: A person while driving a vehicle - if does not have proper sleep or rest, is more inclined to fall asleep which may cause a traffic accident. This is why a system is required which will detect the drowsiness of the driver. Recently, in research and development, machine learning methods have been used to predict a driver's conditions. Those conditions can be used as information that will improve road safety. A driver's condition can be estimated by basic characteristics age, gender and driving experience. Also, driver's driving behaviours, facial expressions, bio-signals can prove helpful in the estimation. Machine Learning has brought progression in video processing which enables images to be analysed with accuracy. In this paper, we proposed a method for detecting drowsiness by using convolution neural network model over position of eyes and extracting detailed features of the mouth using OpenCV and Dlib to count the yawning.

Currently, visually impaired people use a traditional cane as a tool for directing them when they move from one place to another. Although, the traditional cane is the most widespread means that is used today by the visually impaired people, it could not help them to detect dangers from all levels of obstacles. The primary objective of this work is to permit blind persons to explore autonomously in the outside environment. A buzzer and vibrator motor are also added to the system. It provides the direction information as well as information to avoid obstacles based on ultrasonic sensors and infrared sensors. The proposed work is to use stick including a GPS and GSM navigator. Nowadays, a stick is used with some features but in our project we are using GPS module with some other advance features. This work goes giving the route to blind person by designing a cost effective and more flexible navigation system. The proposed system consists of hardware and software. Here the components we are using are micro controller, GPS module, etc. The project with help the blind people in improving their communication ability and not to depend on none during walking in even unknown areas.

Children are fascinated to the animated cartoon programs. The thoughts, behaviour and ideas of children are being influenced by TV cartoons. Television cartoons are a medium of gender portrayal in its variety of content. The gender portrayal (stereotypical) by television cartoons influences the viewers by various means. When children are repeatedly exposed to stereotypical representation, they take it as the normal culture when they grow up. The present study is an attempt to investigate how gender is being portrayed in Indian television cartoon program. Content analysis was carried to find is there a stereotypical depiction of gender in Indian television cartoons. The lead male and female character of the selected cartoon program was tested for the gender stereotypes. It was found that male lead character is dominating the cartoon programs whereas the representation of female lead character is far below, which shows gender is stereotypically represented.

In the present circumstances, youth as well as children are facing difficulty in life. These difficulties are giving rise to many psycho - somatic problems such as anxiety, "pensions, frustrations & emotional upsets in day to day life .So the study of emotional life is now emerging as a descriptive science. The main purpose of education is the all round development of a student. The adequate education makes good quality human resources for a rapidly developing country. Today a lot of emphasis is placed on education from the children's point of view. Therefore it becomes imperative that the teaching should be an act of help. It is widely recognized that if pupils are to maximize their potential from schooling they will need the full support of their parents, Family plays an vital role in the emotional development of a child in a better way. And because this emotional development is the centre of the process of personality development it becomes essential that a child emotions should be nurtured in a positive way.

In this paper, we introduce a Solar-based wheelchair with a 3-axis accelerometer (ADXL335) controlled gesture and a Bluetooth module Setup for voice recognition with an ATmega microcontroller that we will configure the entire setup using the Arduino board together with some mathematical algorithms. The movements can be recognized from any kind of physical movement detected by a person's Accelerometer and the voice recognition will function with the help of the Bluetooth module using Android Application, we will only have some command on our Android device, and will be recognized with the help of the Bluetooth module present in the entire unit voice and thus the required action will be taken accordingly. Gesture recognition and voice recognition can be explained as the method or process that explains how the computer understands the human body language and also creates a bridge between the computer and the human world.

Cloud Computing roughly means computing through internet. The Present Cloud Communication models often leads to network overloading due to unoptimised set of data set to the cloud. The Instructions and Requests sent to the clouds are not processed until they reach the dedicated cloud server. This often lead to the unoptimised dataset. This paper aims to solve the complexity of searching in a database.

India, after two centuries of British occupation, managed to wriggle out of their yoke in 1947. The infant nation, led by inexperienced political leadership, army top-brass and administrators had just begun to take their first steps in international relations. Maybe, the already soured relations with the neighbour Pakistan prompted the immature leadership to lean towards China and build up a very cosy relationship with that country. Throwing caution to the winds, the leadership implicitly believed all that glitters is gold. India had to pay a very heavy price for the immaturity of the leadership. The wily neighbour, China, while showing always a smiling face towards India, had been encroaching on the territory of India. A major portion of Ladakh, which we show as ours in maps, was encroached upon and swallowed by China. They constructed a very strategic road from Sinkiang to Tibet. Once the Chinese became confident that the areas up to Khunark Fort in the West and Pangong Lake in the South had come totally under their control, they published maps showing the area as Chinese territory. They occupied the area without any challenge from Indian forces. When India finally woke up and sent some ill equipped forces, they were either massacred or captured by the Chinese forces. The captured forces were subjected to inhuman treatment by the Chinese forces. The day the Indian forces were massacred is observed as Commemoration Day in Police Lines.

One of the most important factors that determines the success of a maxillofacial prosthesis is retention. Retention has always been a problem in prosthodontics. Increased retention improves comfort as well as the confidence in the patient while wearing a facial prosthesis at work and in social settings. The journey from using metal bands to using adhesives to placing implants for retaining a maxillofacial prosthesis has been fascinating and satisfying to many, but, the aim of achieving the full potential still remains incomplete. The present article tries to describe different types of retentive aids in maxillofacial prosthesis.

To carry multiple routing in order to make mobile ad-hoc network more energy efficient and to perform swapping of nodes in order to make network more reliable and balance the load on to node ,here best fit function will be used in order to carry out swapping of two perfectly suitable nodes. System initially generates self-configuring network, which contained mobile nodes without any fixed infrastructure. After generating the network multipath source and destination is selected for sending the data. After that multipath is find for sending the data. Shortest path is finding on the basis of energy of nodes and distance of nodes. After that energy consumption of each node is calculated those node which is in ideal state (node which is not in working condition or node with low energy) are swap by using the swapping algorithm to the node with high energy and data is send to the destination node.

Cancer is a major cause of death. An estimated 1,735,350 new cases of cancer were diagnosed in US alone in the year 2018 and 609,640 people died due to the illness. There are various kinds of cancer like melanoma of skin, lung bronchus cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon and rectum cancer, bladder cancer, kidney and renal pelvis cancer etc. With these many different types of cancer present and large number of affected population, cancer has gained popularity in the research field. Till date, novel methods for prevention and diagnosis of cancer are being continuously researched on. We have aimed to develop a robust and viable system for cancer detection using data mining techniques. This Cancer Disease Prediction application is an end user support and online consultation project. It makes use of multi-layer data mining techniques such as clustering and decision tree technique to build a novel application. The proposed model, is an intelligent online system that relies on the various details of cancer disease which are pre-fed to the application. Based on these details an instant guidance is offered on the progression of the disease. The users are allowed to input their specific health related information, obtaining the data, the application uses pre-fed information to predict the potential cause of the symptoms using data mining techniques. Thus, the developed prediction system warns the users for potential diseases based on their current medical information and is also cost-effective, hence, offering dual benefits.

Abstract The paper aims at analysing the performances of the banking sector in rural development in general and Regional Rural Bank (RRB) in particular in the state of Tripura. 18 Public Sector Banks (PSBs), 13 private sector Banks and 3 cooperative banks with 542 total bank branches are operating their business in this state as on 31st December 2019. The CD ratio and Credit plus Investment Deposit ratio of banks in this state was 56% and 79% respectively. In India the journey of RRBs was started on 2nd October 1975 under the provisions of an Ordinance passed on 26 September 1975 and the Regional Rural Banks Act 1976 with a view to developing the rural economy by providing banking facilities in unbanked rural areas. Tripura Gramin Bank (TGB) has been performing as only RRB in this state since 1976. The CD ratio and Credit plus Investment Deposit ratio of RRB in this state was 39% and 112% respectively in 2019. Contribution of the RRB in total priority sector lending as on 31st December 2019 is observed 21.83%. RRB has also taken initiatives in implementation of PMJDY, a biggest financial inclusion scheme of the country as well as social security Schemes introduced by the Government of India time to time to bring unbanked, under privileged rural habitants in the arena of formal financial institution for their economic upliftment. In this backdrop the paper based on secondary data, is an effort to highlight the performances of banks in Tripura and to make a comparison between the performances of all PSBs and the RRB in promoting the rural development in this state. Appropriate statistical tools are to be used for analysis of data. The paper is to be divided into three sections. Section- I is an introductory in nature, highlighting methodology, objectives of the study and review of literature, Section II deals with discussion and analysis, Section III remains for conclusion and suggestions.

Background: A disease means when somebody is not at ease, in case of what is called hypertension or hypotension majority of patients are usually without symptom. We usually label someone with hypertension, hypotension or normotension by using blood pressure apparatus. While following different criterias which are being changed time to time. Clinically hypertension is more important and is usually treated with almost 9 groups of medicine, out of them no one is reducing any bodys blood pressure but are reducing blood volume, reducing pumping rate of heart, dilating blood vessels etc. As we are living in a scientific era yes, we have been able to invent diseases but still we dont have any drug or modality to keep hypertension or hypotension with-in the statically average scale called normal. Now need of time is to find a solution for both hypertension or hypotension and this pilot study may open a new chapter not only useful in management of hypertension/ hypotension but also will be point of interest for discussion & research in front of researchers. Aims and Objective: To find out a natural solution for maintaining normal blood pressure and evaluation in the management of hypertension / hypotension by leech therapy (hirudotherapy). Materials and Methods: The present study carried out at Unani and Panchakarma hospital, Sekidafar Chowk, Eid Gah, Srinagar. This research is single open clinical pilot study, having a sample size of seven patients of either sex. 6-8 leeches (H. medicinalis) were applied on interscapular region for fifteen minutes. Results: Results were measured by measuring the blood pressure before and after 15 minutes of leech therapy. Conclusion: Leech acts as anti-hypotensive in hypertension and normotensive in hypotension. Thus, leech is only a wonder therapy which is effective to stabilize blood pressure immediately in hypertension as well as in hypotension.

This work proposes design of bridge for effective communication between protocols open OCP and AHB. There are various types of protocols are available which requires a bridge to pass the information from one type of protocol to other type of Protocol safely and without any data loss. Basically Bus Bridge should convert command and data of open core protocol (OCP) formats to acceptable Advance High performance Bus (AHB) formats. This conversion does not ensure proper communication unless the timings of each protocol were met. Hence the interconnecting Bus Bridge wrapper between OCP and AHB designed with proper timing delay. The functional verification and code coverage will be obtained. The design of bridge architecture done using verilog Hardware Descriptive Language (HDL). This design has been simulated and synthesized. In verification we have generated different test scenarios for Communication Bridge between protocols. We had done code coverage using code driven verification (CDV). The design will be simulated and synthesized using verilog HDL in xilinx.

In this model, we create a Smart band by using ARDUINO MEGA (ATmega2560) microcontroller to protect womens from the harassment which acts as brain of the system, because the entire system program instruction stored in it. Here we have heart beat sensor to know the abnormal condition of women even women can manually trigger the device to notice other that she is at an emergency situation. The GPS module which we use here to know the exact location of the person therefore the location send to respective person and aslo public service organization to take immediate action against women attacks using RF based wireless module call ZIG BEE. The GSM can send message or call to desired person whom the women want to. The system has Neuro stimulator for women at the time of emergency to attack back all though we have also used an alarm device to let other know about the emergency situation.

In this project , We propose a new cost function for adaptive blind equalization based on Quadratic PDF matching for Rayleigh varying channel. The proposed approach is based on fitting the probability density function(PDF) of the equalizer output to a target PDF. The underlying PDF at the equalizer output is estimated by Parzen window technique. The cost function of the proposed technique is minimized by an algorithm belonging to the Stochastic-Gradient Descent family. The performance of the proposed adaptation strategy is benchmarked against CMA blind algorithm for QPSK modulation scheme in terms of ISI reduction.

Stock market prediction is the act of trying to determine the future value of a company stock or other financial instruments traded on an exchange. The successful prediction of a stocks future price could yield significant profit. Stock prediction has a high level of complexity involved and there exists no algorithm that can successfully predict stock prices to a 100 percent accuracy. The most prominent technique involves the use of artificial neural networks (ANNs) and Genetic Algorithms(GA). The most common form of ANN in use for stock market prediction is the feed forward network utilizing the backward propagation of errors algorithm to update the network weights. These networks are commonly referred to as Backpropagation networks. Another form of ANN that is more appropriate for stock prediction is the time recurrent neural network (RNN) or time delay neural network (TDNN). For stock prediction with ANNs, there are usually two approaches taken for forecasting different time horizons: independent and joint. The independent approach employs a single ANN for each time horizon, for example,1-day, 2-day, or 5-day. The joint approach, however, incorporates multiple time horizons together so that they are determined simultaneously. In this approach, forecasting error for one time horizon may share its error with that of another horizon, which can decrease performance. There are also more parameters required for a joint model, which increases the risk of overfitting. The predicted low and high predictions are then used to form stop prices for buying or selling. Outputs from the individual low and high networks can also be input into a final network that would also incorporate volume, intermarket data or statistical summaries of prices, leading to a final ensemble output that would trigger buying, selling, or market directional change. A major finding with ANNs and stock prediction is that a classification approach (vs. function approximation) using outputs in the form of buy(y=+1) and sell(y=-1) results in better predictive reliability than a quantitative output such as low or high price
