Organic wastes are wastes that are easily biodegradable. Agricultural trash, market waste, kitchen garbage, urban solid food waste, and municipal solid waste are all sources of these wastes. These wastes, if not properly managed, could cause a slew of environmental issues. As a result, composting is the most cost-effective solution to this problem. All forms of organic waste, such as fruits, vegetables, plants, yard wastes, and others, can be degraded using the composting method. The composition of organic waste could be used as nutrients for crops, soil, additive, and environmental management. Many factors can contribute to the quality of the compost products as different types of organic wastes have different concentration of nutrients, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (N, P, K,) which is the common macronutrients present in fertilizers. Temperature, pH, moisture content, and carbon-nitrogen ratio (C: N) are the primary characteristics that contribute to the composting process effectiveness.

Cognition is a regular process in human lives. Cognition connotes 'knowing' and it is the basic process that helps human beings to conduct their lives. It is a process comprising of perception, information processing and the resultant output. Even though it is a universal process that occurs in human beings, however, it varies from person to person. Therefore, it is construed as ways of cognition and is psychologically known as 'Cognitive Style'. The present investigation is directed to profile whether there is an association between the Cognitive Styles of School teachers and some selected personal variables such as Gender, Age and Type of Management. It is based on data collected from 1400 school teachers working in Coimbatore Educational district using Stratified Random Sampling technique. The Cognitive Style Inventory (CSI-J) by Praveen Kumar Jha has been used as tool to collect the data. Results indicate that the school teachers possess all the Five types of Cognitive Styles, namely, Systematic, Intuitive, Integrated, Undifferentiated and Split Cognitive style. It has also been found that there exists an association in cognitive styles of school teachers based on variation in their age and type of management of School Teachers.

Polydactyly is a situation in which a individual has greater than 5 fingers per hand or 5 toes per foot. Having an odd quantity of digits (6 or more) can show up on its own, except any different signs and symptoms or disease. Polydactyly may also be handed down (inherited) in families. This trait entails only one gene that can reason quite a few variations. African Americans, greater than different ethnic groups, can inherit a sixth finger. In most cases, this is no longer triggered by using a genetic disease. Polydactyly can additionally happen with some genetic diseases. Extra digits may additionally be poorly developed and connected with the aid of a small stalk (generally on the little finger side of the hand). Or, they may additionally be well-formed and may also even function. Poorly fashioned digits are normally removed. Simply tying a tight string round the stalk can purpose it to fall off in time if there are no bones in the digit. Larger digits may additionally want surgical treatment to be eliminated.

One of the most important aspects of big data research is data security. The majority of cloud systems deal with perceptive in order, such as personal, business, or health-related information. The rise of cloud storage systems poses a threat to this type of data. Traditional security methods, on the other hand, fail to protect large data transmissions. An effective privacy-preserving methodology to handle data generation and protection issues. Initially, cloud-based big data is clustered with multiple security procedures, which are balanced with the help of a Hadoop-based map-reduce mechanism. Furthermore, the data and information are encrypted using a variety of data security measures, and the convolution process is carried out over the data encryption process. The deep neural network establishes the evaluation process (DNN). The data will be passed through the convolution process again if the encrypted data is not adequately encrypted. The proposed framework combines experimental discoveries with current methodology, and the big data-based privacy-preserving scheme outperforms existing strategies when data size is changed.

Now a days many terrible accident which cause death and harmful effect has been happened due to drowsiness of the drivers. The drowsiness is caused due to lack of sleep and more tiredness. This system detecting drowsiness of the drivers and then alert him with suction pump, alarm sound. The camera takes the live video of drivers face, detect the eye movement and then compare it with template matching. If eyes are closed for more than 4 seconds, message will be sent to the management. GPS will track current location of the bus and sent it to the management through message. Object detection using HAAR feature-based cascade classifiers is an effective object detection method.

The review tries to propose a training model to foster English language capability among the Management Studies in Bangalore. The recognizable proof of the exact nature of proficiency problems has been addressed in this article. Having pinpointed the issue, the model, which is a combination of the task based model and the original English for Specific Purposes in the educational program configuration, is drawn up. Integrated into this system is the proposed approach which joins the ideas of awareness raising with the customary assignment based educating procedure. Based on the model, a requirements or a need analysis is done at the b-school level and at the corporate level. The findings of these requirements are utilized to figure out the action plan, the learning process and the continuous evaluation. The course consequently planned is then applied in an experimental study on a sample of the population. An incomplete mediation is executed to concentrate on the viability of the new system in the accomplishment of one of the course goals. A preceding - in the wake of testing method on a control and exploratory gathering is utilized and the outcomes are deciphered.

Abstract: Algae are eukaryotic, photosynthetic lifeforms, they are chlorophyll-containing autotrophic thalloid plants. Algae are divided into two major categories (A) Microalgae: microalgae also known as blue-green algae or cyanobacteria are prokaryotic, microscopic unicellular algae having a diameter of 1-50. Cyanophyta (Blue-Green Algae), Pyrophyta (Dinoflagellates) Chrysophyta (Diatoms and golden-brown algae), and Chlorophyta (Green algae) are included in the micro-Algal group. Microalgae contain phosphorous (P), calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), vitamins- A, B, C, E, folic acid, biotin, beta-carotene, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12. (B) Macroalgae: macroalgae are eukaryotic, macroscopic multicellular algae, also known as seaweeds. The habitat of macroalgal species is marine water with the optimal availability of light. Macroalgal species have a simple structure consisting of thallus, lamina, kelp, holdfast and frond sorus, thus morphologically differentiating them from the typical terrestrial plant, consisting of complex tissue and organ organization. Macroalgae can be divided into three major groups based on their pigmentation Chlorophyceae, Phaeophyceae and Rhodophyceae. Algal species can survive in extreme environmental conditions of pH, temperature, osmotic pressure, salinity, and exposure to Ultraviolet rays, and can defend themselves by the production of primary and secondary metabolites. In the field of Cosmeceuticals by using the products extracted from its biomass in cosmetic industries. Many algal species are now used widely for the treatment of various skin-related problems by acting as a moisturizer or texture enhancing, sunscreens, anti-wrinkling, etc. Algal extracts contain biologically active compounds that are used in the cosmetic industry. These compounds are often employed in the cosmetic industry as antioxidants, thickeners, water binders, etc. These extracts are found in skin and face care products such as anti-ageing creams, masks, lotions, etc., Ultraviolet (UV) protectants creams such as sunscreens, and hair care products. This topic will evaluate the properties and applications of bioactive compounds from algae for Human welfare in Cosmetic Industry.
