 Abstract

This study analyses the financial performance and capital structure of Diamond Engineering (Chennai) Private Limited over a five-year period, using key accounting ratios and statistical tools. The objective was to evaluate how the company's financing decisions have affected its profitability and financial stability. Ratios such as current ratio, quick ratio, debt-equity ratio, net profit margin, return on equity (ROE), and return on assets (ROA) were examined to assess liquidity, solvency, and profitability. Additionally, statistical methods like correlation and regression were used to study the relationship between EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) and EPS (earnings per share). The findings reveal that while the company initially struggled with high debt and negative equity, it has shown significant improvement in recent years, especially in terms of profitability and capital structure. Correlation and regression used to identify the relationship between capital structure and profitability. The study concludes that sound financial planning and effective debt management are essential for the company's sustainable growth and value creation.

 Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the cash flow performance of Steril-Gene Life Sciences over a five-year period by analysis cash inflows and outflows across operating, investing, and financing activities. Cash flow analysis provides critical insights into the company's liquidity position, financial stability, and overall operational efficiency--especially vital in the intensive pharmaceutical industry. The research utilizes ratio analysis, comparative balance sheets, and correlation testing to interpret financial trends and interdependencies between key indicators such as current ratio, quick ratio, debt-equity ratio, and net profit. Findings reveal a declining trend in liquidity ratios, suggesting short term financial strain, despite a significant improvement in capital structure as reflected by the steady decrease in the debt-equity and debt-to-asset ratios. The company's net profit ratio displayed high volatility, pointing to inconsistent earnings performance. Notably, a strong and statistically significant positive correlation was found between the current ratio and debt-equity ratio, indicating a link between liquidity improvement and equity infusion.

 Abstract

This analysis explores the performance and strategic role of large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap mutual funds, alongside long-term equity and gold trends, to guide effective investment planning. Notable funds such as Nippon India Large Cap, Motilal Oswal Midcap, and Nippon India Small Cap exhibit strong risk-adjusted returns, as indicated by high Sharpe ratios and alpha values. Cost- efficiency, demonstrated by lower expense ratios in funds like ICICI Prudential Bluechip and HDFC Midcap Opportunities, further enhances investor gains. While large-cap funds provide stability, mid and small-cap funds offer higher growth potential, albeit with increased volatility-- necessitating alignment with individual risk profiles. Diversification, including a 10-15% allocation to gold, adds portfolio resilience due to gold's historical performance during economic crises. A disciplined strategy involving Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), regular portfolio rebalancing, and goal-aligned investing supports sustainable wealth creation over the long term.

 Abstract

The present study analyzed the impact of social media advertising on online shopping intention by integrating psychological constructs such as perception and attitude. A quantitative research design was adopted and primary data were collected from 420 respondents with structured questionnaire administered through web survey. The study employed multiple regression analysis to evaluate the relationships among variables, with social media advertising, perception and attitude as independent variables and online shopping intention as the dependent variable. The findings from this study had revealed that all the three predictors have significantly influenced online shopping intention, with attitude emerged as most influential factor. The results underscored the importance of cognitive and behavioral dimensions in determining consumer decision-making in digital environments. The study contributed to obtainable literature by providing empirical evidence based on established theoretical frameworks and offered practical implications for marketers in designing effective social media campaigns.

 Abstract

Since the 1940's ,the literary scene in Assam changed due to the cross-connections of multiple innovative ideas re-introducing the emerging concepts of modernism all over the world. Hiren Bhattacharyya, Nilamoni Phukan, Navakanta Barua, Homen Borgohain were the pioneers of Modern Assamese Poetry influenced by the poetic conventions of Baudelaire, T.S.Eliot, Ezra Pound and Rilke. In the modernist background. This paper examines the modernist vision embodied in the poetry of Hiren Bhattacharyya, one of the most influential voices in Assamese literature. Focusing on the period of post-colonial transformation in India, the study explores how Bhattacharyya's works challenge conventional poetic forms and language, reflecting the socio-political and cultural shifts of his time. Through an analysis of his use of free verse, symbolism, and avant-garde expression, this paper argues that Bhattacharyya's poetry marks a significant departure from the classical, traditional styles of Assamese verse. The study delves into the modernist themes that permeate his work, including existentialism, human struggle, societal disillusionment, and the break-down of established norms. Additionally, it examines how Bhattacharyya's unique voice and innovative use of language reflect the broader modernist impulse towards individual expression, fragmentation, and the exploration of identity in a rapidly changing world. The paper further investigates his influence on contemporary Assamese poetry and positions his contribution within the larger context of modernist literary movements both in India and globally. By focusing on specific poems, this research paper highlights the profound impact of Bhattacharyya's work on the evolution of Assamese poetry, offering insights into how modernism reshaped literary traditions in Assam.

 Abstract

The growing involvement of third-party vendors in clinical trials--ranging from labs and imaging providers to ePRO systems and decentralized technologies--has introduced both opportunities and complexities in clinical data management. This review investigates the role of third-party vendor reconciliation, highlighting its impact on data quality, trial timelines, and regulatory compliance. Through analysis of empirical results, workflow models, and best practices, the paper underscores the limitations of manual reconciliation processes and the benefits of adopting AI-driven, standards-based, and automated approaches. It also outlines future directions, including interoperability enhancements, blockchain applications, and global regulatory harmonization. Ultimately, this review presents vendor reconciliation as a strategic component of clinical trial execution that deserves investment, innovation, and institutional prioritization.

 Abstract

Politics is the art of controlling power and managing public affairs, often framing an enemy to unify a group. Democracy has shifted this focus toward ethical governance, recognizing citizens' equality, though it complicates the political process. Politicians frequently apply 'othering' to create distinctions between groups, thus reinforcing social hierarchies and power imbalances. Additionally, clientelism persists in many political systems, facilitating relationships with emerging groups while undermining democratic values. This study explores the interplay of 'othering' and 'clientelism' in state-society relations through various geopolitical case studies.

 Abstract

Due to their moderate labor concentration, micro, small, and medium-sized businesses offer greater options for overhauls per unit of capital. Effective labor force management is necessary in order to offer employment opportunities. Numerous benefits for both the company and human resources would be ensured by the skilled management of human resources under its purview, including steadily rising productivity, preventing accidents, developing sound earnings of guiding principles in effective training of growing morale and profession satisfaction, preventing labor turnover and absenteeism, managing labor indiscipline and effective accusation management, etc. The study aims to investigate the management and effective use of human resources in Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in India during the country's economic reforms. These reforms allowed for significant changes in the economy's structure, where MSMEs play a significant role. The research will demonstrate human resource management and the dynamics of its development as a crucial strategy in business development by presenting a viewpoint that many economists hold regarding a sense of competitiveness and globalization tendencies. Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses now confront difficulties in their operations, such as the human resources management process, as a result of one such extensive reform. What a step. Nonetheless, it has established a solid foundation for the development of procedures for Macedonia's market economy, which is required for the effective management and use of human resources.
