Diabetes is an incurable disorder which produces various problems related to the body. It is a fast-growing disorder, about 500 million people in the world and 50 million people in India are the victims of diabetes. All problems related to diabetes can be reduced through physical exercise, proper and balanced diet, and medication. The current invasive technique which is painful and inconvenient because people have to prick their finger to draw the blood for the measurement of glucose concentration in the blood on a daily basis so it is not recommended for a lifetime. People living in villages (economically poor) do not have facilities to check their blood sugar level regularly because of unavailability of glucose measurement devices and procedural cost. To overcomethe difficulties caused by invasive methodwe are using non-invasive method in our project. In this project we are displaying the glucose value on LCD and this data can be stored in database, and also this data sent to the doctors through web/android application so that patient can get early medications and they can take precautions.

Police work is one of the top rated professions for job stress. The work of police is to protect life and property. Due to the complexity of their job design and ambience of working environment, it is anticipated that officers sometimes face high level of stress mainly linked with the security, social factors, working environment and inactivity/inadequacy. The broad objective of the study was to evaluate to what extent all four ranks of police personnel differ in terms of Job Stress. Mean standard deviation and one way analysis of variance was carried out on all the self-report measures to see the extent of difference between the total sample of 280 police personnel from the four ranks included in the study. It was found that police personnel at the position of constables reported significantly higher job stress scores than those at the rank of head constables and assistant sub-inspectors. Head constables report significantly higher job stress than their assistant sub-inspector counterparts and inspectors report significantly higher job stress scores than their assistant sub-inspector counterparts. Thus, the job stress scores of constables were highest followed by inspectors, head constables and assistant sub-inspectors, head constables and assistant sub-inspectors. So, the constables and inspectors are quite close to each other on the job stress scores.

In many countries, the issue of farm animal welfare has become increasingly of quintessence. The conditions in which farm animals are kept is a big concern for farm animal welfare. In most of the systems, animals are kept in imprisonment for most of their lives. There should be some commonly accepted principles on how to treat animals and how they will be used by humans for their purposes. Animal welfare played a huge rule on use of an ethical basis for animal welfare excellence. Animals have boundless capacity to feel the real state of emotions, to gain from their experiences, to learn new things, to adapt new places, to face the challenges and to suffer from the basic needs. It is the right time to expand relations between humans and animals. It is the time to move forward and to take the real action so that the lives of farm animals will improve. World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) has developed some standards for both earthbound and aquatic animals. According to OIE, animal health is an important component of animal welfare. It is very much necessary to change the public thinking about the importance of good animal welfare. In developing countries, legislative actions are necessary where the poor animal welfare is enormous and production management failed to fulfill substandard.

The exigencies caused by the nationwide lockdown imposed by the government of India in the wake of the global pandemic, several states in India have come out with ordinances and notification diluting the labour laws to provide more flexibility to businesses to mitigate the impact of the pandemic on the economy. This will help industries which have suffered heavily from the blow of the pandemic and create more employment opportunities. However, these relaxations provided in the labour laws, if given the assent of the President, infringe the rights of the workers. In this research article, we will put insight into the changes brought by different states in labour laws and the rationale behind such dilution. Then we will cover the impact of the labour law reforms. At last, we would put our concluding thoughts with some suggestions.

This paper focuses on assessing the transmission execution of wireless links with in the HSRs and trying to derive this scenario from an optimal power allocation strategy. Considering the fact, that the information transmitted between the train and the base station usually has diverse quality-of-service (QoS) requirements for different services. QoS-distinguished power allocation algorithm is derived to achieve the largest achievable rate region. It is proved that the traditional water-filling algorithm and the channel inverse algorithm are often considered two specific cases of this Constant Power algorithm.

Unstructured data remains to be a challenge in every data intensive application domains like business, research and technology driven companies and they are in the form of tweets, news, emails, reviews etc. Using text analytics we can extract meanings, patterns, and structure hidden inside unstructured text data. The term text analytics is an integrated framework by using techniques from data mining, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP). Text analytics uses techniques and methods that are used to get insights from unstructured data. These techniques can be broadly classified as topic extraction or modelling, cluster analysis which is a part of exploratory data analytics and sentiment analysis also called text classification which is a part of predictive text mining which is also called machine learning. To apply any kind of text mining technique like clustering or classification on text it has to be first pre processed and need to be converted to a bag of words model so that we can extract features form the pre-processed data where we convert documents into vectorized format using word frequency count which has values in binary form so the machine(computer) can understand. SMART URT extends for Smart Unified extraction of sentiments from reviews and topics from documents which is a natural language processing unified framework in which I built a topic extraction model using text cluster analytics and also built a sentiment analyser which predicts if a movie review is positive negative or neutral.

Abstract: Now a days, wild animals and forest department are facing so many problems. Wild animals move towards urban area. Since forest woods has destroyed from human being day by day in the forest. The forest area reduced, so animals struggle for their existence in the forest. A survey found that 75% of forest burns due to fire. This loss of forest is very dangerous for wild animal lives. In early time, if the forest fire detected, forest area makes very safe and secured. Our proposed experiment conducted for safe guard of forest and wild lifes against fire. IOT based device and sensors uses to monitoring of the heat of environment in the atmosphere and amount of moisture in atmosphere. In our paper, Arudino UNO a fire detector is used. Arudino UNO connected with heat sensor, smoke sensor and buzzer. By the help of GSM, which send SMS to registered mobile numbers. Temperature Sensor used to know the temperature variation in the forest area, value of temperature display on LCD screen. Flame sensor indicates higher or lower flame. Higher flame indicates fire is spreads in the forest otherwise not. When the fire attacks the forest, various sensors send notification to the authorities, and make alert messages to application through android mobile or access the webpage through internet.

A Comprehensive energy audit is an important process to be carried out for energy conservation. Energy audit is monitoring and analysis of the use of energy using observations and technical report containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency with cost-benefit analysis including the action plan which reduces energy consumption. In other words, an energy audit is a beneficial tool for defining and pursuing detailed energy management programs. It has positive approach aiming at continuous improvement in energy utilization in contrast to financial energy audit which stresses to maintain regularity. A comprehensive i.e. detailed energy audit is an important tool in transforming the fortunes of any organization. Conservation and efficient use of energy in industry has been a priority of the Government of India for a long time. As a result, among industrial consumers, the aspect of the energy conservation is gaining importance due to the realization that energy saved is energy produced and that too at an economical cost. Chillers consume more than 35% of the total energy used in the manufacturing industry for space conditioning. In this paper, energy consumption by chillers, chilled water pumps, condenser pumps, and cooling tower fan motors has been estimated using data collected by a detailed energy audit. For energy conservation, recommendations and improvements proposed through the analyses and observations are discussed in this paper.
