TITLE COMPARISON OF FINGER PRINT PATTERNS IN PATIENTS WITH AND WITHOUT ORAL SUBMUCOUS FIBROSIS-A DERMATOGLYPHICS STUDY Introduction- The introduction of chewing tobacco containing areca nut into the market has led to a sharp increase in the frequency of OSMF. Henceforth, present study was undertaken to find out any correlation of dermatoglyphic parameters with Oral Submucous fibrosis which could act as a useful tool in assessing the risk of OSMF in gutka chewers. Material and methods: The present cross-sectional study comprised of 60 subjects, 30 patients with and 30 patients without Oral Submucous fibrosis with history of gutka chewing since past 10 years. Fingerprints were taken using Camel ink on an A4 white paper by using ink and paper method which were studied for the pattern. atd angles were measured in both hands and mean standard deviation calculated. Chi square test was applied with p-value<0.05 considered as significant value. Results: The present study found decrease in arches pattern, radial loop pattern, and whorl pattern and atd angle in patients with OSMF. Conclusion: Palmar Dermatoglyphic can foretell the probability of occurrence of OSMF which can help in screening of gutka chewers to identify susceptible persons and can recognize a person in the prefibrosis stage.

SAP (Super Absorbent polymer) is one of the smart materials with a great scope in civil engineering. SAP can effect the concrete in various ways and aspects like crack, shrinkage, tensile strength and compressive strength. In this study we are going to study the effect of SAP on the strength of concrete mainly and other aspects too. The name of the SAP we will be studying about is Sodium Polyacrylate. The main function of SAP is that it acts as an internal water source which also can be called as internal curing agent plays vital role in the after final setting time of the cement .SAP also imparts some extra voids as it forms gel with water and decreases the strength of concrete . It replaces super plasticizers and also works as a plasticizer to some extent itself. In this study we will concentrate on the effect of SAP on fresh as well as hardened concrete to determine its strength when itmis subjected to various loading conditions

Scam using a credit card is a simple and convenient case. E-commerce and many other paid internet sites have increased their online modes of operation, which increases the risk of online fraud. As the rate of fraud has increased, researchers have begun to use a variety of techniques used to train fraud detection and analysis in online transactions. The main goal is to project, develop and develop a new fraud detection method Streaming data about operations that are aimed at detailed analysis of the most recent customer operations and extracting data about people's behavior. This work was carried out by a dataset of credit card transactions entering the EU, a card containing 284,807 operations. In this project, we used an algorithm in an isolated forest for the purpose of classifying an observation. As a result, the model allows sample training to classify test select. Therefore, once the model is trained, we had to draw in the accuracy of the results obtained

The worldwide COVID 19 pandemic has changed individual lives, entire economies, functioning of governments and organizations. This has suddenly popularized remote working which has been in existence for more than two decades but recently only became the main mode of working, due to complete lockdowns. Remote working comes with its own advantages and also disadvantages like security issue and employees having to adjust to the new way of working, more database management and much more. With this came the challenge of improving the effectiveness of remote workers and achieve employee engagement to not to compromise with productivity of the organization and thereby the functioning of the economy. This paper aims at identifying the benefits of remote working, the challenges faced in remote working and how to overcome those challenges.

Human activity recognition has turn out to be a study region of great attentiveness because of its variety important and advanced applications, comprising automated observation. During current situation the complete and detailed examination has been carried out regarding the growth it has taken place in this area. The proposed system aims an arrangement that can be used for the purpose of surveillance and observing applications. In this paper a part of inventive human action recognitions for video surveillance using image data set is presented. The customary investigation camera system involves humans to watch the cameras for 24/7 which are weirdly unproductive and elegant. Therefore, this paper will make availability for the required inspiration for categorizing act efficiently in present. This project helps in the recognition of moderate human activity using image processing techniques.

In order to study the uncertainty and intermittent characteristics of wind power and wave power, this paper proposes an integrated wind and wave power generation system fed to an ac power grid or connected with an isolated load using a dc microgrid. The proposed dc microgrid connects with a wind power generator through a voltage-source converter (VSC), a wave power generator through a VSC, an energy storage battery through a bidirectional dc/dc converter, a resistive dc load through a load dc/dc converter, and an ac power grid through a bidirectional grid-tied inverter. The studied integrated wind and wave system joined with the dc microgrid is modeled and simulated using the written program based on MATLAB/Simulink. Root-loci plots of the studied system under various speeds of the wave generator are analyzed. To examine the fundamental operating characteristics of the studied integrated system joined with the dc microgrid, a laboratory- scale platform is also established. Comparative simulation and experimental results reveal that the studied integrated system can maintain stable operation to supply power under different operating conditions using the proposed dc microgrid.

The main aim of the project is switched inductor Cuk converter based improved power Quality AC-DC converter for battery charging application. In this project, a single- stage switched inductor Cuk converter based power factor correction converter is proposed which offers high step-down gain, low current stress, and high efficiency and reduced component counts. The project makes a use of PIC microcontroller which is used for battery application and which provide the sufficient voltage to the loads by triggering the mosfet with the help of pic microcontroller.

After more than 70 years of independence, around 70 percent of the Indian population still lives in rural India. This means that rural development remains core to the economic development of the entire nation. Its importance is not limited to the economic arena but has far reaching implications in the social and environmental areas as well. However, the reality of rural India is lack of infrastructure, dilapidated healthcare facilities, poverty, food insecurity, unemployment, and various social issues. These are recurrent issues in the Indian rural scenario and people residing in the villages have been suffering for a reasonably long time. In other words, we can say that the problems of rural India have not changed much since the time of independence. Hence, it would not be wrong to look into the solutions offered by the leaders and thinkers of that time. The primary aim of this research paper is to understand the ideas of great thinkers around rural development and to enquire into the working of these ideas in modern India. The paper focuses on two major policies in constructive programs namely, self sufficiency and women empowerment. Self sufficiency, a timeless concept, has been given a unique touch by Swaraj which has had led the way for the various provision of the village self-government. On the other hand, in the last few years, women's empowerment has become quite a pressing issue. The data used in the study is gathered from existing research on the topic. The study reveals that the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi, Vinoba Bhave, Swami Vivekananda and others are a source of inspiration for modern policymakers. At the same time, these ideas have not been implemented in the manner and spirit as the leaders had envisioned. Various reasons have been suggested for this lack of implementation. This study throws light on the theoretical aspects of the policies on rural development and can be useful for further investigations in the field of policymaking and other educational purposes.
