This paper investigates the livelihood conditions and issues of Konda Reddi Primitive Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) living in 19 habitations at Chintur Mandal of East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India. They live, away from the main stream, in the dense forest on hill tops and hill slopes. Their habitations do not have road facility. They travel distance from the habitation to the nearest road point can be measured only by hours of time taken for walk. The geography of forest is hill slope lands covered with rocky plateau, broken chain of rocks, pebbles, gravel and red soil. The Konda Reddi Tribes are becoming increasingly vulnerable due to loss of their customary habitats and the livelihood resources which sustained them due to non-recognition of their rights. This is leading to hunger/starvation, malnutrition and ill health and erosion of traditional occupations, which is threating their very survival, some of them are even on the verge of extinction. Overall study reveals importance to respect and recognize the rights of Primitive Tribes, especially to their land and customary habits.

Pigment producing bacterium strain isolated from soil and water when characterized for morphological, physiological and biochemical parameters was identified accordingly. The isolated strain produced Red, Violet, Yellow and Fluorescent yellow pigmented bacteria on Nutrient agar medium. The optimum conditions for pigment production was determined at 30-37 degree Celsius for 7-10 days. From those isolates , maximum pigment production was noted. The selected Violet pigment producing bacteria and the optimum growth conditions were done by growing it on in different incubation, temperature, pH, Carbon source and Nitrogen sources. Biochemical tests and staining tests were performed accordingly. Antibacterial activity of pigment producing bacteria were noted against food borne pathogens. The pigment producing bacteria is used as a biocolerent in textiles, food industry etc we produced them on easily and cheaply available media. We produced them on easily and cheaply available media from bio-waste substances such as chicken feather&prawn carapaces, egg shell, and kitchen waste etc. We were able to produce pigment producing bacteria from those media accordingly

Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) was developed in the U.S., based on soil erosion data collected beginning in the 1930s by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Soil Conservation Service. It is designed as a method to predict average annual soil loss. It can estimate long term annual soil loss and guide conservationists on proper cropping, management, and conservation practices. For the present work Dwarka River basin has been selected. As it covers different physiographic divisions, various topsoil regions, different climatic set up etc there is possibility of spatial variation in soil loss in the river basin. The prime objective of the current study is to estimate average annual soil loss based on USLE method for better watershed management planning. Individual layers of USLE parameter have been prepared based on relevant secondary data and these overlay analysis of all the layers have been done under GIS environment. Finally, soil erosion zones have been demarcated through the said overlay analysis and some management strategies have been put forwarded.

Dye contamination of wastewater has become one of the most critical environmental problems these days and can have adverse impacts on human health if discharged without any treatment. There are various techniques for the removal of dyes from wastewater such as adsorption, oxidation process, photocatalyst, biological decolorization, membrane separation technology, etc. In the present work, we have fabricated a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and membrane was modified by dispersing nano-sized titanium (IV) oxide (TiO2) particles in a PVDF solution. PVDF flat-sheet composite membranes were synthesized using a phase inversion method. Polyester Nonwoven fabric was used as the support layer. Membranes fabricated with support had good mechanical, thermal strength than membrane fabricated without support. We have applied the synthesized PVDF flat sheet composite membrane for the removal of Acid Blue 113 dye of concentration 100 mg/L from wastewater. PVDF/ TiO2/ non-woven polyester support membrane, PVDF/ polyester support membrane and pure PVDF membrane showed the 67.64%, 48.34% and 32.25% of Acid blue 113 dye removal, respectively. Experimental results indicated that the dye removal was found to increase with increasing the TiO2 concentration in the membrane matrix. PVDF/TiO2/polyester non-woven support membrane showed the maximum Acid Blue 113 dye removal than pure PVDF membrane and it has a significant potential for the treatment of dye-bearing wastewater.

In this paper, a novel image encryption system is proposed based on a portable mobile automata (RCA) system that incorporates chaos. In this algorithm, an integrated mapping system with complex behaviors and periodically reversible mobile automata is used. We divide each pixel of an image into 4-bit units, and then take the pseudorandom key distribution generated by the integrated layout map to allow these units in the confusion phase. And in the distribution phase, the two-dimensional reversible mobile automata which are different flexible systems are used to repeat multiple rounds to achieve a smaller distribution, when we consider only the top 4 bits per pixel because the top 4 bits hold almost image information. Theoretical analysis and test results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a high level of security and considers effective performance against common attacks such as distinct attacks and statistical attacks. This algorithm belongs to the systematic system.

Social channels have expanded in popularity as a result of the rapid advancement of internet technology, yet they have built a robust to notoriety as the most major streaming platforms in the twentieth century. An enormous amount of data and information is being returned from social networks, which is being used to develop a variety of exploratory research design for several methods of studies, such as human social behaviour, system security, and sociology. Cyberbullying is a concern that affects both college students on the internet. It has led to traumas such as suicides and depressions. The desire for content governance on social media networks is growing. Cyberbullying frequently causes chronic and disabling discomfort, particularly among women and children, and can even lead to suicidal ideation. Because of its strong negative social impact, Cyberbullying draws attention. Various cases of online bullying have happened recently around the world, such as the sharing of private chats, accusations, and vulgar insults. As a result, experts are bringing awareness to the detection of bullying speech or messages on social media. Therefore we proposed a methodology to detect the most common type of social media crimes such as Cyberbullying or online abuses that involve the exploitation of social media data. By combining linguistic communication with machine learning, the framework aims to design and build a good technique for observing online abusive and bullying texts. The goal of this study is effective applications of machine learning to develop a suitable methodology for detecting. In order for the suggested system to produce higher accuracy results, various like Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Linear Regression, and Svm Classification techniques are applied.

Siddha , the traditional system of medicine is widely being practiced in the Tamil nadu and the concept pertaining to drug ingredients are from plant, mineral, metals and animal origin. Siddhars classified diseases as 4448.Venpulli is one among them and it comes under 18 types of kuttam. It is also called as venkuttam, venpadai, suvetha kuttam. The signs and symptoms of venpulli described in siddha literatures are very closely associated with the signs and symptoms of vitiligo. The term "Vitiligo" is derived from the Greek word "vitelius" (calf), probably due to the resemblance of the while spots of vitiligo to white patches upon a calf. Vitiligo may present anytime in life, including the neonatal period and childhood. The main ingredients of the Oma legium are Omam, Amukkura kizhangu, Kukil , Parangipattai, Karbogarisi, Sarkkarai, and Nei. The ingredients of this formulation possess Antioxidant, Immunomodulatory, dedoxification of aflatoxin activity ,Anti-inflammatory and Antidepressant effects. All the ingredients of trial drugs are of herbal composition and animal origin . Legium form of medicine is very easy to administer in children and also it assimilates quickly in the body. This review further focuses to improve the research on siddha medicine.

Abstract The traffic accident detection is becoming one of the interesting fields due to its tremendous application in intelligent transportation systems. Main causes behind these road accidents are lack of unskilled drivers, consuming alcohol while driving, over speed, sleep while driving. Plenty of solutions have been applied to prevent these road accidents. But most of them were failed to prevent this. In this work we present an advanced accident detection using LIFI technology. This work provides an intelligent system for accident prevention and detection for human life safety. That prevention part has various sensor like eye blink sensor, alcohol sensor and ultrasonic sensor. If the sensor detects whether the rider consumes alcohol or the distance between two vehicles is low then it sends that information to another vehicle which is going in front it. So that they can be wide awake and if the driver is sleeping while driving means then the eye blink sensor detects it and give an alert to the driver.

Iron oxide-based nanoparticles have gathered tremendous scientific interest towards their application in a variety of fields. Magnetite has been particularly investigated due to its readily availability, versatility, biocompatibility, biodegradability, and special magnetic properties. As the behavior of nano-scale magnetite is in direct relation to its shape, size, and surface chemistry, accurate control over the nanoparticle synthesis process is essential in obtaining quality products for the intended end uses. Several chemical, physical, and biological methods are found in the literature and implemented in the laboratory or industrial practice. However, non-conventional methods have emerged in recent years to bring novel synthesis performances in terms of better-controlled morphologies, sizes, and size distribution. Particularly, microfluidic methods represent a promising technology towards smaller reagent volume use, waste reduction, precise control of fluid mixing, and ease of automation, overcoming some of the major drawbacks of conventional bulk methods. This review aims to present the synthesis methods of magnetite and future aspects, together with the newest advancements in this field.
