The purpose of this study was to evaluate the "Effectiveness of Bobath Approach versus Conventional therapy to improve upper limb and trunk functioning in post-stroke patients." For this randomized controlled study, a total of 36 patients (18 in each group) who suffered from ischemic stroke were recruited from The Body Lab Physiotherapy and Multispeciality Clinic and Vidya Jeewan Physiotherapy Centre, New Delhi between duration December 2023 and April 2024. A simple randomization method was used to assign participants to the Group A - Bobath approach with conventional therapy (n=18) and Group B - Conventional therapy (n=18). Patients in both groups received 20 supervised treatment sessions (5 times per week for four weeks). The Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scale and Motor Activity Log Scale were used to assess upper extremity functioning and quality of movement of the affected part at baseline and after 4 weeks. Statistical analysis of the data revealed that while comparing both the groups, significant improvement was seen in all outcome measures. However, Group A showed more significant improvement with a p-value of 0.05 when compared to Group B in improving upper limb and trunk functioning in post-stroke patients. In conclusion, the Bobath approach is more effective in improving upper extremity and trunk functioning when compared to conventional therapy.

An extensive research project called Multiple Disease Prediction using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Streamlit aims to forecast multiple diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, lung cancer, Parkinson's disease, and breast cancer. Machine learning algorithms, including support vector machines (SVM) and logistic regression, random forest, decision tree are used in this project. Streamlit Cloud and the Streamlit library are used to deploy the models, offering an intuitive interface for disease prediction. There are five disease options available on the application interface: diabetes, Parkinson's disease, breast cancer, lung cancer disease, and heart disease. The user will be asked to provide the relevant information needed for the prediction model after choosing a particular disease. The application quickly produces the disease prediction result after the requirements are provided, showing whether or not the person is impacted by the condition. This research uses machine learning techniques to address the demand for exact disease prediction, enabling early detection and prevention. People may more readily determine their risk for different diseases because of the Streamlit library's and Streamlit Cloud's simple interface, which improves accessibility and usability. The various models' high accuracy levels show how successful the machine learning algorithms used in disease prediction are.

The goal of this study is to treat fungal infections, which include eczema, itching, and skin irritations, after producing an oleaginous ointment successfully. Our primary objective is to create an ointment base that is optimally consistent and has favourable antifungal and antibacterial properties in order that promote optimum diffusion. In order to achieve this, we carefully consider a number of characteristics, paying close attention to the systematic produce of the ointment base, which serves as a foundation of future formulation attempts. In order to ensure effectiveness against fungal infections while minimising side effects, we incorporate the active component, ketoconazole, into the base using the fusion method at the lowest possible effective ratio. Additionally, our evaluation goes beyond composition to include a thorough appraisal of the ointments' physical attributes. Spreadability, homogeneity, stability, and pH are examples of such parameters.

The banking sector is crucial to any country's economic growth and development. The future viability and soundness of this essential and well-recognized system need to be assessed. The capital adequacy ratio, or CAR, analyses a bank's risk-weighted assets in relation to its available capital. The ratio provides a quick indication of a bank's ability to cover losses and maintain its solvency in difficult scenarios. This paper attempts to examine the capital adequacy status of six major Indian public and private banks i.e., three from the public sector and three from the private sector. The State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda (BOB) and Punjab National Bank (PNB) as the largest public sector banks and Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC), Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India (ICICI) and KOTAK Bank as the largest private sector banks are selected for the study. The evaluation of financial performance of selected banks is done using an acronym "C" of CAMEL rating system as recommended by Padmanabhan Committee. Capital Adequacy Ratios, Asset Quality Ratios, Management Efficiency Ratios, Earnings Quality Ratios, and Liquidity Ratios are the evaluation parameters of CAMEL Model. The period of the study is from 2014 to 2023. To analyze the outcomes, descriptive statistics are utilized. One-way ANOVA test is applied for hypothesis testing.
