using conventional lamps and various lasers sources in UV/visible and infracted regions. Incidentally we have demonstrated laser isotope separation of uranium using the last compound.

 Abstract

Tourism has become a universal sensation. Hospitality industry is also on boom. Destinations in Asia, Oceania are becoming popular day by day. A growing thirst for adventure and a rapidly growing interest in clean nature are generally considered to be the factors that support the region. As India is strategically located and has a tremendous natural and cultural wealth of tourism resources, this is the right time to positively influence the influx of tourists by promoting new and emerging forms of tourism. Over time, adventure tourism is becoming a diverse tourism product. With the source of getting adventure tourists, this study focuses on the support and role of hospitality sector in promoting Adventure Tourism, in this a small survey has been done in various adventure tourist destinations in Kangra, Shimla and Kullu region of Himachal Pradesh.

 Abstract

The ultrasonic velocity (u) and density (?) has been measured for binary liquid mixture of Tetrahydrofuran with Amyl alcohol at different temperatures (303.15K, 308.15K and 313.15 K) for a constant frequency (2 MHz). Acoustic parameters like isentropic compressibility (?s), intermolecular free length (Lf), and molar volume (Vm) for the solution have been computed. The excess values of the parameters are also calculated and discussed.

 Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the perspectives of Internet of Things (IoT) which is being widely accepted and implemented by the large numbers of domestic and commercial users for various day-to-day applications to facilitate the optimum use of devices/objects (things) over the internet. IoT fulfills the requirements of almost all kind of users to use their domestic and commercial equipments/ devices by accessing them remotely over the internet. As the backbone of IoT is internet, so provision of security of data and information being exchanged is important for users and service providers. The fact that IoT is so expansive and affects practically all areas of our lives, makes it a significant research topic for studies in various related fields such as information technology and computer science. In this paper, Class Management System provides a simple interface for maintenance of important data as well as notification. It can be used by the college to maintain the records of all current appearances easily. In this application we maintain all the up-to-date news like the events, workshop and notifications like current lecture, assignment, test mark all these carried out in the department. Also the Time-Table of all the semesters is display and which is also updated. In this application, parents are able to see progress of their student. Also the attendance of the students is stored and their marks in each subject can be displayed. This system interface between student, teacher and parent. So, the each students, staff and guardian have its own user name and the password.

 Abstract

The states of India encourage tourism for the motive of revenue generation and the interchange of cultural ethos. People all around the world are travelling to enjoy the majestic views of mountains and forts, relish the scenic beauty of waterfalls, natural flora and fauna etc. The developing countries of the world enjoy the maximum tourist attraction due to several factors. These countries are less expensive and do not put an extra burden on the pockets of travellers and are less explored giving the tourists a chance of discovering themselves as well as new destinations. Our country, India has been bestowed with lofty Himalayan Mountains, the Thar Desert and islands of the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea, Western and the Eastern Ghats and several other exquisite natural features making it a favorable tourist destination. India owns immense vast cultural, social, and religious diversity which is a result of a blend of various cultures like British, Mughals and native cultures over a long period of time. The rich past of India gives us the possibility to transform the nation into a tourism hub. India, a country of diversities and an amalgamation of various cultures like Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Jainism, Parsis etc, has transformed the land of India according to their own sets of architecture. The plethora of diversity makes it clear that tourism is a promising field for the development of the nation. The study area of our research is Alwar district and has been studied qualitatively with the help of the Annual Tourism Progress Result published by the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation. This paper will going to analyze the factor limiting the tourism development in the study area.

 Abstract

Flipped classroom approach of blended learning is an emerging mean for learner centered teaching learning in education system which is a modification of traditional teacher centric class. Teacher educators must be well acquainted with this approach of teaching for making teacher training more participative. In order to make teacher education more qualitative and productive , flipped classroom approach of teaching learning can be implemented by teacher educator. The main objectives of this paper are to describe the concept of Flipped Classroom and state its needs and importance for teacher education. It was explored that flipped classroom is very much needed and important for making teacher education system more effective and meaningful for prospective and in service teachers. However it is also concluded that for making Flipped classroom successful in teacher education programme, various issues, concerns and challenges concerning to it must be considered by educational planner and administrators.

ABSTRACT Contemporary British fiction can be seen to be shaped by several factors chiefly with an experimental attitude. As noted by Morrison, it 're - established itself as the "pre - eminent literary form" triggered by the "range of new developments in the forms and concerns of the novel" . Among the various developments, one significant element is the "revival of an older, often maligned form of fiction: the romance". Significantly, the theme of 'love' occupies a central place in romance without any doubt. One of the features that the contemporary British novelists share is the idea of parallel love: the use of parallel love plots chiefly for achieving certain ends deemed important in the context of contemporary reality.

 Abstract

Deep clustering is one of the most prominent clustering techniques compared with superior clustering techniques by jointly performing feature learning and cluster assignment. Although numerous deep clustering algorithms have emerged in various applications, most of them fail to learn robust cluster-oriented features which in turn hurt the final clustering performance. In order to overcome all these problems, we try to propose a two-stage deep clustering algorithm by incorporating data augmentation and self-paced learning. In the first stage, we try to train the system with all the inputs which are required for identifying the post with category name and rank. In the next stage we just want to identify the test condition in which user try to recommend the post to others and combine a post based on category.
