Isoxazole is an azole with an oxygen atom next to the nitrogen. Isoxazoles and their derivatives extracted from natural sources are limited in numbers. The isoxazole compounds and their derivatives have many importance in pharmaceutical industries like work as anti-tumor, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial agents. Therefore, this research work was focused to design the isoxazoles and their derivatives which have strong medicinal and pharmaceutical activities. The calculated result reveals that our designed molecules have better pharmaceutical activities and can be use as anti-bacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial agents. The title compounds were characterized by element analysis, IR and NMR spectral data. All the compounds were tested for their antibacterial and antifungal activities by broth dilution method.

Lactobacillus is a genus of gram-positive, facultative anaerobic or microaerophilic, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming bacteria. Lactobacillus acidophilus plays a most important role in the fermented products of the dairy industry and delivers the therapeutic characteristics of human health. As the greater quantity of antibiotics was used for the treatment of humans and farm animals as well and even for fish in aquaculture, that will result in the selection of pathogenic bacteria resistant to multiple drugs. Several research a great focus on the Identification of Lactic Acid Bacteria, that include conventional biochemical examinations like carbohydrate fermentation outlines using commercially accessible kits, physiological tests, and complex techniques by using molecular-based biology methods. More recently, Bio-log and API Kit have been applied to an enormous amount for Lactic Acid Bacteria Identification. The current study is carried out to isolate, identify, and evaluate the antagonistic activity of L. acidophilus. obtained from curd and milk samples as well. The antimicrobial action of this species was assessed with the agar well diffusion method against some pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Salmonella typhi). L. acidophilus. isolated and identified based on biochemical characterization as catalase-negative, motility negative, citrate negative indole negative, and fermentation of carbohydrates. In the present study, the total number of six isolates were detected as Lactobacillus sp. The isolated and identified L. acidophilus strains (n=6) were examined for their antagonistic activity against MDR strains of S. aureus, E. coli. and S. typhi. In the study, maximum inhibition was detected by LA1and LA4 against S.aureus (18mm) and S.typhi (18mm), respectively. The bare minimum inhibition was noticed in the case of LA3 against S. typhi i.e., 4.0mm. Other Lactobacillus isolates exhibited modest or nil antagonistic activity against tested pathogenic bacteria.

Blind source separation (BSS) consists of the extraction of individual signals from their mixture using no prior knowledge about their nature. Here, we address the blind separation of audio sources by means of Principal component analysis (PCA) and Independent Component Analysis (ICA), which is a popular method for BSS using the assumption that the original sources are mutually independent. PCA and ICA algorithm working for mixed signals is studied and depicted in this paper.

Drug discovery is a procedure that tries to find a therapeutically beneficial chemical for curing and treating disease. Identification of candidates, synthesis, characterisation, validation, optimization, screening, and tests for therapeutic efficacy are all part of this process. Once a molecule has been proven to be significant in these studies, it will begin the medication development process prior to clinical trials. To create a medicine that is safe, effective, and meets all regulatory standards, the new drug development process must go through numerous stages. One of the main points of our article is that the process is long, complicated, and expensive enough that multiple biological targets must be considered for any new treatment that is eventually approved for clinical use, and new research methods may be required to investigate each new target. It takes a long time and a lot of effort to turn a discovery into a commercial medicine. It takes roughly 12 to 15 years from discovery to licenced drug, and an expenditure of about $1 billion is required. A million molecules are screened on average, but only one is investigated in late-stage clinical trials and eventually made available to patients. This article gives a quick overview of how new drugs are discovered and developed.

Heavy oil comprises of 75% of petroleum resources in the world. Only a small fraction of these resources have been produced due to crucial and expensive techniques than those of the conventional oils. Due to the decline in the production of easy oil, industries are striving hard for utilizing unconventional oil resources which consists of mainly heavy oils, extra heavy oils and bitumen. These resources consists of viscous oils so their use requires extra efforts to ensure the viability of the oil recovery from the reservoir and its subsequent transportation to production wells and to ports and refineries. For satisfying the demand of the market the oil companies need to improve the efficiency of upstream, midstream and downstream. The paper mentions the challenges faced by the oil companies during production and transportation. Different technologies are reviewed and the benefits and constraints of each technology are highlighted with the view that this will provide direction for improvement and development of novel technologies for heavy oil transportation via pipelines. The main properties of heavy crude oils like high viscosity, density, etc as well as traditional and emergent methods for their recovery and transportation are discussed. The challenges to achieve viable recovery and transportation of unconventional oils are compared for the different alternatives purpose. The work specifically focuses on the heavy oils, its properties, efficient methods of recovery and transportation. If the challenges mentioned in the review are handled properly than there is a significant potential for the upcoming innovative projects to become economically flexible

We know the Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are nanostructures derived from rolled graphene planes and possess various interesting chemical and physical properties. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are allotropes of carbon with a nanostructure that can have a length-to-diameter ratio greater than 1,000,000. These cylindrical carbon molecules have novel properties that make them potentially useful in many applications in nanotechnology. Their unique surface area, stiffness, strength and resilience have led to much excitement in the field of pharmacy. CNTs can be conjugated with various biological molecules including drugs, proteins and nucleic acid to afford bio-functionalities. CNTs exist as single (SWNTs), and multi-walled (MWNTs) structures. They present several interesting properties, such as high aspect-ratio, ultra-light weight, strength, high thermal conductivity and electronic properties ranging from metallic to semiconducting. The CNTs are valuable in the field of drug delivery, blood cancer, breast cancer, brain cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, gene therapy, immune therapy, biomedical imaging, biosensors and tissue engineering.

Recent studies have highlighted that insider threats are more destructive than external network threats. This project mainly focuses on the user behavior to detect the insider attack within the organization. Based on the above considerations, we have come up with some solutions where we focus on the behavior of individual user, User activities and analysis on the access rights and usage to check the outcome as whether they are Normal user with no harm or Abnormal (Malicious). Feature Engineering is the process where we select the fixed set of procedures to identify behavior of the employee effectively. The implementation is done by applying various machine learning and deep learning algorithms to get high classification accuracy of the model. The trained data is feed to the Model engine to gain the experience about the user activities and test data is used to find the accuracy of the model and defining the behavior of the user a normal or malicious. The data used is the CMU CERT synthetic insider threat dataset version r5.2 Our unique approach produces comparatively good accuracy of 100%.
