Hereditary spherocytosis is a common and very common anemia of hemolytic anemia caused by a deficiency of red cell membrane proteins. In recent years, major advances in our understanding of red cell membranes and the better structure of its components have allowed a clearer understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease. In this article, we present an overview of the erythrocyte bone and its unique components. we also review the clinical features of the disease and describe current cell defects involving membrane proteins that have been shown to play an important role in the inherited spherocytosis. Current diagnostic tests for hereditary spherocytosis (HS) focus on the detection of hemolysis or indirectly assessing defects of membrane protein, whereas direct methods to detect protein defects are complicated and difficult to implement.

Roads play a very vital role in the economic and social development of any place. Present days without transport, we cannot imagine our daily life. Present-day life is completely dependent on transportation that helps to move people and things from one place to another. Roads are important not only from a social-economic point of view but also from a strategic point of view. Road construction in the hilly region is a difficult task, due to the geographical location and geological setting of the Himalayan mountainous region. Therefore, uncontrolled construction cannot be permissible. If we ignore the geographical and environmental perspective of the hilly region for construction then it can be a major cause of landslides leading towards disasters. One-line roads are useful for the economic development of any place; road widening must be avoided and by the government until and unless not necessary for the security purposes or specific area development of any part of this sensitive domain.

The dielectric parameters have been determined for mixture of lorazepam-methanol with various concentrations in the frequency range of 10MHz to 50MHz at temperature of 283 K by time domain reflectometry (TDR). The static permittivity and relaxation time have been used to obtain the excess permittivity, excess inverse relaxation time, Bruggeman factor, Kirkwood factor and thermodynamic parameters. A variation of dielectric constant and relaxation time, with volume fraction of lorazepam confirms structural formation due to the intermolecular interaction between lorazepam and methanol. The variation of different factors for different mole fraction of lorazepam in the binary mixture reported in the paper.

In 20th century after industrial revolution, we face enormous effects of pollution on environment. And due to advance technology pollution is increasing drastically. plastic waste is one of the serious and large problem in pollution because plastic is not easy to decompose and remains for long period in environment. for cure this issue we use plastic as a binder material for road construction by decreasing some percentage of bitumen. when the plastic waste mixed with bitumen it increases strength and durability. It helps to improve environment condition and road life span. .

Radar applications require waveform sequences with maximum autocorrelation and minimum cross correlation. Attaining such waveform sequences is a complex multivariable problem. So the tricky of waveform design stated above is a thought-provoking problem. Several global optimization algorithms like ant-colony algorithm, tunneling algorithm, genetic algorithm, bat algorithm, were stated in the literature for solving the problem of waveform design. The paper targets at the design of optimal set of Binary Sequences using hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm which makes use of Hamming Scan Algorithm for Mutation. The main advantage of HSA Algorithm is it enhances the search space of PSO, thereby preventing the local optimum trapping of PSO. The synthesized Binary Sequences using Hybrid PSO have improved autocorrelation properties than standard PSO.

Weather Prediction is for the most part worried about the forecast of climate condition in the given future time. Weather prediction give basic data about future climate. Predicting the weather is fundamental to help planning generally advantageous and the most exceedingly terrible atmosphere. Here K-Means Clustering algorithms is used to identify the variation in the weather condition in terms of Temperature, Humidity, Wind Speed, Pressure and Weather. Weather predictions are significant for arranging our everyday exercises. Farmers need data to enable them to anticipate the planting and gathering of their yields. Prediction of weather condition is essential for various applications like Agricultural,Industry,Air Traffic, Marine, Forestry,Army and navy etc

Currently, the differential function has been widely used in transformer protection relay. However, the main issue of this technique is assigned to the relay mis operation during the presence of inrush currents and current transformer (CT) saturation. In the literature, these limitations have been overcome with the use of tools based on artificial intelligence and signal processing, such as the methods based on artificial neural networks and wavelet transform. This paper proposes a method based the ANNs and wavelet transform to detect and classify disturbance in the power transformer accurately. The algorithm uses wavelet based disturbance detector in order to detect any disturbance related to a power transformer, whereas a neural network based routine is used to classify the disturbance type (internal fault, external fault and transformer energization) appropriately, as well as to classify the internal faults. Several events were simulated, such as external and internal faults, with variations of fault resistance, fault inception angle, and fault type parameters, as well as transformer energizations. The method presented an excellent success rate regarding the correct classification of the disturbance as well as an accurate fault classification.

Smart contracts are is a self-executing contract that automatically executes when pre-defined conditions are met including financial services industry. Smart contracts, which are enabled by blockchain or distributed ledgers, have been held as a solution to many of the issues associated with traditional financial contracts, which are simply not designed for the digital age. Financial intermediaries raise overhead expenses and enhance regulatory requirements while enabling interoperability for the financial system and lowering risk. This concept aims to adopt smart contracts that will lead to reduced risks, lower administration and service costs, and more efficient business processes across all major segments of the financial services industry.

Online FIR System is the Computerization of present manual system of Police Stations. There are many flaws and shortcomings in the present system. The present system is a manual system. In case of present manual system all the record is kept in documented form and stored in various types of registers. The manual system has no proper system for record storage and storing the information about crimes and criminals. The present system of police is not automated. The documentation of criminal records is done manually. Case files are dumped in heaps while some are kept on shelves. These important documents quickly get dusty and because of lack of proper storage, some criminal documents are seriously damaged. With this kind of situation, it becomes highly difficult and even impossible to track down known criminal, access past criminal history of a suspect and know the status of some concluded cases. In police stations all the file work is done by the staff, so burden of work leads to the criminal's information to be delayed. There are also problems of record storage, updating, backup and recovery and redundancy of data. To overcome the problems in present system we design such a computerized information system, which is free of all the flaws, present in the manual system of the institute. As computer is one of the leading technologies nowadays, so we propose a computer-based system that will fulfill the requirements of the police stations easily and will be the solution to the problems faced by Police stations. It will facilitate both the user as well as administrative staff of the Police Stations. Computerized system provides accuracy, security, and reduced redundancy, reduction of work load, backup facilities and faster information retrieval.

This paper is analysis problem in logistic transportation, empty truck problem and importance of route planning Logistics transportation between cities are subject to considerable slow queues and congestion, revealing a lack of medium and/or short-term logistic planning. One of the causes is the number of trucks travelling with empty containers, performing one-way trips, from one city to another city. This issue may be reduced by combining trips, i.e., after bringing goods to the (export trip), a truck should, when possible, carry goods from that city to the origin or a nearby city (import trip). We investigate a combinatorial optimization drawback wherever a collection of import/export/inland journeys should be combined so as to reduce total traveling time, that successively reduces the amount of empty trucks traveling to/from the cities. Traffic blockage wastes time, energy, and causes pollution. during this paper, we have a tendency to propose associate application taking advantage of transport communications, specifically dynamic route planning. In dynamic route arranging, the route from a travel origin to its destination, rather than being statically decided at the travel beginning time, is occasionally recomputed according to real-time traffic information. Also, This paper investigation the issue almost the transportation in logistics. And proposes the idea to decrease transportation cost and increment client fulfillment by applying ITS (intelligent transportation system) technology and the other technologies.
