The mean platelet volume (MPV) is an inflammatory marker which suggest the activation Platelets .There are number of studies which suggest the association between the neoplastic process and metastasis of cancer . Here we have conducted a retrospective analysis to find the role of MPV as a prognostic informative marker in gall bladder cancer This study includes a retrospective analysis of 73 patients with gall bladder cancer who Underwent treatment for gall bladder cancer with curative or palliative intent . MPV was obtained and statistically analysed to find association between the nodal status (N) , overall stage as per American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging system, perineural invasion and differentiation of the tumor ,using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software (IBM corp. version 23). It was seen in this study that MPV values were significantly high in nodal positive cases (OR 3.623 ,95% CI (7.778-1.687) ; p value -0.0001), advanced stage (OR 3.623 ,95 % CI (7.778-1.687) ; p value of 0.0001) , perineural invasion (OR 3.396 , 95 %CI (8.319- 1.387 ) ; p value -0.0001) , poor differentiation (OR 2.327 , 95 % CI (4,651-1.164) ; p value -0.002 ).MPV is an inflammatory marker which relates the nodal positivity in staging and prognostication of gall bladder cancer . This marker is inexpensive and can be done conveniently aiding in ascertaining risk status of gall bladder cancer

Neo liberalism plays a critical role in affairs of World Trade Organization (WTO), it has allowed ideologies to come in the interplay in spheres of Trade Organization with other states. The interstate interaction reflects in International organization where with the help of repressive strategy, stifling dissent, coercion and use of global International Law to set agendas are promoted with specific objective of favouring the Neo-liberal hegemony of Global North under the leadership of United States Of America(USA). In auspices of the World Trade Organization Neo liberal hegemons of the Global North has placed hierarchy of command which reflects into neo liberal structure of support and global compliance of trade relations, around utilitarian construction of Laiz faire that hegemon state moots and under temporal abstraction reflects in their International business. Neo liberal jurisprudence has broken the last vestiges of realist restraint and capricious interference the cold war era jurists and economists had. The communist influence and contending socio-global political structures pertaining global trade has with rise of the neo-liberalism eventually succumbed.

Rare causes of vascular parotid swellings that may cause diagnostic error. Indeed, the additional examinations will have to be appropriate thus allowing an adapted therapeutic management. Pseudo-aneurysms of the external carotid artery or its branches are rare [1] and often secondary to trauma. We present the case of a 29-year-old patient who consulted for a left intra-parotid lesion in March 2020 following a shock on the left upward limb of the mandible occurring 4 days before. At the initial clinical examination, he found a palpable mass 2 cm in diameter, deep retro-mandibular, not pulsatile. Angioscan performed in emergency objectified after injection of contrast agent in favor of an aneurysm of the external carotid intra-parotid portion. Pseudo-aneurysms of the extra-cranial arteries are rare and most often post-traumatic, frequently affecting the internal carotid artery [2]. Only 7 cases are described in the literature [3]: 4 on the intra-parotid part of the external carotid artery, 2 on the superficial temporal artery and 1 on the posterior auricular artery [7].The different treatments include observation with regular monitoring, surgical excision, presso therapy and embolization [3,5]. In this case, the treatment consisted of embolizing the external carotid artery. Therefore, it seems to us essential to think about this pathology in case of atypical lesion before any invasive gesture. Although rare, and even if there is no trauma, it seems important to us to evoke the pseudo-aneurysms of the external carotid artery or one of its branches.

Controlling and detecting the spread of diseases like COVID-19 is essential in controlling epidemics. The measures to decrease the spread is to detect infected people ad track their previous illnesses. Contact tracing helps to isolate anyone who may be infected, since the virus can be transmitted between people without even showing any symptoms. These previous contacts can be used with mobile devices such as smart watches or smartphones that track the location and contacts through the use of communication technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or other cellular networks. This paper evaluates the importance of these technologies and determines the spread of toxic diseases. In this paper, we uses an epidemic model to evaluate productiveness and the measures to be taken, depending on contact tracking technologies from smartphones. The result show us in order to be effective of COVID-19 disease, the contact tracking technology must be accurate, contacts must be tracked quickly. This requirements make smartphone-based contact tracing to turn down the spread of virus in this period.

As we know about the way that, the greater part of Indians have farming as their occupation. Farmers as a rule have the attitude of planting a similar harvest, utilizing more manures and following the public decision. By taking a gander at the previous few years, there have been huge advancements in how machine learning can be utilized in different ventures and exploration. So we have wanted to make a framework where AI can be utilized in agribusiness for the improvement of Farmers. The overviewed research papers have given a harsh thought regarding utilizing ML with just one trait. We have the point of adding more characteristics to our framework and improve the outcomes, which can improve the yields and we can perceive a few examples for expectations. This framework will be valuable to legitimize which harvest can be filled in a specific locale

Silver has long been thought to be a toxic, yet nontoxic, inorganic antibacterial/antifungal metal. Biocidal nanoparticles are the most prevalent form. Silver, specially existed as nanoparticles, offers promise in a varity means of environmental rehabilitation activities by having created environmental degradation. Environmentally friendly tecnique methods are becoming more common in Nanotechnology in terms of fabrications, and the interest for green synthesis methods is expanding, with the aim of treating polluting reaction by-products. These procedures are also cost-effective and have a plentiful supply of raw materials. Researchers looked into its expansion, particularly in terms of synthesis procedures. The production of nanoparticles from silver is currently attracting considerable interest due to its unique properties, architectures, and uses in numerous industries. Alternatively, as a result of additional development, physical, chemical, and other methods for the creation of silver nanoparticles have all been recorded. However, the nanoparticles created using these processes are both expensive and harmful to the environment. Various elements, including as synthesis processes, temperature, dispersing agent, surfactant, and others, all have an impact on the quality and quantity of nanoparticles generated, as well as their qualities, which may lose or gain their primary applications. It's also worth noting that the primary goal for these silver nanoparticles was to synthesis them in a simple, ecologically friendly, and cost-effective method. As a result, this review focuses on the various methods for making green nanoparticles that are both environmentally friendly and simple to make at a low cost. We'll also go over some of the key characteristics that could lead to the newly developed nano particles being effective in a range of applications, such as antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, cardiac protection, wound dressing, and so on.

Currently, air pollution is a problem around the globe. India also has been agonized by this problem since ages. Earlier the government had signed COP21 agreement for shedding the carbon emissions 2025 onwards. In this regard, research has been done to identify the pollution hotspots, namely, carbon monoxide (CO) sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NO+NO2), with the help of advanced data analysis techniques. The satellite data is provided by a histogram of the concentration of impurities, which is 90% of the surface area of focus. The sources of pollution particularly are related to the activities on the surface of the Earth. Satellite offers observations every day with a different spatial resolution. Of the jobs that explain how to extract data from the settings of the various parameters, satellites provide the ultimate results and a moderate spatial resolution, on the basis of the pollution information. Therefore, the information below will be useful for the analysis of the changes traced. The identification through the native methods are as follows:- 1. Identifying Locality of hot spots. 2. Occurrence of these hot spots and trends over a period.
